Vehicle was not ready when I approached rental office although I was pre-registered and had bypass office feature to go direct to vehicle. Both kids at booth attempted to get me to change to another vehicle and did not know why the truck I rented was not ready when I arrived. After 20 minutes standing in the cold garage the attendant brought up a dirty vehicle with sticks and pieces of limbs in the bed of the truck. The attitude of the young booth people angered me, but I had to accept the results since I was standing in the cold with no option... help me understand what part of this experience is customer service?
