Fraude
. Gracias

Vacation
We saw a commercial on tv asking us an easy question about the Fifa world cup on Wegn. We called and answered it and they told us we had won a cheap trip to cancun for a week. When they asked us if we would like to go on the trip we asked to hear more details and they didnt tell us much so we decided to reject it. They call us yesterday, telling us that we...

My husband and I were listening to the radio 105.1 a spanish station, a question was asked and my husband answered and won a vacation! At first my husband was talking to this man and wanted his credit card # and then they would send us the rest of the info. I said no I want to talk to someone who speaks english first. They transfered us to someone else who did speak english. The man gave me all these confirmation #'s and assured me this was real. He was a liar. I purchased my vacation on 08-06-2008 for 337.99 That was 4 days 3 nights in orlando with 1 day free at any disney theme park. Plus 4 days 3 nights in Cancun all inclusive plus I paid for an upgrade of the hotel! I have tried contacting them many times...the number on the brochure has been disconected. I went on the yellow pages and typed in the address and got a travel center. They were all speaking spanish but luckly one person spoke english. the man assured me that my vacation could still be redeemed and I had two years in which to do so. That was last year. I tried to schedule my vacation then but he told me it had to be scheduled with in three months of taking it. So 6 months ago I called again to schedule my vacation, again all speak spanish, they either hang up on me or tell me no one speaks english. I got a number from a woman that worked there a spoke little spanish, when I called there they too only spoke spanish... I talked to a ladie who spoke little english once who told me someone would call me who spoke good english...that is yet to have happened. I am sad to see that there are so many that are victims like I. My 2 year period in which to use my vacations will be over next month...I wish I could just get my money back.

Fraud and Ripoof
My wife and I were listening to the radio in NY 97.9 La Mega. They were promoting a contest for a free vacation. They stated that the right caller would get a free vacation to Dominican Republic and Orlando. We called in and were told we had won. We were then transferred to a Customer Service rep from All Star Vacations and they explained that it would be a 5 day 4 night vacation for two to Punta Cana in DR. They said we had to pay a nominal fee for processing and we could take a year to make the reservations. Also stated that we had also won a 4 day 3 night stay in Orlando. We gave them a check for $389.00 over the phone. They said the pkg would be mailed to us in a few days. A few weeks later we received a receipt and a small booklet. A few weeks later we called the numbers listed to make our reservation and all the numbers were disconnected and their website was no longer active. Beware f these scammers.

This Company took my money $250.00 direct from my debit card from Banco Popular. I tried to call but there is not phone number for this company. What can I do to get my $250.00 back? The money was taken from my account in March 2009. I would like to make a formal complaint.

They were stealing over $300 from or credit company and when we tried to reach them again they're number was disconnected. So we then proceeded to the website which didn't exist at all so they had committed fraud and robbed us of our money and our savings in our credit card. We are now facing problems with money all because of that fake All Stars Vacations company. They are using a radio station to commit this fraud and they say any random then they say if u say it right you will win a Vacation to a beautiful location which is ### they only do that so they can get your number and take your money form your credit account. i have the packet and confirmation that i wont but when i wanted to get the trip they didn't do anything they just took our credit card number and stole the money from our accounts without us even knowing. the day was 7/7/2008 the man's name Manonga N. Zapata the number of our customer order was 62038 but it was point less.

Marketing Fraud
To whom it may concern,
All Star Vacations Marketing Group has committed fraud. My family and I are very bothered and unsatisfied for all the false information that was guaranteed to us. We were victims of a well structured scam. The company embedded false accommodations to a 5 star hotel for up to 3 days two nights including 4 Disneyland tickets. They also added lodging at a Vegas location with free entertainment and breakfast. Including vacation promises they promised $500.00 online purchase certificate. We had to pay $398.99 +$59.00 for reservation of the hotel and $20.00 was added for the stay at the hotel. Many other families were affected as well. Please help we feel very distressed and need legal advise.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My family and I also got scammed, i would like to know if any of this families would come together with me to come with a legal solution for this to see what can we do about it and if we can get our money back
My family and I have also been scammed. We would like to know if there was a way you got your money back or if the criminals were caught and if they are reimbursing what they Stoll? Please get back to me asap. Thank you.
You should file a complaint with the FTC, I HAVE ALREADY DONE IT HOPEFULLY IT WORKS.

Big time scam
All Star Vcation marqueting is a big time Scam. People are rude and very nonprofessionals. I call to make reservations to Cabo and then later to cancell and was told that there were no refunds of money only credits for the next trip reservation.
I then tried to squedule a diferent location and was told i needed to pay extra money. No hotel names were given to me as to were i was to be staying.
This company is a Big time red light they are crooks.

THEY SUCK THEY SCAMED ME! I WISH I COULD OF READ ABOUT THEM FIRST BEFORE GIVING THEM MY CC INFO!
Yes they are a scam. I tried calling and the number is no longer in service. What should I do? They were quick to take our money.
They don't always respond if you complain through the bbb, what you can do is.. place a complaint with your credit card company to get your money back. They also scammed me last year but i got my money back through my card company.
yes i do agree with the fact that all star vacation is a big time scam but what i did was contact the bbb (better business bareu) and wrote a complaint with them and what they did was they sent the compliant to the company and they should answer to you complaint through them.
Overcharged
I received this so called free vacation that cost me 345.00 it was charged on my account. I was told i had up to 2 years to book. I just called for the 50th time and finally got someone to talk to me. this is a truly a scan. The person that called me back, alled from Panama City, Centro america - [protected]- I was surprise to see that number on my calle ID since I was born in Panama myself. I was told that I needed to pay another 49.00 for the reservations. Nowhere did i see that or someone informed me of this before. Each reservation you make is a different fee. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS OR HAVE ANY DEALING WITH THESE CROOKED PEOPLE..

Fraud and cheating
I had supposedly won a prize on the Spanish station 98.3 fm which included an all-inclusive package to Punta Cana and another to Orlando, Florida. When I called I was told that I was very lucky to get through and that it was a limited time offer.
A week later I received a receipt for my deposit of $345.00 and a brochure. That is when I realized that I had been a victim of a marketing scam. The brochure vaguely indicated that in order to get my packages I would have to attend a 90 minute time share presentation. During our phone conversation, they never mentioned that they were a time share company or anything like that. They had only stated that I had won these packages at a discounted rate and made it sound so great that I could not refuse. Had I known what they were really about, however, I never would have accepted their offer.
I read the brochure very carefully because I had a bad feeling about the whole thing since the very beginning because they spoke really quickly, almost as if they intended to confuse me.
