This is the 3rd service I do at this center and all I hear is lies. Before they used to be better and since then all is bad.. Customer service is bad... Supervisors keep ignoring your whatsapp messages... 3 days maintenance and car is not ready although they promise u.. You go to the car to find it left alone in the corner with no one working om it but all other cars are dealt with other staff members. You ask why and they tell u someone lost his mobile at home and they will come to work on it this afternoon etc. Previous 2x occasions the same... Keep coming on the day and time they sau and car not ready so take a taxi again.. One time I had to go to dubai by taxi because of those lies... Why do we have to waste our time and money on a company like you who push customers away... I will make sure to tell all people about your service as it is not fair.. They are drinking coffee in the company and we are stuck on the roads between abu dhabi and dubai just because we believe what they say... Shame on you really... As a respected company you should not allow your staff to lie like that...Instead of 3 days foraintenace say 4 say 5 but do not keep bringing customers over to tell them come back later and when they come again you say tomorrow etc.
Desired outcome: Nothing ...just finish my car and I will never buy from you again...will make sure all my friends and colleagues will no do so too. I had it 3 times now and I had enough. I will never renew my contract with u or buy any of your cars.
Very bad service at Abu Dhabi Mussaffah workshop. Their aim is to charge you out of your contract. Lie to you about what is going on. Regular maintenance takes 3 days although they promise to give on the same day.. you go asking for your car to find it in the corner with no one working on it...ask for reasons...other lies you hear ... you pay taxi fairs more than the actual maintenance will cost. They do not answer your questions or whatsapp messages or calls. Better deal with other company my dear ..trust me ...they used to be good .. but for the last 3 maintenance visits I score them 0 for professionalism and honesty.
