Alghandi Auto Service Center Ras Alkhor review: Damaged vehicle while servicing the vehicle in tbe workshop

The service agency damaged my vehicle while I had it given for a service.

Reached out multiple times to Ak ghandi ras al khor service center to speak to the service manager and was assured inbound get a call back , but to no avail. The car was scratched during the service period it was in their custody and was conveniently returned back until such time I found the car had been damaged .

I have been a customer for chevrolet cars over the last decade and have been using only this brand dye to the service and expertise offered. This incident has shocked me and I will be reporting this case to the consumer forum here in dubai should I not have this issue resolved I will also seek additonal options to highlight this apathy on all social media platforms .

I trust , alghandi service representatives will take this issue seriously and have this resolved at the earliest.
