Crappy experience with mattress
Bought restonic mattress in 2008. After six months bed started to sag in the middle. woke up with back pain Complained to salesman, received foam to put under mattress.
still back pain and sagging in middle. they took my mattress for 9 days for repair. They returned my mattress, its worst. asked repair companywhat they did to it, took off memory foam and put in firm foam. I told her the problem was a sinking middle. She replied" there's nothing we can do about that."
Don't buy this mattress. You'll be sorry u did. I know I am.
Warranty
Purchased a Restonic Mattress that"hammocked". It had a 5 year warranty. The company went beyond the call of duty to be certain I was satisfied. They gave me full credit on an upgrade. I would recommend the Restonic Warranty.

I purchased a king size Restonic mattress set in March 2010. After only a few months it started to indent and sag on both sides so bad, you could see it through my bed spread.
I paid over a $1000.00 for it, sent them a letter to registered the complaint, they sent me a form to fill out in Jan.2011. I sent it back and I still have heard nothing, and it's now April 2011.
It is the worst mattress I have ever had. If I could I'd return it for another brand. My back and pocket book are both sore and sorry.
Refuse to replace matress
Purchased mattresses and within 2 months they sunk 2" in the middle. A rep came to my house and said they were bad and the company replaced them. The next set did the same thing! This time I had to do everything myself to prove they were bad. I sent paperwork and photos. Twice they said it was because the bed did not have proper support under it. Third time, I sent more paperwork and photos proving the bed did have proper support. Next letter from them stated it was because "Todays mattresses are constructed with more and thicker foam than mattresses of the past, and minor impressions are inevitable and expected." Well I don't think a 2" body impression is normal. When a company gives two different excuses to keep from honoring their warranty, they are not worth your business!
my restonic mattress, STINKS! I do not mean by smell.
Sold me an inferior product
I purchased a Restonic mattress from a local discount store, "Scratch & Dent". It is only about two months old and already sagging in middle. I thought maybe my body aches were somehow my fault or even my imagination, but after reading some other reviews I see that it is probably the mattress. Thought Restonic was a reputable company and that I was purchasing a top of the line product. My daughter bought a set at the same time. I don't really know what to do and cannot afford new mattresses. Guess I'll just have to live with it.
Terrible customer service
Like some of the others on this site, we have had a miserable experience with Restonic. After only 8 months of using the mattress, we have craters in the mattress and back pain. After calling Restonic headquarters, we were directed to a manufacturer in N.C., called Alliance, and told that they would handle the warranty. (Restonic apparently subcontracts their work out...) We were required to fill out and return a form and asked to perform a 'string test', wherein one pulls a string across the mattress and if the sagging area doesn't go over 2", voila, you will be told that your mattress has no problem. What a joke! Any valid test for support can only be done with weight on the mattress. Even a sponge would pass the 'string test'! After waiting 5 WEEKS with no response, I called Alliance again and was told that they had been trying to reach our retailer (for 5 weeks?) and that the store appeared to be in business no longer. Therefore, they would be using an "independent" evaluator called Mattress Marshals. (Note the police-like connotation of the name. We are now being treated as though we have committed a crime, after having spent $2, 000 on a new bed of horrible quality.) I was told that Mattress Marshals would be in touch with us within a week, then would inspect the mattress, then make a report to Restonic, and then we might eventually get some word from Restonic on whether they felt like replacing our mattress. I'm sure this will take several more weeks.
I have never had an experience like this with buying a mattress, never had to return one, and I'm old enough to have bought several. My guess is that Restonic will stonewall on this, judging by the other comments I've read on the web. I will post again with an update when I have one. I most definitely urge anyone not to purchase a Restonic product.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
No warranty
My husband and I purchased a mattress from Park Furniture, Altoona, Pa. under the impression we were receiving the best service from a small business owner. The mattress, Allure from Restonic, cost us $1600! It lasted about a year and a half then formed permanent indentations on both sides. It no longer offers support or pain free nights. I toss and turn...

Just out of curiosity I looked to see if there was a complaint column for this mattress, and was not surprised what so ever that there is one. I too bought a restonic mattress in 2008, it had a 15 year warranty so I complained to the furniture store where I purchased it when it began to sag in the middle and is causing me back pain. Its the only bed I have and I end up many nights moving to the recliner in the middle of the night. The furniture store was sympathetic but the restonic company is trying everything possible NOT to replace this mattress. I paid 800$ for the set. I will never buy any of their products again. I even questioned the furniture store about carrying the mattresses after their sales lady stated that they get complaints all the time. She even showed me her email where at this very moment she is dealing with 5 other customers with similar complaints, and the town of Marble Falls Tx. is not considered a very big town. So if you are thinking of a restonic PLEASE don't waste your money or be romanced by the lengthy warranty!
