We reserved an economy car #C424969212 from the Savannah airport only to get a pick up truck. The seats were extremely stained/smelled of cigarette smoke/film on the inside of the windows. Once I was driving no windshield washer fluid and the electric side windows not working. I called and was given a ref # [protected] as we were asking for a different car. No call back called tthe next day no call back. On the 3rd day I got a hold of someone at the Savannah airport. She said to go to the Hilton Head airport to exchange the car. When we got there I was told no and that the Savanahah airport lies all the time. I received an email from Ragan Schaff who said he would bring me a car only to get 3 more emails saying no he was off go back to the airport. I did not have time to go back to the airport . I requested a full refund and only got $130.18 now was charged $12.13. Don't know what this charge is as the truck had a full tank of gas. I am demanding a full refund. I will also be reporting this
