I Nomsa Manzini on 2012 12 07 I bought lounge suit brown in colour for the amount of R12 410.00. I did choose the quality of the chairs on the delivery day my table and eighth chairs we delivered. When im cleaning the chairs I notice that the chairs are there is a differences between the chairs 7 of them are peeling off one still intact. The rest is plastic we a not using them often normally we sit on the sofa watch TV. I need the company to come and inspect and explain why fhey do such bad thing to me as a customer before I took the mater to the next level. Thise seven chairs a different from the one I choose from the shop during delivery I was happy because I didn't think that Rochester the class shop can do that deliver the plastic chairs that I didn't choose for. Please assist im not happy at all. I bought at Carnival mall shop 162

Due to mistake of your Agent Miss Arooba Iqbal in Air Blue Lahore Airport Office. She has deducted our Amount Rs.15000/-. She communicated us the Flight time 8.30 AM but incorporated in system 5:00PM Flight. We were surprised at boding counter about this mistake. We were in a state of Emergency and this mistake, deduction and attitude of your agent enhance our agony more.

I booked flights durban-joberg - doha - lax. 17 jan 2019.
Flight left an hour & a half late to joberg due to hail stones.
I get to gate in doha 10mins before departure... Staff treated me so rudely... No help... No explaination...5 other passengers were boarding air craft... When I questioned... I was then told i'm off the system... However there was a further 45mins delay as there was a medical emergency on flight... Flight departed 8:50am
I was still unable to board aircraft. I was joining a vessel as a crew member... I now have to pay full price for my hotel in los angeles as I can only leave doha the following day. And who knows if I can make it to join ship tomorrow on time... What doni then do in la for a week till ship returns... This is so wrong... Nothing was my fault... I understand weather is out of your control... However I was at the gate... And to make things even harder my fiance was already on the aircraft... Staff refused to even pass him a message from me... To say I won't be boarding... I've flown with qatar many a times... Last month even... And I can't believe I was treated this way. Appreciate compinsation for hotel in l. A please. On 11 November 2018, i have booked a return ticket from KL Sentral - Kampar - KL Sentral.
The booking and payments processes were went through with no error messages have been display. After that i went the EST apps to check my tickets, there was no records found till next morning 12 November.
So i make a call to KTM service and check, the lady officer said the system got an issue cant process the tickets. Payment for the return ticket will be refunded.
3 weeks later by end of November, i make a call again. The officer told that only ONE WAY ticket refund being process. Then the officer helped to me check, noticed that the lady officer didnt noted down my explanation. Therefore, only ONE WAY ticket being process for the refund and i have been told by him that my refund will be done by 1st week of December and another refund will be process after my call.
From 11 November till today, it almost 2 months times, i have yet received my refund payment for RETURN TICKET.
Fully disappointed with the entire processes.

I am absolutely livid at the unprofessional behaviour of the driver driving the 21h00 bus from Durban to Johannesburg on the 24th August arriving at JHB at 4h30 on the 25th August (today). The bus number was B720 number plate HD 72 VB GP. The driver drove incredibly fast and poorly all throughout the ride, putting all the passagers in eminate danger numerous times. I find it unacceptable for any person providing a public service to compromise the life of any individual. I am absolutely fuming and expect that that particle driver be dealt with serverly. Driving so recklessly and aggressively is a criminal offence as well as a risk to the live if over 60 passagers, children included. SA Road Link was banned from the roads for the constant accidents and dangers they posed to thousands if lives. I'll be sending an email to the department of transport and RAF about this incident. Such callous actions should not go unpunished. I feared for my life the whole way from Durban to Johannesburg, something I've never experienced in a public transport system before. I am really disappointing and repulsed by the Huggies Gold Premium nappies I purchased. My son is just two months old and we are using number 1.
We had him on pampers but I decided to try Huggies so I chose the best in the range being the gold premium.
The nappie does not soak the babys urine and the elastic is so ineffective that the babys soft poo leaks out through the sides and top.
