I purchase a pair of shoes from your Atlantic City New Jersey store a month ago
The shoes we're black leather after 2 wears the leather start to peel in front

I purchased 3 pr of shoes
I felt as if i was purchasing a great product
My daughter said i was getting a great product
And now im not sure !
Please honor your product!
I am on a fixed income o have no money to thow away

Aldo poor quality of the bag

I would like to start by saying that I am a huge ALDO fan, 90% of my shoes are from ALDO. In December I bought a bag online from the ALDO website and yesterday was the very first time I used the bag and must add that I am highly disappointed with the quality of this product.

I noticed that the L was missing from the word ALDO. When I took a closer look at the bag I realised that the rest of the words were also coming out, they look like they were stuck with a cheap glue. The stitches on the bag are hideous, even a first year fashion and textile design student can do a much neater job. I am highly disappointed and would like to know what can I do about this?

Aldo worst quality brand.

I have purchase 2 pairs of Aldo shoes just 15 days ago. 2 pairs for 600 Qatari Rials. And the result is really unexpected. The upper body started removing like rexin. Really a worst brand of shoes i've ever used in my life. I have pictures and bill with me. Please try to change my shoes or return my money, i am never gonna use this brand in my life. It's really a biggest mistake of life i choose this instead of adidas, nike. If u coldn't help me in this i am gonna spread this message or upload that picture along with bill on all of my social media to viral it & not to use this brand. We all of my frnd use to buy branded shoes i will let them know about this cheap brand not to he purchase ever. So do co operate in changing my shoe or returning my cash back.

Aldo management experience

I use to be a employee there a little over a year ago ( manager to be exact) and I go to Aldo frequently to buy shoes and bags. I went In there today to exchange a pair of shoes. The store manager looked at the shoes and kinda tossed the box like what do u want me to do with these if u don't have a reciept. This is the same person that offers me to use her discount every single time i come Into the store. However there was a few people behind me and i said ok just give me a credit To not hold the line up. She said she didn't have merch credit cards. This is the same exact thing she told me when i wanted To do a return before and she actually had a whole drawer full of them bc her employee showed them
To me. I actually Wanted to get a boot that cost more than the shoes i was Trying to exchange. She said Come back another day. And i said No bc i think Ur lying bc just yesterday my Caucasian friend came In without a receipt to do a exchange and she gave her a gift card. I said Kristina every time i come In here i feel discriminated against treat me like im a normal customer. She said i am. I said No ur not u forget i use To be a employee here i know Policy and procedure. She said I'm not a racist and u can get out of the store. And i said No u can't put me out of anywhere bc how u can go above and beyond for my Caucasian friend and offer to do a shoe movement for her but not do it for me. I purchased them in the same location. She said get out of my store then called the cops on me. They came to
My job and they said they not going to do anything to me bc she admitted to them that she did have gift cards and that she was saving them. I'm going to corporate about this bc there's no point in speaking to the DM bc Kristina has told me Nicole doesn't and never has liked me and that Nicole would always take her side. I shop at Aldo almost every other week but I've never experienc ed anything like this ever. And it's ridiculous. She's never called the cops on anyone else who hurt her feelings. I will Never shop at this location anymore.

Aldo shoes

Also seems to buy cheap shoes and sell them at a very high price. Just after wearing it for 5 or 6 days the sole started to get detach. All they offered me was 20 percent off on next purchase. I don't want a shoe that breaks in few days and the company does not back their products. They claim this as wear and tear. Aldo aldo red bag has a big hole. barack bag sagging badly

I bought a red aldo bag when I was in dbn on holiday. I wore it 4 times as its a dress up bag. I discovered in the corner of the bag it has a big hole. The bag is practically brand new and hardly worn. It's disappointing I pd 900 that's not cheap. And I have a black also bag I bought and it's sagging badly I paid 799 for it. I put all of this on Facebook so others can see. I would like it both to be replaced. I will continue to share the word. See the pictures attached. Call me on [protected] asap. Aldo customer service

Store manager rude and speaks inappropriately to customers. District manager requested by customer service to respond to inquiries and complaints but failed to respond or have the courtesy to reply. Poor service stems from the top down.

I purchased shoes and explained at the time I may not keep them due to them being large on one foot but would try them at home with an insert. They were dusty on the bottom ( clearance ) shoes. I advised I didn't want to have an issue when /if returning. I also verified the return policy. A week later I went into return the shoes the store manager approached me at the register speaking very loudly and yelling what happened what happened why are you returning them and then proceeded to mumble under her breath to the cashier she probably wore the shoes . When I stayed it that they weren't an asked to repeat what she said she proceeded to argue with me. Highly unprofessional behavior and clearly a loud by the lack of response of the district manager .

Aldo lack of product in the store

Hello. I'm a aldo customer. That lives in the Harlem area in New York. I went in the store to find a store and I was told that they not getting the shoe because of the area. You feel that shoe is not going to sale. Now I'm not understanding why is that. It shouldn't matter where the location is. I feel that this is discrimination in the the urban area and we should be equal to any location. I'm going to continue to do my best to get a charge with that. It's a shame that I have to go out of my area to spend my money on your product and you have a store in my neighborhood. That's a shame and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am writing to make a complaint regarding the above item which I ordered on the 27th October at your Brent Branch and requested for it to be delivered at Oxford Circus.

I received an emails from Aldo on 29th stating my order has been shipped and on 1st November I received notification that the order was ready to be picked up. I also received tracking confirmation by Royal Mail advising that my order had been delivered on the said date.

On Tuesday 6th November I went to Oxford Circus to collect my order. I waited 20 minutes whilst the sales advisor disappeared around the back to look for it and had been stood by the counter looking at the accessories to ensure that she could see me when she returned.

After the 20 minutes, wondering what was going on and then being ignored at the counter by two members of staff. I looked around on the shop floor and to my disappointment saw the young lady who I had been waiting for - serving someone else. I had to then wait until she served two other customers before I could gain her attention. She did not acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting all this time.

She advised me again to wait whilst she disappeared around the back. I waited another 7 minutes before she returned, to be told that my order had not arrived.

I asked how that was possible given the tracking/collection confirmation I received on 1st and today being the 6th (as in it is now 6 days later how has it not yet arrived?). Her response was I quote, ‘sometimes they send emails that things have been delivered and they haven't... it always happens'. I asked could she call up customer service, she said she was unable to do that and that was my responsibility.

Please note that I left work early that day. This has seriously inconvenience me as in the fact that I will have to go there for a second time but mainly, I had purchased it as a present for a someone's birthday which embarrassingly I was on my way to that day.

1. Please could you kindly inform me of the status of my order.

2. Please could you physically check with the store directly as opposed to simply using my tracking details.

3. Please could you kindly compensate me for the stress and inconvenience due to your staffs lack of customer care, unnecessary travel expenses and embarrassment faced in not being able to provide a gift for a birthday dinner that day.

Aldo purse

Dear concern,

I went to Makkah -Saudi Arabia in August and bought a red colour bag from Aldo on sale. After returning to my home land Pakistan I used the bag twice and now the Zip has broken .i have been a very loyal customer of Aldo but I was seriously very disappointed by the quality.
I am not sure if it was a defected product which was sold on sale or what but as a customer I am really dissatisfied with the quality.

Aldo shoes

I bought a shoes from Aldo shop in Makkah city in Abraj albeit complex for 400 saudi riyals. Since then there is a sound coming from the left pair while touching the ground. This sound is not coming from the right pair. I visited the branch but the female employee after confirming the problem said this is the first time to face such a strange issue but she can do nothing!
Please I need a reply for this issue. Either to assign someone to fix the problem or to give me another pair. Thanks.

Aldo complain about service - unethical behaviour

On 19th September, I was at Aldo Westfield Uk near Shepherd bush and was trying to purchase a pair of black and gold sandals. I saw a lot of scratches on te presented shoes and asked the store seller, a lady to bring a brand new pair of shoes which I wanted to purchased instantly. But after checking they told me that the only shoe on store was available but that one was defective and I asked for a discount because I liked the shoes. The lady asked for the manager, the shoes worthed 35 pounds and he decided to deduct to 25 roughly around 10pound discount if I am not mistaken. I decided to take them and we went to the cash counter. She then asked me to pay the full price which I did not understand, I told her that the manager made a discound and she added that after all they found a brand new pair in the store which she did not communicated to me until I asked. I requested to check it before I pay and I saw the same scratches on both shoes this time. Confused, I ask them the reasons of those imperfections and again speechless she ask the approval of her manager which he replied rudely to her in front of me to tell me to take it or leave it because he was tired of it. I was completely shocked to witness tat kind of behaviour in such a known brand. Furious, I told them that it wasn't the way to speak to a customer and that he was utterly rude and unprofessionnal and left. This person used his power of manager of the store to behave as he wish and tarnished the name, brand and reputation of Aldo. Such a deception of this store that I used to purchase for years now around the wold and never have I experienced something like that.

Aldo shoe

On April 2018, I bought beige shoes and attached pictures and after less than a month the small part below the shoe was broken and I sent it to the Aldo store to be repaired with Aldo original parts, after using it only once it wasn't comfortable and the bottom of the plastic was changed for the second time and The shoe became completely uncomfortable and Aldo refused to replace it with another, unfortunately another issue happened also in my black sandal after wearing twice I found a cut in the buckle as shown in the attached pictures.
The serial numbers of my shoes were also attached.

I would appreciate your support for changing it to another new or returning my money again.

I look forward to your response and resolution to my problem.

Aldo refusing to exchange my ankle boots

I have recently bought ankle boots from Aldo. I am a long-time customer.
On Sunday I went into the store and was making a decision on which pair to boots to buy. One of the store employees stated that the leather will stretch out because I stated it was hurting on top. She said I can buy them walk around in my house and if I don't like them to come back and exchange them or get the other pair that I was choosing between. So I did that I walked in my house for 30-45min in them. I realized that they hurt my upper leg and it went purple. I came back 3 days later and they refused to exchange my boot to another one that cost more. They stated that it looks like you wore them outside but I didn't I followed the advice that was given to me. To keep in mind it was the last pair and it was taken off the shelf. The employee said that why didn't you return them if they looked like that at the dole of the boots. I was not able to come. What made me more frustrated is that they sold me a pair of boots that I was not able to exchange. I understand the return policy because My family and I always purchase expensive shoes sandals and bags from there. I am disappointed because now I have a 140 dollar pair of boots that I can't wear nor exchange. A friend of mine said I should contact the head office and ask them for help. If I do not get an answer I will never shop there and tell my friends and family members that there better services else where. Anyways thank you for your understanding

Aldo men’s sandals

Bought a pair of men's grey elastane sandals while on holiday from the Mall of Muscat in Oman.
Within a month the sandals started giving way. Fraying, tearing and coming apart.
Extremely shoddy workmanship and an extremely poor reflection of a well reputed shoes maker brand like Aldo's.
Needless to say people in contact with me will be made aware of this disappointing experience and we will mot hesitate to share this incident on a public platform.
I do hope to receive some sort of a satisfactory explanation from representatives of Aldo's and hope also to be offered compensation.

Hi As I am regular user for Aldo shoes and always have beeb satisfied by quality and designs and ve y much comfrtable shoes si I got a pair of shoes about months ago which could send you photo of damaged on the top of sho worn. I wondered how come in a period of 6 months the shoes become worth.

Aldo inappropriate music been played in your store in sunrise, fl sawgrass mills

Just to inform you that I was at your store in Sunrise Florida with my wife and kids and the music that was been played was very inappropriate for a business where families go shopping with. Very sexual orientated song with very vivid details about the way he likes the way that the Venezolana f***s him and how the Dominican shakes her A**. I'm sorry but this music for this type of business is very offensive and inappropriate. Hope that in the future when and if I ever walk into one of your stores the music has changed for the better this is not a place that I would recommend to my family and friends since I have been offended by walking into your store to make a purchase of a new pair of shoes.
