Totally, completly and thoroughly disreputable
Totally, completly and thoroughly disreputable. Stay far, far away from this dealership, particularly the one in Bluffton.

I just got myself a shiny new 2021 Nissan Rouge, but dang, it's been nothing but trouble since day one. I've had to haul it back to Nissan not once, not twice, but a whopping four times, and they're still giving me the runaround. Seriously, can someone lend a hand here?
Sales team is very dishonest
Sales team is very dishonest. They sold me a car with an extended warranty. The vehicle broke down within 30 days. Now they tell me that it will be almost a year before they get the part. They won't give me a replacement or a refund. This is not a good place to buy a car from.

My husband bought a used Nissan Rogue from Vaden Nissan, thinking it was in good shape. However, once he drove it home, he realized it had some issues. He tried contacting the salesman, whose name I can't recall, through calls and texts on the same day and the following day, but he never responded. It's possible he ignored my husband's attempts because he wanted to cash the check from Navy Federal before my husband could return the car. Since the salesman never returned the calls, my husband decided to take the car back to the dealership today. Now they're saying they'll refund some of the money, but we'll still be at a loss. It's frustrating because we've only had the car for less than a week!
I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Vaden Nissan about a month ago
I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Vaden Nissan about a month ago. However, I encountered some issues with the car shortly after buying it. Firstly, I wasn't able to drive it home until a week and a half later because they were fixing the brakes, as they had mentioned. The very next day after bringing it home, I noticed that the CV joints were making clicking sounds. I immediately returned the car to the dealership.
To make matters worse, after driving the car for only 1500 miles, it started jerking as if the gears were not shifting properly. On top of that, the engine light came on. I had emphasized to the dealership that my father is sick and I may need to travel out of town if my mom calls for assistance. It's frustrating to have spent my last $4000 as a down payment on this car, only to encounter all these problems. I deeply regret choosing to spend my money here.
*** left me a message asking to call him back regarding my recent visit to the dealership and the issues I encountered
left me a message asking to call him back regarding my recent visit to the dealership and the issues I encountered. However, when I began explaining what happened, he abruptly ended the call. It was extremely rude. Furthermore, when I called the dealership to speak with him, the lady who answered the phone hung up on me, and I had to call back. I will never, ever do business with them again. Years ago, I purchased a brand new 2013 Altima for my wife from this dealership and never had any problems like this. It is completely unacceptable. I had already been pre-approved for a loan from ***, but it seems like the dealership really wants to use their own finance team to make more money. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this place.

After waiting for a whopping 5 hours during my first visit to Vaden Nissan, I was told that the finance manager needed more time to finalize the deal before I could sign the papers for the car. Frustratingly, I had to return two days later to pay my down payment and provide proof of insurance. To my disappointment, I wasn't even allowed to lay eyes on the car in person. Instead, the salesman showed me a few pictures and explained that it was currently at the shop for oil changes and tire rotations. They assured me that they would try to have it delivered to a closer dealership within the next day or two.
The following day, I decided to give them a call. The first person I spoke to informed me that the car would remain at the shop until early next week. However, when I spoke to a second person, they claimed that it was just undergoing an inspection. Confused and frustrated, I woke up the next morning only to find out that the deal had been canceled. Now, I'm left in the dark, unable to get a clear answer about getting my money back.
I must say, I have never experienced such disregard from any business before. It feels like a complete joke, or worse, as if they never had the car to begin with since I never had the chance to see it in person.
I heard that Vaden Nissan was a good place to take my car, but I was treated poorly
I heard that Vaden Nissan was a good place to take my car, but I was treated poorly. They gave me a quote of $***, saying, "You have been patient with me, so I am quoting you this price." However, I waited to hear from them and was told my car would be ready on two different days. They said a part needed to be ordered, but it wasn't until Thursday that they actually ordered it. I wanted to speak to ***, but she told me I could have my car towed off the property. So, I talked to the general manager, ***, and he said the same thing. They had promised me two fob keys because I needed another key with the BCM, but *** had already told me I didn't need one, just the original key. When I went to the Nissan place on Abercorn, they told me it would cost $1,452.17. I told them this was not right and that I was supposed to have two keys. I showed the messages to *** and *** and ***, but they told me I could take my business elsewhere. *** demanded that I leave his property, but *** would not accept that I had messages from ***.

It's now 3 pm on May 30, 2022, and I'm really upset about my experience at Vaden Nissan. I wasted most of the day and missed out on other sales opportunities because the staff there lied to me. They used a bait and switch tactic on the phone to get me to come to the dealership. When I confronted them about it, they blamed the person on the phone (an employee) and said she was a contractor acting on her own. They refused to honor the agreed-upon sale and took no responsibility. For the past few days, I've been helping my son research three specific vehicles that he's been saving up for. One of the vehicles was a 2022 Nissan, and we were waiting for Memorial Day to see if there would be a better sale. On Memorial Day morning, we saw that Vaden Nissan had some deals that were close to what my son had saved. This morning, while looking at their website, I saw that they were selling four 2022 Nissan Versa Ss at different prices. One of them was listed for $16,820, which was close to what my son had saved. I decided to call and ask if they would be willing to come down to $15,000 (including all fees). Even though the prices didn't match exactly, we wanted to see if they were negotiable. I personally spoke to the salesperson three times, and my wife spoke to her once. I made it clear that I didn't want to waste her time or mine. We were prepared to make a cash purchase today, but we were only willing to spend $15,000 on the specific vehicle (2022 Nissan Versa S). I told her that if they couldn't match our price, we could wait and come back next year with more money. Despite all of this, Vaden Nissan didn't honor our agreement and refused to take responsibility for the miscommunication. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope others can learn from my experience and be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
My husband and I had the worst experience with Vaden Nissan
My husband and I had the worst experience with Vaden Nissan. In December , my husband bought a car for me after seeing it online. He called to check if it was still available, and they said yes. He told them he was on his way to purchase it. However, when he arrived, they told him the car was not there but in the shop for a recall. They claimed it was just a recall that needed fixing before selling it. My husband agreed and still bought the car, thinking it was only a minor issue. We had to wait a week to get the car, and during that time, they provided us with a rental car.
Vaden Nissan called us later and asked for their rental car back. My husband explained that we didn't have any other means of transportation, so we needed to keep the car we just purchased. They allowed us to keep it until then. Finally, we received the car, but a week later, it started stalling at every stop sign. We called Vaden Nissan to discuss the issue, and they claimed it was normal and just a factory setting that needed adjustment. We investigated ourselves and realized that wasn't the case. The car continued to stall every time we started it, so we called them again. They test drove it and said nothing was wrong. Eventually, we spoke to a manager who acknowledged that something was indeed wrong.
The car has been in the shop for three months now, but Vaden wouldn't approve the coverage for the necessary part. We had to find out from another dealership that this was the reason for the delay. Finally, the approval came through, and the car was fixed. However, it is still at the dealership, and nobody is answering our calls. We have made three payments for the car but have only driven it for a week. We have reached out to every manager at Vaden Nissan, but none of them return our calls. We have only spoken to one manager, who claims he doesn't know what's going on and promises to call back. All we want is to have our car back, which we are paying for, and for someone to make things right.
My husband and I had a really bad experience today at a Nissan dealership
My husband and I had a really bad experience today at a Nissan dealership. Our salesperson was unprofessional, rude, and dishonest from the start. We wanted an appraisal for my car but were pressured about our credit score and pushed to trade in my car. The salesperson agreed to a certain amount for my car with manager approval, claiming the offer was only valid that day. When we asked for written confirmation and mentioned checking other offers, he refused unless we committed to selling to them. I returned alone to test drive cars and was ignored for 15 minutes. The salesperson then pretended to forget previous discussions and attempted to coerce me into signing paperwork. When my husband arrived, the salesperson and his manager became aggressive and altered the offer, insisting on a trade-in. They became confrontational and even threatened physical violence, ultimately kicking us out and falsely portraying us as the aggressors. We were lied to, racially profiled, and expelled without justification.

We sold Vaden Nissan our Nissan Rouge sport
We sold Vaden Nissan our Nissan Rouge sport. It was financed, and they paid off our loan with ***. They made an overpayment of $2400. They assured us that we would receive our money within a week. However, when the pay off date arrived, *** informed us that it would actually take 60 days to get our money. We really need that money to pay our bills right now. If we had known it would take 2 months to get our money back, we wouldn't have sold the car to Vaden. Can someone please help us?
I been waiting for a fix for a problem with a car I bought from this dealer in December
I been waiting for a fix for a problem with a car I bought from this dealer in December . I told the dealer and service department about the problem about a week after buying the car. I went to the dealership more than 4 times for the same problem, but they haven't fixed it yet. I called them many times and they keep giving me the same answer. Now the problem has gotten worse. The whole infotainment system stopped working. This car was supposed to be brand new.
I bought a car from Vaden Nissan and it was a total mess
I bought a car from Vaden Nissan and it was a total mess. I had lots of problems with the car. Eventually, I traded it in at another dealership. I reached out to Vaden Nissan to cancel the extended warranty on 4/13. The service contracts manager at Vaden claimed to have never received the cancellation. I contacted the warranty provider directly and canceled the contract. They confirmed on June 6, 2022, that they sent the refund to Vaden Nissan. However, as of 6/25/22, Vaden has not issued my refund and the manager denies receiving the funds. I've requested to speak with the higher-ups, yet no response.

8/04/2022- My Nissan kicks had a problem with the head gasket (thankfully, it was under warranty)
8/04/2022- My Nissan kicks had a problem with the head gasket (thankfully, it was under warranty). However, Nissan failed multiple times to get in touch with me. The warranty got approved on 9/2022, but Nissan sent the wrong engine to the dealership. Then, on 9/22/22, Nissan told me that my warranty got voided, claiming there was a front-end collision that never happened. I tried to request my vehicle to be put back together for towing purposes on 10/01/2022, but I received no response, and the service department refused to talk to me. Finally, on 10/14/2022, when I went to Nissan to inspect my vehicle, I found it disassembled with important parts missing. The vehicle wasn't secured, and the key no longer works. The service advisor couldn't explain why my vehicle was in such a state or why my warranty got voided.
I was supposed to buy a car from Vaden Nissan and they said it would be ready in 2 days
I was supposed to buy a car from Vaden Nissan and they said it would be ready in 2 days. But the car never showed up, and then the finance company started calling me for payment on a car I hadn't even gotten yet. So I went to the dealership to stop the process, and they told me they had already sold my car that was part of the deal. When I looked at the agreement, they had promised me $1000 for my trade-in, but they only gave me $350. The finance manager even tried to make me accept a higher interest rate, claiming I didn't qualify for a special rate even though I have excellent credit. Now I'm being bothered by the finance company for a car I never received. On top of that, the dealership submitted false information for the tag work on the new car because they couldn't have known the mileage on a car that hadn't arrived yet. They also tried to pressure me into making a payment for a car I hadn't even gotten yet.
Me and my wife, we bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL AWD on July 23 in Savannah, Georgia while we were on vacation
Me and my wife, we bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL AWD on July 23 in Savannah, Georgia while we were on vacation. We had a couple of problems: 1. When we got the car, there was some damage on the right rear quarter panel. Instead of driving all the way back to Savannah, I asked them nicely if they could fix it in Jacksonville, Florida, where we live. 2. The dealership took a $1000 deposit and then they told me to bring a check for $37,100 to cover the rest of the payment. But when I got there, they said the price went up by $1,078 because they had to add an "upcharge for the vehicle." They said they split it with me, so the total came to $39,178. Since this dealership doesn't seem very honest, I think they might have lied about the upcharge. It doesn't sound legal or right. I think you should double-check the math on this deal.
My son's truck was towed to Vaden Nissan to fix a blown clutch on August 6
My son's truck was towed to Vaden Nissan to fix a blown clutch on August 6. A person named *** from the dealership called me and gave an estimate of $4,544. They said the truck needed a timing chain, clutch assembly, and resurfaced brake rotors. I agreed to the repairs because I live in Connecticut and my son is in Tybee Island, Georgia. Surprisingly, they kept his vehicle for 21 days without any communication. I called and sent texts multiple times, but received no response. They knew I was the one paying the bill since my son has no money. I specifically told them not to show the bill to my son because it would stress him out. I asked them to email me a copy and also mail me the bill/invoice. I made this request on August 30. However, they haven't made any attempts to contact me through phone or text. This feels like fraud to me. Additionally, my son's vehicle runs poorly, and we have no idea what they actually did to it. They were paid in full on August 26, but my son didn't get his vehicle back until Friday, September 27. I have no documentation of any repairs or services provided.
I bought a 2015 Honda Civic from Vaden Nissan last month
I bought a 2015 Honda Civic from Vaden Nissan last month. They said it had a clean carfax, but when it was delivered to my house, I noticed a metal tray hanging from underneath the car. I called them right away and they told me to bring it back for repairs. They said they fixed it, but when I went to pick it up a few days later, the tray was still hanging out. I asked if I could choose a different car, but they said no. They told me to leave it there for more repairs. After a few days, I picked it up again and the tray was gone. The car seemed fixed, but within a week, more stuff was hanging out from under the car. I called the manager and told him about the damage, but all he said was that the carfax was clean. I took it to Southern Motors Honda for an inspection, and they found significant damage to the undercarriage. They took pictures and said it needs to be fixed at a body shop. They also noticed that the transmission cap was missing, which could have caused the transmission fluid to overflow. Vaden Nissan should have caught this during their "safety inspection." It cost me around $160 to fix at Southern Motors Honda. My insurance won't cover the body shop repairs because the damage didn't happen while I had the car. I have photos from the inspection and text messages to my Vaden Nissan salesperson where I asked them to fix it, but they ignored me.
On February 7th, 2022, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from a dealership in Savannah, Georgia
On February 7th, 2022, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from a dealership in Savannah, Georgia. I found it online and made the purchase over the phone. They told me it had 55,000 miles and no accidents or damage. I live in Atlanta, Georgia and drove my truck down to trade it in. When I arrived, the truck looked great, and I even took a picture next to it. On closer inspection of the photo, I noticed wrinkles in the rear quarter panel behind the back wheels. It became clear that the truck had been in an accident. I paid $1,000 down and now make $808 monthly payments for a $38,000 truck. This is a lot of money, and I wouldn't mind if the truck was undamaged. I sent them photos and explained that I just wanted an undamaged truck of the same model. They said we could start negotiating for another truck in 30 days and that I could exchange it for a truck of equal or lesser value without losing any money. The salesman who promised me this was the sales manager. I have called them at least 6-7 times, and recently I tried to get the new deal going. The sales manager put me on a brief hold and apparently hung up because he never called back. They also haven't completed my title work, and my temporary dealer plates expired on March 24th, 2022. I have been trying to contact their title department constantly, but the receptionist always transfers me to the manager's voicemail, claiming the title department manager is unavailable. All I want is for the dealership to exchange the truck for an undamaged one of equal or lesser value and have it shipped here while they take this one back. Alternatively, they could pay to have this truck professionally repaired by a certified mechanic. But now their receptionist screens calls, and when I call, they say no one is available to help. Please assist me. Thank you!
In March 2022, I bought a 2012 CRV from Vaden Nissan
In March 2022, I bought a 2012 CRV from Vaden Nissan. When I rolled the windows down, the car started smoking. I contacted my finance company, Westlake Finance Company, and they advised me to call Vaden Nissan to explain the problem. I spoke with the finance manager at Nissan, who told me not to get the car fixed because electrical issues can be expensive. Instead, he suggested trading in the vehicle for a brand-new car. Since I couldn't drive the car, they sent an employee to pick me up and take me to the dealership.
When I arrived, a salesperson greeted me and we started the paperwork. I told them that I preferred a small SUV similar to the one I had, rather than a car. However, they informed me that they didn't have any SUVs available on the lot. Additionally, they said that the finance company wouldn't finance a used car, so I had to get a brand-new one that they had chosen for me. I expressed my desire to choose my own vehicle, but they insisted on the trade-in and promised to call me when an SUV became available, so I could switch.
I had a feeling that the deal was too good to be true, and the whole process felt rushed. They told me the SUV would arrive in April, but I never received a call from the finance manager or the salesperson. When I contacted them, they gave me the runaround. They even tried to make me purchase an SUV for $100 more than what I was originally paying for the car. The original agreement we had made was completely disregarded. Both the salesperson and the finance manager broke their contract with me. Now, I'm stuck with a car that they forced upon me.
I tried reaching out to the owner of the dealership, Ms. ***, but I received no response.
On April 5, 2022, I went to Vaden Nissan to buy a car for the first time
On April 5, 2022, I went to Vaden Nissan to buy a car for the first time. Before going to the dealership, the salesman, ***, assured me that the two cars I was interested in were available. However, he lied and only one of them was available for a test drive. He showed me the inside of his coworker's car, which happened to be the one I wanted. I mentioned that I might come back when more vehicles arrived because I needed a car as soon as possible to take my *** to *** for her *** appointments. He promised me that the vehicle would be there that week, possibly the next day. I ended up purchasing the car for $23,000.00 and paid in full with my *** auto loan check on that day. Additionally, I paid $1,500.00 via my debit card for a bumper-to-bumper warranty.
The week went by, but there was no sign of the car, and my calls were ignored. Finally, on April 8th, I managed to get in touch with *** who informed me that I could cancel the transaction. On April 9th, I went to get my check back and requested a reversal of the warranty charge on my debit card. When I arrived, *** greeted me and offered me a loaner car. He also mentioned that my first payment to *** for my loan was due. He assured me that the car would be there on Friday. However, Friday came and went, and there was still no car. My calls were screened and avoided.
*** sent me a picture of the car, but I told him that it was not the same car he showed me, and I didn't want it. He then told me that this isn't *** and that I could trade it in after a year. Frustrated, I called ***, who told me to come to the dealership. He said he would put me in something bigger and of more value while keeping the same price. When I arrived, he had the same car that I had previously said I didn't want. *** told me to take it for a month, and he would buy it back for $23,000.00. I refused to accept the car.
At this point, *** started asking me out for drinks and even offered to pick me up in his bigger car. I kept insisting that he buy the car back that day, but he refused, claiming that I would receive a credit score penalty. I told him that it was fine, but he just laughed and walked away. I sat at the dealership from 12 pm to 5 pm, with everyone ignoring me. In the end, I left the car and keys with the dealership and called corporate to complain. After speaking with corporate, *** called me to sign a cancellation form. However, I had to wait for 45 minutes for *** to inform me that there was no such form. All I want now is a refund and to be released from any contract.
