Alisan Golden Coach Express poor service

I am complaining about the punctuality of the coach. I would like to express my dissatisfaction and disappointed to Alisan Golden Coach Express. The coach were not punctual at all. I'd purchased the bus ticket from Changlun to TBS on 28 May 2019, at 11.30a.m. but the bus came on 1.15p.m.. I've been waiting for the bus from 11.00a.m. until 1.15p.m., this incident has caused me to delay my trip since I need to take bus from TBS to Malacca. Perhaps the management can show their responsibility to my case. Thank you.

Alisan Golden Coach Express super bad driver's attitude

On 8 Feb 2019, I and my family took Alisan Golden Coach Express (BND 8396) 9 am (Hatyai time) from Hatyai to TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan).

When we cleared from Hatyai custom, I with my elder sister went to the toilet and when we came out from the toilet, we saw our bus is going to leave the bus waiting area. We run and keep follow the bus but the driver never stops the bus, he left Hatyai's custom without confirming all passengers has on board. As my younger sister who on the bus claimed that she has told the bus driver that we still yet on board but the bus driver ignored my sis and shouted: "already stay so many days at Hatyai, still shop not enough?"

We felt scared as our bag, passport and luggage are not with us. But what we only can rush and run to Malaysia custom hope the bus will wait for us. Luckily my mother and younger sister are waiting for us at Malaysia custom.

The driver never apologizes to us. His bad attitude makes us feel disappointed.
Besides, the bus air-con also got problem and the driver stop the bus at Kedah. All the passenger was come out and waiting for them to service the bus. This was a long journey bus; can this company confirm all their bus is under good condition before departure?

Please take serious notice in this issue especially towards the driver attitude. If that day I'm not Malaysian and without a passport at Malaysia custom, I'm considered as a no identification person.

This was a very bad experience and it was worsening to me and my family!

Alisan Golden Coach Express bus no come

On 17th March, my booking is at 0600 yet I wait till 0730 the suck Alisan bus no show up without anyone giving me solution even though I keep on asking. This is the worst and suck bus company and bus experience. Please spread and let the world knows how terrible is Alisan Golden Coach. Is isn't just delay, it is disappeared, totally no show up and I made several phone calls to it's HQ but no one answering me at all. What the hell? This bus company can shut down the business in this way. It is totally insane and irresponsible. At last I still no taken any bus but refund and purchase new other bus yp my destination. World, please remember and take my advice, never choose Alisan bus.

Alisan Golden Coach Express alisan bus wasted passengers time

On 22nd of Dec 2014 I purchased a bus ticket from Alisan bus company and the bus Is AHD 6755. The time I take is 2.45pm. So as I go there 30 minutes earlier and get my bus number .
The bus arrived at pudu station on 2.50pm and all the passengers get up on time. At first I was thought from KL to Penang must be around 4 to 5 hours so I could be reach penang on time. But when the bus started to went out from pudu, it's didn't straight to go out from KL city. The bus bring us go One Utama to pick up the other 3 passengers there. After that traffic jam and everything wasted my time 2 hours in KL city. If it according to time, i should be in at least Ipoh already. But the bus driver still wasting our golden time to spine around and stuck in KL. When that time I bought ticket from the counter, they also din mention that the bus will take a long time to go here and there.
After pick up passengers the bus finally go out of the city but suddenly stop at Rawang rest station to top up petrol. Then stop again at Taiping rest station, Juru and butterworth bus terminal. Wait until the bus finally cross the penang bridges the bus go to top up petrol again at Shell station which is just near to the Sungai Nibong terminal.
Why the bus dont want to drop us first only to go for petrol?! Don't they know they are wasting everyone's golden time? A 4 hours journey but ALISAN BUS AHD 6755 take almost 7 hours to reach Penang.
I take the bus at 2.45pm but I reach Penang is already 10pm ! For God sake 7 hours I just wasted my time do nothing on the bus and follow the driver spining around in KL and Butterworth.
Not gonna take this bus anymore. And strongly not recommend for all passengers who treasure their time !

It is like that taking a public bus in Malaysia. What you pay is what you get. Sorry but that's life.

Alisan Golden Coach Express terrible service

My partner and I have taken many buses throughout South East Asia over the last 5 weeks and I can honestly say we have never been more disappointed than with this company. It is not often we make complaints but as we used this bus company twice and twice we had terrible service we felt it was necessary to make a complaint.
We took the Alisan Golden Coach Express from Kuala Lumpur to Penang on the 17th October 2014. Within 30 minutes of departing the bus terminal the air conditioning broke and they told us to get off the bus for 30 minutes while they fix it. We returned after 30 minutes to find it still wasn't fixed. There was poor communication between the bus driver and passengers and after driving around an industrial estate for 20 minutes, they told all passengers to get off the bus and wait in McDonalds for 15 minutes while they fix the bus. They did not return for 4 hours and we had no idea where it had gone and whether it was coming back. It usually takes 4.5 hours to get to Penang however it took us 10 hours. There was no apology and the driver did not even offer to give some sort of a refund.
We decided to use this company again to go to Singapore from Penang on the 19th October 2014, as we felt tat despite the long journey it was a comfortable coach and we didn't think we would have any more issues. We were wrong! All was well until we got to the Malaysia/Singapore border. We went through Malaysian customs and went back on the coach only to be told by the driver that we needed to take all of our luggage and take a local bus. He said the local bus would drop us off where we were supposed to be dropped off by him at Golden Mile Shopping Mall. He even told us not to complain as he was paying for our bus tickets! When really he clearly did not want to pass the border as there were only 7 people going to Singapore, he had told the others the same thing. Once again no apology was made about the inconvenience despite the fact that it was 8am and we were exhausted after the 10 hour journey to the border. We eventually got to Queen Street an hour later but were not dropped off at the Golden Mile Shopping Mall as he said. It was only through asking locals that we eventually found our way to our hotel.
This is by the far the worst bus company we have ever dealt with on our travels, customers should not waste their money on them and I hope something is done to stop other customers from having a similar experience.

I took an Alisan Golden Coach Express, BNH 8396 departing Hatyai, Thailand at 12.00 pm to Kuala Lumpur on the 30th March 2019. The driver is hopeless, never care about the safety and conditions passengers are traveling together. He will open his side driver window through out his driving, he listened to handphone without handsfree, he always spit out the window, driving with one hand while on the phone and the worst is smoking in the driver seat inside the bus while driving. No wonder nowadays there are so many accidents involving coach bus. This will be my first and last to book on Alisan coach services.

I booked with Golden Coach Express from Singapore to drop off at KLIA. They made us switch busses in the middle of the night and when they arrived at KL they made us all get off at Times Square. Even though some of us bought tickets to drop off at KLIA, the bus driver said they dont go there. He told us to get a taxi or a bus to KLIA ourselves. This is absurd. We were dropped off at 530am in the middle of KL with no transport. This bus company is not reliable and not worth it. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of being dropped off at random places dont take this bus. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Alisan Golden Coach bus really make me disappointed!
Not punctual, Not responsibilities, Bad customer services, Over charge with bad service!
My sis was took a bus from Pudu to Singapope at 1.30pm, but the bus delay until 3PM! The worst is, the bus driver just leave his passagger in the bus when finished JB's Custom checking, and dont know where he went to, no anouncement to been announce by the driver and on the time already 12 mid night! From 3pm to 12am? How bad is the service? and they charge RM135 per ticket (VIP). Wonder this is the service for VIP? not reasonable at all!
At the end, My sis and her two kids forced to do down from the bus and take another rapid bus enter to Singapore. Then I called to the Alisan company, but the person in charge said Alisan not under his company! Keep saying ' I dont know, I dont know' . I seldom make complain but this time really too over and very angry with the BAD SERVICE!
I will never ever take ALISAN's bus! NEVER!

Alisan Golden Coach Express alisan coach ajh 6633 driver and assistant (yazid) was very harsh and bad service

On 30 April 2014 i purchased 2 tickets from Alisan (Five Stars) office branch in
Prangin Mall to KL - Puduraya because of my friend recommendation. my seat is 1B-1C

On 06.27pm the bus arrived in Prangin Mall. Since i have 1 box of food, i
decided to put in under my seat.at
that time i was talking with my friend telling that the bus has no upper desk
and its difficult to pull the footrest because stuck with the bus wifi plug in
Indonesian. Suddenly your driver shouted at me, box should put in below along
with bags. I said it was food and i afraid it will be rotten.And he could tell
me in good manner (i am not deaf, why he should have shout?) And later the
assistant come in and pointed at me and shout : "put your things in cabin!
No box allowed here" and driver adding ..you heard what he said and i dont
need to talk in good manner. I think their attitude is super bad and all the
passenger was silent when they heard the way he talked to me. It was definitely
not proper way to shouted at passenger..i pay for your service.

I already make a complaint in Sungai Nibong, I thought it was already the
end of their bad attitude but still continues.They didnt apologize to me at all
while a staff already told them i was complaining their attitude.

The bus departed on 07.35pm and we stop for toilet and departed again in
10.30pm. My friend who sit beside me put her leg in the footrest and her foot a
little bit stepped in the leather of driver seat.the assistant told her
once, "eh kaki jangan taruh di atas!" but my friend didnt realized he
was actually referred to her, so she ignored.on second attempt, he hit my
friend's leg;and my friend was shock. When she ask for the reason i told you
but you not listening. "This is Malaysia". When I ask for his name, but
he keep silent.

We are tourist and this is our 1st visit using long distance bus. It was
very bad experience and it was worsen by they said it was Malaysian image.

Please take serious notice in this issue since Indonesia considered the big
contribution to Malaysia tourism.

The riding experience is very bad, and I won't ride in the future. The person in front of me lowered the chair to the lowest level, which made my feet hurt and kept me awake all night
