Dan B. came to our house and serviced our unit. He was super professional and thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and any concerns or recommendations for future service and maintenance. We would totally recommend Airplus to our fam, friends, and neighbors.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. I called because my A/C unit wasn't working, and on the same day, Tony, who is really nice and knowledgeable, came out to check it. He found that the motor was busted and explained everything about the HVAC unit to me. This company is great for hiring Tony! Airplus is very prompt and follows all the CoVid requirements. I highly recommend them if you have an HVAC problem. Keep up the good work! Thank you for the excellent service.
I had some bad service, but this was THE WORSE!
I had some bad service, but this was THE WORSE! A technician named "Erick" came out to my place to check why the downstairs bedroom wasn't getting any air. From the start, he didn't seem to be in the best mood, but I thought nothing of it. He checked the air from the start and said it was a problem. He proceeded to go to the attic and said he had "moved" part of the product to see if more airflow was going. After about 5 minutes of testing, nothing was happening. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he gave solutions that were temporary or made me close off air from a different point of the house to get it to go there. I said I didn't want that and said I had to take it up with the builder if I wanted to get it solved. After telling him I only wanted the problem fixed, he said "the company doesn't guarantee air flow". From that point, it was a downward spiral of him giving me excuse after excuse of why nothing could be done. After trying to argue with me for 10 minutes while the place was cooling, he told me I had to keep a door open to get an "accurate" reading of air flow. However, that's not accurate as someone shouldn't be dependent on another source when theirs in another room isn't working. Of course, the cold air from another room went in there and he said the temperatures are the same, but WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY? Is someone supposed to have the door open the whole time just to get cool air and leave their door open all the time? He continued to argue and say the same thing over and over again when I told him I just wanted the main issue fixed. He said there was nothing he could do, packed his stuff up, and left. After he left, I saw the MESS he left at my place with fingerprints all over the attic door, the foam from the attic all over the carpet, not wearing booties, and some marks on my wall from his ladder. If you get this guy, tell him to turn around and get help from someone else. I'm going to continue to complain about this guy to them! -5 out of 5!

Air conditioning was making hot air
Air conditioning was making hot air. They came out, felt like professionals. I tried to trust the diagnosis. They replaced 2 fuses and a flux capacitor. It worked for 30 days, then back to hot air. I called customer service, then this guy who only wanted $165 to see me on a weekend. I demanded to speak to a manager, then a higher-up. This guy called back and said he can come check it at no cost, okayed by the manager. So he said one fuse burnt out. I asked him to replace it! He boldly said no! Couldn't believe it. He said next I'm looking at $1000 to replace a fan and motor, just like that! I asked him to leave and said I'm not gonna eat almost $500 I just spent. They don't care about the consumer, just money. I'll never do business with them ever again. My husband cleaned inside the unit and it works great now because he cleaned it out! Go figure. This guy said it was a Band-Aid fix they did and kept insinuating my unit is 17 years old over and over. I had to tell him to stop saying that to me. I would never recommend them to anyone. I wanted a refund. They said no! They overcharged me! Absolutely. I checked the price on 2 parts; less than $100 approximately and the $79 diagnostic charge was not included in the repair. Horrible way to do business.
