Alliance United no help or support for claim

Good afternoon,

My name is Christina Williford and I filed a new claim for a vehicle accident on June 1st, 2018 with Jess Fish. I was transferred to my Claims Adjuster, Esmeralda Moreno but she was unavailable; so I left a voicemail. Since that time, she has called once as I have made several calls and left voicemails regarding my case to both her and the company (and have had no response). I have received some paperwork (which I filled out, sent and emailed a response to Esmeralda on June 12th, 2018), but no further contact with me has been made to me.

I have been addressed by the other party from the accident, but I need to speak with adjuster regarding my claim (D070312CA18). I have been left in the dark with what to do with my case, my car is non-functioning, I am put out of work without a car, and requesting a reimbursement with medical care from the accident. I have pictures of the cars involved in the accident, yet no one is contacting me back to get in touch with the pictures. The other party (claim number D070241CA18) is stating that I am 80% at fault, yet I am unable to get in touch with my representatives to discuss the matter.

The claims department from Alliance United (from both my claim number and the other party's claim) has documented a written statement (from their computer) but I have no copy of that statement. There was a recorded statement taken from me as well, but no one has contacted me with further investigation.

I find it unprofessional that I am reaching out to Alliance United more than my representatives are reaching out to me. I am unsupported in this matter and I am greatly disturbed by a lack of action. I am looking forward to this matter being resolved in a timely fashion.

Christina Williford

Alliance United claims process

READ THIS!
I was in an automobile accident on September 4, 2017, as of this date I am still trying to get this company and its at fault driver to settle my property damages. This company had the police report which indicated that their insured made an illegal left turn infront of my vehicle and had been drinking. The original "C" would not accept liability until she spoke with the insured. About a month later she spoke with the insured but then stated she could not accept at fault until she spoke with the driver of the vehicle, this is now 60 days later. Somewhere in this 60 day period "C" disappeared from the case. Another 2 weeks and then the file is sent to Kemper Company in Texas. Now comes Ms. "GT" the file is assigned to her, but we are told that property release forms were mailed out, waited another week nothing arrived. Then some person in California states this property claim was approved for payment on October 31st and the adjuster in Texas GT has been out on disability since that time. My claim is then sent back to California to JM another adjuster who works the claim with the incorrect dollar amounts waited another week to correct the amount sent out the property release, I signed now what, well the claim is going back to Texas to the same adjuster who has been out on disability to process the payment. Contacted the Texas office Kemper Company and we are told not only is GT not available and still out on disability but her immediate supervisor SH is out with no expected return date, we then ask for SH supervisor and they are out with no expected return date. So why would you send a claim to be finalized to an office where everyone is out and with no expected return date. I have been without a car for over 4 months and this company operates in bad faith, they stall and stall do some stop gap crap to make you believe they are working on resolving your matter but they are not. The sad part is their insured did not carry enough insurance to make you whole from your lost, then they burden you with dragging this process out. Why are they still in business they harm you more and cost you more for their failure to handle claims in a timely professional manner. We have reported them to the insurance comissioner office only to learn that there are a list of complaints on them from both sides, so again why are they still in business. I have been victimized twice here by the accident and this company who has a high rate of turn overs and workers out on disability claims. If you read the other blogs you will find that former workers also state this is an awful place to work and upper managment allows the crappy work to be done. I just want my claim to be settled today.

Hi Ms. Darby.

I believe you're allowed a rental car while your claim is being processed.

Alliance United car accident

My husband was in his truck and a lady hit his car from behind. The lady's name is Elena Villa Neva. Her insurance policy number is [protected]. Her car is an 08 BMW 3351 and her license plate number is 7PDP696. I was coming off the bridge into Sacramento and I had to slow down and when I did, Elena hit me from behind. I have a dent in my door of my long bed. She told me that it was her fault and that her insurance will pay for it.

I’am a driver who reported a claim by a driver who was hit by some one who insured by your service. the service that I have received from the adjuster (kiana enridguez) was absolutely horrible. this woman was very unprofessional and rude. I am very displeased with her handling my claim! she should not be employed with an attitude like she has. she told me that I was upset because I lost my claim! which is not upsetting at all to me! what is upsetting is the way this woman talks to customers and I will go to all lengths to report her! I asked for her managers name and number and she refused to give me her number or extension! her attitude was nasty and I do not tolerate being spoken to in that way. she did not call me to tell me the status of my claim! I had to reach out to her numerous times! she also lied about where my car was hit and when I corrected her on it she stated that I could not hear! when she admitted to being wrong about where my car was hit! she also went to say that I must not understand what’s going on as if I was a child! I am very upset and need something to be done about this immediately!

Alliance United Automobile liability claim delayed

Nicholas Parisi, PO Box 3554, Running Springs, CA 92383. Tel: [protected]. email: [protected]@earthlink.net. Claim #D042977CA16 On August 11, 2016 approx. 1pm - 2pm or so. I Was Exiting The 91W Van Buren ramp in Riverside CA. I was Stopped at the signal behind a couple of cars waiting for the signal to turn green and the vehicles in front of me to turn. While waiting I was rearended by Lisa Sims. I waited a couple of minutes regrouped and got out of the car to see what happened and look at the damage. Lisa got out and we discussed briefly what happened and exchanged information, ins., etc. We left and I took care of a couple of things I had to do and proceeded to the Ford dealership in Riverside and got an estimate shortly after the same day. I called Lisa's insurance carrier and reported the claim. the adjuster (Alan Beck) called the next day 08/12/16 and took down the information. I informed him of the damage and complained that I had sustained injuries to my neck and back which was noticeable later 08/11. I called my doctor for an appt. The sch x-rays. I've needed PT, and pain medication from suffering and anxiety since. I made an appointment with my doctor got examined for treatment, PT and medication. Alan told me I needed to have his Co. do an appraisl from a company that they pay for. I have two properties which I told Alan. I told him that I'm in Running Springs. He coaxed me into setting up the appraisal in Riverside or it would delay the claim. He have me the # for the appraisal co. and I called them and informed them I wanted them to come to Running Springs because it was not conducive for me to set it up in Riverside. She told me they don't service RS. and that she would contact Alan and get me a co. that does. that never happened. I called Alan several times, with no response. Finally I called the Appraisal co. back and agreed that I would meet them somewhere as close to RS as possible. We sch. an Appt. for San Bernardino by Home Depot, unfortunately I was delayed getting down the mountain because of const. and no ph. signal. I called the Appraiser as soon as I could get a signal down the mountain but he left. I called Alan several times and left msg on what happened. At this point I was no longer willing to meet someone other that where the car is in RS. Alan never called back. I called his supervisor Sorex Viraco, left msg on return call. I called at least 8 times leaving msgs with no return call. I called Sorex leaving msgs no return call ever. Apparently as I was told that Alan and Sorex work from a call center in AZ, which I couldn't get the address. Alan Beck: tel: 800.508.5833 ext. 6654. Sorex same # ext. 6536. SEVERAL TIMES800 508 5833. HE NEVER CALLED ME. This Co. is discraceful and possibly criminal, they shouldn't be allowed to underwrite ins. in CA. I want this claim resolved as required by law and I compensated for the damage, punitive damage and action against them, my being compensated as such for time wasted and gas, delay, and allow me to drive a vehicle that isn't safe with the hatchback problem. Alan will tell you lie after lie and put the blame on the victim. Alan told me that he was having trouble getting a hold of Lisa to get her side of the story, which is not my problem, but also Alan told me early on that Lisa said she only tapped my car, which was significantly harder as I have a tow bumper now at a 45 degree angle trim separated and the hatchback doesn't close completely, door open light on and interior light stays on for minutes, air and water can come in from the gap and also means Alan already talked to her. Alan has delayed this every step of the way. He didn't want the estimate, He wanted me to me to meet appraiser somewhere other than car location. never called back. The last I spoke to Alan it didn't go well because he lied to me, told me he wasn't going to spend $500 to get an appraiser to RS. He said I set up Riverside for the Appraisal. I never set Riverside up nor did he. I had to call the appraisal co. for an appt. I should get full damage, punitive damage, compensated for my time and gas for appraisal wasted time. Punitive action against Alan, Sorex and Alliance for the deceit, and delays in this claim. Answering service called Alan ext. and Sorex with no response, on same call I told them that I was going to sue everyone involved in this claim and finally Alan answered which didn't go well. He was trying to put the blame on me. I have no incentive to delay claim, Alliance does. He was arrogant, lying and threatening me. I'm certain he will lie to the commission as much as he can try to get away with. The bottom line is, their client rearended me, caused damage, injured me and they need to process the claim in a timely manner. 15 days after receiving the estimate as I told by the ins. commission. It's been 2 1/2 mos. I thought paying for an estimate was illegal in CA. creating a bias, also not resolving the claim in a timely manner is illegal. Alan not communicating with his client, not willing to pay $500 for an appraisal, these are not my problems. I couldn't even get a phone # for the headquarters in Clinton, Iowa. Alan: claims adjuster 800.508.5833, ext. 6654, Sorex; supervisor, ext. 6536. working out of a call center in AZ. as I was told. There is a branch in CA. which I couldn't get a hold of anyone, only clients or govt entity can. Headquarters address: Alliance United Ins. Co., PO Box 2927, Clinton, IA [protected]. Apparently the company doesn't conduct business consistent with CA law. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Nicholas Parisi

I have reached out to Brian Murillo and John O'Brien regarding claim # D178052CA19 numerous times and left messages and have not received a call back in regards to my accident back in early December. Their client hit my car and it is no longer drive-able. (The door is literally being held together with duct tap).

They have delayed since July in paying out property damage claims in a case where a person was hit by an unlicensed, underage driver. More than 50 emails, faxes & calls have been made to try to get them to do their job. They claim they will but ... time keeps passing & they don't.
