The was no driver when we arrived at Naples airport. The phone number we received by email proved useless because the customer service assistant did not know the location of the driver and refused to provide their phone number. They also claimed the booking was for 9pm, not 8:30pm which was not true. Later when we requested a refund the Airports Transfers company simply forwarded our complaint to the service provider and did not assist us in any way. They also said the refunds are discretionary and only the contract company can decide whether or not to issue refunds. Naturally, the service provider never issued us the refund and also lied that the driver was actually there on time. A scam.

Shocking and appalling service. I waited for over an hour for my driver at JFK, when he arrived he told me that he was an Uber driver who had only been contacted a few minutes prior to pick me up. So it turns out this company does not have their own drivers or cars, you pay them and they sub-contract to provide you a service.
Customer service is nonexistent, as I waited at JFK I tried calling the emergency number, which turns out to be a recorded message telling you to use the website. It is impossible to speak to a human. The website didn’t work, it only seems to function in making bookings, ie taking your money.
For my return to JFK the driver never arrived at my hotel.
Throughout all of this I have not received an apology or an explanation.
Stay far away from this company
I wish I could give them 0 stars. On the day of our arrival, the airports in Argentina went on strike with little notice. Our flight was cancelled 1 hour before departure. I immediately cancelled our taxi ride. It was 22 hours before the pickup time. I also contacted the taxi service directly to let them know. The next day, we had new flights arriving 2 days later. The taxi company said that they would have no problem rescheduling the pick up time, but airporttaxitransfers said that we couldn't change it and that there were no taxis available at the new pickup time. They wanted us to rebook it for more money. So they took our money then lied not having vehicles available to reschedule.. I would recommend staying far away from this company.

I booked a Mercedes Benz for a pickup at Gatwick airport for the long drive into London 22/7/2024 after an international flight. Paid significantly more than for the standard sedan car.
The driver was late for the pickup and put me in a small Hyundai car.
I have texted and emailed the company about refunding the difference and there is no response.

I arranged a transfer from Milan airport to the city for four people. Despite being informed of our flight delay well in advance, the service failed to inform the driver. Their website promises to monitor flight times and adjust accordingly, yet upon arrival, there was no driver. Upon contacting the "emergency" number, I was informed that due to the delay, the driver had left. Despite the delay being known hours beforehand, I was charged 108 euros for a service that was not provided. The taxi company refuses to refund, and it's disheartening to see such unprofessionalism from a company that claims to prioritize customer service. It's clear that this is a scam, and it's unacceptable that companies like this continue to operate unchecked.

Stay far, far away from this deceitful company. When I booked, the site presented me with various sizes of vehicles. Since I had many large luggages, I purposely chose and paid for the 7 pax package to make sure. When I filled out the form, the site asks you how many passengers and luggages you're bringing. They then turn around to farm the service out meaning you could end up with a smaller vehicle despite paying for a large one! This is a very deceitful practice that allows them to maximize their revenue while scrimping on costs. On our travel day (international), I was shocked to find a station wagon that would be congruent with their 4pax package. Escalating to their manager yielded no fruit! No one needs to deal with additional stress when travelling internationally. As a result, I had no choice but to incur an additional Uber XL in order to get my family and luggages to Gatwick to catch our international flight.
ATT should be dismantled and banned for stealing from people. This company has zero integrity and I urged everyone to stay away from them. Requested for re-imbursement wasn't responded to by the company either. Not surprised.

Transfer service
I cancelled my ride from the Rotterdam Cruise Port to Amsterdam Airport scheduled for June 18th through the company's website on June 10th. The lack of a company email or phone number makes the company impossible to contact any other way unless you have What'sApp (not allowed on my phone).
Since the website never sent a confirmation and instead sent me a reminder email with an actual cell phone number of the driver, I called the driver 23 hours in advance of ride. I spoke to a person who said sorry we are going to charge you anyways!
Horrible, scam company who clearly have a strategy of making money off of American tourists who do not use What'sApp. The company purposely does not share that they are no more than a broker service.
Desired outcome: Provide other contact methods or shut your doors. This is the worst experience we had in our several days in Amsterdam. Hopefully, the Netherlands travel regulators will block them as a vendor in the country.

I have issued a complaint with my credit card company but I wanted to alert other travelers to my experience from early October, 10/8/22. I read several complaints from around the same time so it appears that it may have been a difficult time for the company but regardless, I highly recommend others DO NOT USE this service. The driver contacted me ~20 minutes before the 60 minute limit is up on the time they wait for you and I was still working my way through customs. Despite the 60 minutes not being fully completed, he asked for additional money to wait and I asked if I could be refunded without penalty and he hung up on me without answering my question and text me shortly later to let me know that I would not get a refund. I was able to get to the meeting point right at the 60 minute time limit and no driver. After many difficulties trying to contact them, I was told to get a taxi. I wasted several hours at the airport trying to get it to work with this company and once the driver told me to get a taxi, I walked over to the taxi line and was headed to my destination in 5 minutes and paid a lower price. Please save yourself the hassle in dealing with a company that is not fair to travelers. Do not use Airports Taxi Transfers Paris!

Airports Taxi Transfers - taxi from orly to paris center
We landed in Paris at 1000 08/10/22 in the morning and this is the landing time we noted in the taxi order. There is a reasonable time for getting off the plane, picking up luggage, etc. and at any airport in the world it can last up to an hour and a half. We left the field for a taxi at 1120 and because the company is willing to wait only an hour! We were charged without warning with an additional 50%, that is, another 30 euros! We filed a complaint but of course it didn't help. I repeat 20 minutes added 50% to the price and not to mention the disgusting attitude of the driver.

Return taxi to airport
I booked them for a roundtrip transfer from the airport to my hotel and back.
I should have seen the writing on the wall when they sent two cars/drivers for the airport pickup. Apparently one of the companies hadn't confirmed, so they sent a second. This wouldn't have been a problem except the first company was the one that followed protocol and was standing in the arrival hall with my name on a placard. The other just asked me to send a photo...which I did not do.
This means the company who picked me up did not get paid by ATT, and so asked me to pay them directly in cash when they sent the return driver. I should have taken them up on the offer because ATTs other driver/car failed to arrive at all for the return trip. ATT sent emergency numbers for the taxi company, but no one picked up those numbers. ATT also has no phone number posted to contact in the event of an emergency.
In the end, I had to scramble to find another taxi to take us to the airport (which arrived n hour after my ATT car should have been there, so they weren't just late, they never showed), and have to hope I'll be refunded for the missed portion of this trip.

I paid for 3 persons for airport taxi transfer for €83 from cdg to our paris hotel till now they have not send the confirmation number if they will gonna pick us up or not its frustrating i should have book at a trusted company not just a random website that offers airport transfers. I booked one day before our flight till now nothing no feedback or no confirmation details so please just refund the money you took from us

On pickup at orly airport driver was 45 minutes late, could not reach anyone on phone provided. On return trip tried to contact emergency number several times to ask for earlier pickup and change of airports, no answer, sent several urgent messages, no answer. Driver finally shows up and was late from original pickup time. Demanded we pay him in cash and was charged double the rate quoted, driver on his cell and texing the whole ride. Company also charged my credit card saying i cancelled the service. Worst experience ever

The driver didn't turn up at the booked time, I had to make a call on my mobile to a foreign number (at a cost) to chase this up. No apology, just a "we'll look into it".I was very stressed as it was late at night and all other passengers had been uplifted and we were on own own.
The driver eventually turned up late in a battered old minibus (not the sedan car booked), no apology from the driver, and in fact barely any communication as he didn't speak English. Complained to them and they only offered 10% off the next single trip which we are unlikely to use after this experience.

Taxi to airport from hotel in Porto
The taxi did not turn up to take us to the airport this was pre paid and I telephoned the emergency telephone number provided but there was no answer following a few attempts we asked our hotel to try and yet again no answer. The hotel called another taxi firm and we had to pay again for that taxi. I am looking for a refund for the taxi that your failed to supply even though we had already paid in advance. The name of the hotel for pick up was porto palacio hotel and spa at porto and the taxi was scheduled for 6.30pm on the 4th june yesterday. Very disappointed at the complete lack of service and will not be using this service from you in the future. I await your reply and information on how you will refund me.

I have booked a taxi from Schiphol airport at 14.00 for a guest. His flight was arriving at 13.35 but I booked at 14.00 so he had time to take his suitcase. AT 14.09, the taxi driver send me a message saying that he is there for an hour. I called him saying that I booked after 14.00. He asked for extra money and when I said "but why? I booked for 14.00 and its only 14.09!" he got aggresive. I tried to talk and solve it but he didnt let me talk and he didnt listen and at the end he said "[protected]@@ck you, call the company to complain". I was shocked and had my guest waiting outside. I send the driver a message saying that my guest is outside waiting at 14.14 but he never saw it.
My guest took a different taxi and when I made a complain to the company asking for a refund for both of the taxis I paid the answer was I didnt show up.
I am a professional and I often book taxis for guests. I havent seen this mess never...

I booked an airport transfer in Barcelona this week and was advised to go to meeting point where the driver will wait for me with a name sign. I followed the instructions and waited 15 minutes without seeing my driver - other drivers were there - before I decided to take a regular taxi. 20 minutes later my supposed driver called to ask where I was. After explaining the above, he noted I should have waited at another spot instead as the waiting area described in the instructions was apparently closed due to COVID. This was a lie! I had taken a photo and sent it per email to Airport Transfers before I left as proof. Driver was then rude and complained. I was then contacted by Airport Transfer telling me I was wrong and need to pay. Absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible unreliable service that may let you down and leave you in a bad situation. Before dealing with them you should remember that your problem is only yours and they will not help you.
We had an Atlantic flight from New York to London and there was no driver to meet us. My husband called their hotline that works 24/7, but they didn't speak English (it's strange). We left a message, but they didn't call us back.
Thank you for leaving us alone at the airport in the city we don't know.
