Assalamaleikum, i bought my vehicle recently from al futtaim toyota highlander 2023 vin 5tdlb3ch5ps588365.. It was on 10-08-2023. After few days, i realized that there is a system issue. I observed that map language is in both languages (part in english and other part in arabic) while the language setup in system in english. It is showing on car screen and also the voice guiding the route is stating in english and arabic at the end. I spoke to the sale person who told me to contact service center. I booked appointment on 18-08-2023, they investigated and took video recor and photos. I was informed to wait for update. Next day, they called me for appointment on 23-08-2023 for inspection they said by the technician in charge. Then they told same thing to go and wait for update to resolve my issue. Since that time, i am not getting any update and my issues is still not resolved. I am contacted several times to the sale person but no action his taken till now.
