Allianz Global Assistance review: Car insuranse issue

I have full insurance on a car leased from the bank. almost paying the minimum salary of this country for my car insurance which is supposed to be full coverage. 4 month ago my girlfriend had an accident. we followed directions given to us on the phone by an insurance company (Allianz.pt). since then it has been 4 months we are not hearing anything from insurance except some falls blames which are not supported by any facts. at this moment the car is losing its value every day, but Allianz.pt still not starting the repair. even not responding to our claims. please be aware and protect yourself!
