I am reaching out on behalf of my client Tabatha Tallent. The experience that myself and my client have experienced over this week has been an absolute disgrace!
When my clients first arrived at STI airport on September 3, 2023, the driver wasn't even at the airport to pick them up. It clearly states on your website and on the booking page that the driver will personally greet them upon their arrival at the airport, not have them wait over 45 minutes for a driver to arrive after they've landed.
Recently, my clients needed their driver to pick them up promptly at 11:45 AM to go to the airport to ensure they made their flight. On top of that the service members calling and talking with my clients were extremely rude continuously hung up on them and refused to work with myself and my clients to resolve the issue. Due to the driver NEVER arriving, my clients had to take out CASH to then purchase a different Taxi to take them to the airport. Resulting in clients almost missing their flight.
We are requesting a refund for the whole amount that was credited back to the card on file.
