Complaint about bad behaviour of Al madina supermarket's casher.
Hi,I'm Mohammad Sadequr Rahman. Working at Amazon.
Today I was go to Al madina supermarket in Hor al henz. Saphiyea housing road.cashier behaviour was very bad. I Don't have change for payment. Even i show him my money bag. Gave him 100 aed. But he was very bad behaviour with me why i gave him 100aed. I even said okay if you dont have change then i will go back, no problem. But his behaviour was very bad. First he said he has no change but i saw his box was full of change money. He is talking like he is brainless. I might call police but he gave me change and saing bla bla - 'why coming 100 when you buying 10aed?' this is not acceptable.
Customer service staff and security
Me and my wife since two years weekly regular customer of almadina. We wear casual dress to come market not to show off and wear nice clothes. Today 15/06/2022 me and wife visited market.My wife kindly speak nicely customer service lady plz can you put my big empty plastic bag there so that we can carry our weekly groceries fooding and non fooding item. My wife don’t have pocket and she carried her wallet and mobile so that it will not drop on floor that’s why she kept it in small plastic which is also not belongs from almadina company. When we are looking for trolley staff pointing her hand like they are arbab give this plastic there he says not allowed. They work is not acceptable and not professional.don’t know how to approach to the customer. I have never seen this kind of customer service instead of giving service to customer they are arguing. Security telling us that you can go do your shopping that’s it. If you don’t have ..25fils I will give you .25fils from my pocket. He is insulting to customer(us) .Security job is observe,monitor and pass message to manager or market supervisor not to argue and use body language with any customers.very very worst place for shopping sorry to say . They don’t know how to work properly as a professional. Nothing to give any rate .private security Al Jaber company malyalam security don’t know how to speak with customers. Hope management will think about this kind of unprofessional employee working over market. If this kind of behavior with customer held most of the time you will loose customer. Treat customer well even customer wear nice dress or not. Very very bad experience in my life. 👎🏻
Very bad behaviour of staff

Please be informed you that yesterday on 08.06.2022 I visit the Al madina supermarket (mango Market) jabal ali parco and buy the some items (61 AED) your sales staff indian national perfume department was very rude and he misbehave with me and my family also he stated that go from here, moreover I complaint to the store manager regarding his behaviour and very bad Customer service but he didn't listen me just he ignored me and was watching the mobile with the using of hands free.
How ever I was you last 07 year old Customer but I decided that in future I will never buy anything from Al Madina supermarket, Your staff should respect the customer and Apologise but they pretend we don't need income and customers.

Kurta malfunction leaving colors on inner garment
I bought this kurta from icad Mall in al madina on 1st May 2020
I wore this kurta on next day during prayer when I came back to home then saw color fade in inner garments and cloth performance deteriorating.
When I complain this to your staff and met Nasir Mohammad supervisor there , he straight away told me we cannot exchange .
Desired outcome: No outcome came , there aren’t ready to accept their quality of cloth they are selling . If I don’t get any positive response I’ll go to consumer court .
I complaining about liar worker in this market
I purchased a only one mobile cable date 30 march 2022 at time 9:49am this mobile cable price is in the bill mension is 10Aed but he ask me 20Aed sir I consist to ask this mobile site liar worker give me bill of this item he take money of that portion where he work but I resist then he give me a bill so kindly take the action of these people who working like this a lot of labour who lives here in this area daily purchase item in this market I request you to take the action of this serious incedient. And aslo check the cctv covering where this happened plz. Best regards of good customer behavior.

I made an order for a bread, ketchup and fresh prawns. It was 90 minutes and I didn't get the order. I asked them again and they said the deliver person has already left. 30 minutes alter, I tried to contact them again as I didn't get the item delivered. So I decided the go to the shop myself. I saw that the items were waiting to be delivered in the counter and I asked them why they lied about it. They had no answer. They also had fresh prawn out of freezer for the whole time.
This is not the first time. They have done this before as well. No matter how many time we complaint they show the same behavior.

I am Complaining about your sales staff at Al Madina Hypermarket Mussafah 17 Abu Dhabi of his unprofessional acts or Unethical behavior. Poor customer service not even greet the customers and I'm very much disappointed what was happened last October 13, 2021 around 10:25pm at roastery section, I am about to buy something but the staff is ignoring while he is busy chatting with his countrymen (Indian). Later on i was trying to find the duty manager to ask assistance but the manager also did not take any action instead the said to me that "why I'm not asking the staff what i want?" Being a customer why should i ask the staff if what i want? instead of the staff should be approach to me as a customer to ask if what i want.? They are both Manager and staff trying to argue with me. I'm a regular customer your company and Please do something to your staff to avoid repeating this kind of act or behavior to other customers.

order to them some items and ask them what time they can deliver.they will tell you the time but always will come 2 hrs.late.even if you are regular customer.it happens to me several times and sometimes they will give you wrong items and you will get only sorry in the end.mistake can happen but not most of the time.its really annoying.

Bad service with front liners
As i am regular customer in that branch. Which i had experienced that was not meet the standards of current situation. People were jumping in counter to finished there transaction. I was standing behind all of them . There was two security behind me .when i approached to them for help to open another counter the just told us to keep quit by showing his finger. I would like to request to management team to educate to people as well as security. No one have sense to a good business.

I visited 23-08-2021 around 9 pm. A person calling himself assistant manager at Al Madina hypermarket Al Rigga was extremely rude to me and my three year old kid. The reason was my kid liked a toy at the market. She picked the toy and came straight to me at billing counter saying she wants to buy it. I bought her that toy. Meanwhile this person comes in and thinks I am not buying it and gets extremely rude. He says, "you pay for it. Kids come here and leave the toys broken". Lots of other things he said. Though murmurs only.

Fruits
I ordered grapes along with other fruits and dairy products on my first call for delivery.. The grapes wre rotten and are not edible.. I sent it back with the delivery boy asking him to replace and he said it was the last box they had. Instead I ordered avocado which was completely rotten from inside and outside he just put in my hand and ran away... And I had to call back to replace and the answer remained same those are the last ones..
Are they running a supermarket or some rotten shop?

Dear sir/madam good evening. I went to (fida al madina hypermarket) witch is located in Dubai investment park 2. On the gate there was one person his name genesh, he scared me because of very loudly voice heeelllloooo. I said excuse me, he said where is your mask. I told him I don't have, he said not allowed. I ask do you have mask for sale? He said immediate 4 dirhams. I pay 4 dirhams and I wait for a bill, after few minutes he brings the bill for 3.33 dirhams. And then I came back without shopping. This is not the good way about of customer service. He should speak with a customer nicely. Please teach him about of customer service. Bill number is 91123. And he told me that we have a link with CID.
Jenan eggs
Hello,
We bought jenan omega 3 large 30 eggs day before yesterday from Al madina hypermarket day before yesterday at Muhaisnah-4. Please find attached invoice.
Next day when we boiled We were shocked to see eggs blackened out.Again same thing today hence raised concerns over quality. Have attached pictures for your reference which clearly shows the expiry date.
Kindly look in to it as I have concerns over other people who have bought it and moreover I have a family consisting of 2 little daughters had not I noticed
Expect you to revert or will escalate to higher authorities

I'm really disappointed
I called this morning at 815 am to order white bread yaumi, I checked the time at 9 am still the bread did not come, then I am really upset with the staff because I went to the supermarket at 915 it's only at the back of our building no customer there's enough staff, no one informed me, that they can't deliver my bread, i'm really disappointed. I'm sorry before me and my family always buying to them but now I will not buy to your supermarket. I will informed all kabayans about this matters. When we do grocery we are buying worth 200 aed. Maybe they did not deliver because I only ordered bread... Wow...

I got only 5 print after purchase 110 AED when I send it to your team member he said that only you can get 5 print after that you need to purchase the extra cartridge, when I told him that at least I can get 100 pages if I purchase it from any other store he said that bring that printer that provides you 100 pages I will give it to you free cartridges 2 I get site of Carrefour so I get that printer to provide me 120 pages, below provided details of that printer, I totally trust after purchased, at night I need to work my project and need to subject on 2nd day but suddenly finished cartridge so I was helpless at that time, also he said that company only provide sample cartridge for using you can buy new for your printer, I don't know his name but I have his mobile Number [protected].

today I made a purcahse of 85.75 aed in the al madina hypermarket in sharjah back of mubarak centre and cashier returned a balance or only 14 aed and he didnt return me 25 fills. every time I do any purchase in cashier a small amount of money is being taken by the cashier and when I ask him about that he is saying 25fills and 50fills is not a valid. I do atleast 4 purchase a month and every time a minimum of 15 to 25 fills is being eaten up by cashier. this happens with all the customer and eventually the cashier makes a good money. please consider this issue and make sure that cashier provides proper chance.
I bought Olay face wash from your place on Saturday and also took the money from the counter. Then your staff quickly packed all the luggage. But face wash I put it there and said slowly but he was not ready to listen...

Respected Complainers, in 2015, Wardat Al Madina Foodstuff Trading Dubai has taken Containers of oranges from us and refused to pay, also in 2017, he succeeded to fool us again and took 2 containers of coconut and 1 container of onion and again, this time we took Cheque from him but the Cheque was returned. Mr Abdullah the partner of the company is a dangerously clever man and he played smartly . don't believe on his long beard, be aware!

almost 80 % of egg found rotten in a tray of 30 eggs
All most all the eggs found rotten which had sufficient time for expiry as per the printed date given on the top of the egg. Some 5 - 6 eggs were good, which clearly shows that it was mixed with expired eggs after changing the date stamp. The date printed on the top of the egg was 26.06.2011 to 24.09.2011. The eggs were purchased from Express Al Madina Hyper market (Al quoz) on 20.08.2011. Item number 14 shown as per the attached bill.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
