I sold this company over eleven Gift cards for which payments were due on May 19th, 2023 and I am still yet to receive my payment today (May 25th). I have constantly emailed the company for my payment and they told me they had a delay and should give them two days for which i ended up giving them four days and i am still yet to get my payment for cards sold. Therefore, I nee dsome sort of asssistance to actually sue this company.

Recently, I had an experience with EJ Gift Cards (ejgiftcards.com) that left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. While I had purchased gift cards from them in the past with no issues, this time I encountered a problem with one of the cards I had ordered. When I went to use it, it wouldn't work, so I went ahead and filled a claim in order to get a refund.

I submitted my claim on 8/12/2020, and to my relief, it was approved just a few days later on 8/15/20. However, despite the fact that the refund had been approved, the company waited a full 20 days before issuing my refund. I kept in contact with them during this time, asking where my refund was, and was given some vague response about technical issues. This was frustrating in and of itself, but what made it even worse was that the value of Bitcoin (which I'd used to pay for the gift card) was steadily increasing during that entire 20 day waiting period, with its value sitting above $11k for the entire duration.

It wasn't until the 21st day that they finally issued me my refund--and coincidentally, that was the day that the value of Bitcoin suddenly dropped to less than $10k, which meant that I got far less money back than I had originally paid. I had paid $80 in Bitcoin for a $100 gift card, but when they finally refunded me, the amount was only worth $74 due to the drop in Bitcoin's value. This led me to believe that they had waited to see if they could save money before issuing my refund, which left me feeling incredibly frustrated and upset.
