I've been a good officer since the day I started in febuary. Reliable, honerable, integritable. I was posted at UPS for five months with not one complaint and then I got called in and was accused of abandonment of post without any proof. They claimed they were running an investigation, but gave alot of lipservice. When the investigation was supposedly concluded, they claimed that they were WIPING THE SLATE CLEAN, but they refused to give a legitiment and unverifiable reason for standing by my removal from the post. I was then posted at another site and worked there for two months and got removed from that site for taking a break. Then due to all the frustration with this operations manager, I was removed from yet another site, this time they claimed I was to negative. Now that the manager doesn't want to here from me, they now have me playing the waiting game with any number of other open sites. this is very unfair treatment. And a large violation of the dare to be G.R.E.A.T. program. with these actions Allied Barton has little if any honor or integrity.

I madev a complain against kirk selvy district manager and kathy vowls director of allied barton to mike smidt about kirk harrasing me last week and when she found out the company took my daughter from the company and left her out of a job saying they were going to transfer her to another job, my daughter went to the office at allied and they told her they do not have possitions open, I send other e-mail to mike smidth and they call her today saying they are going to give her job back, art wish is the account manager never put her name on the transffer list but he send her to the office and when she still was working he trained other women on her possition and in front of my daughter the supervisor gave this women my daughter's schedule and right next day they took her out of her job for no reason. Can some body do anything to this people.

the one manager went as far as making up a mock writeup on me and forged my signiture, after I proved it with a signiture verafication, they threw off the singt and told me that they would place me on another sight. I used to work at sierra and I got fired on february 2nd because I was dating a client from united health, and when I got call to the office katy vohl ask me about it and I denied, because before I went to talk to her mr. Kiri selvi advised me of the situation, and told me to lie to her so I did and next day I did call her and told her that I did lie to her, so on the following monday she fired me, because I lie, I send an e-mail to her that mr. Kirk selvi send me, and I have more then 60 text messages that he send to my cell, saying how bad he wish I was in bed with him, every time he send this text messages I made sure some body readed them, one of them is yvonne the supervisor from united, and one of your managers from allied carlos borrero, but to katy wasn't important because kirk is white and I am mexican, I waited 4 months to see if she would do anything but no so I took a lawyer, and he told me to give the company 15 days if I don't received no answer I am going to the media and they will make sure to show every text message that he send me and e-mails when I was working and he was too.

The company need to open an investigation and if this is truth Mr. Kirk and Kathy need to be replaced, it looks like one of her witness Carlos Borrero is still working at the company why not to talk to him and see if is truth and other one is a supervisor and if she is working you have two witness of what happened and plus it looks like she has other complain with different last name if is the same person, some body read this complain and took her daughter out of her job with out no reason, how can a company do all this things and nothing is done to them, Gloria don't stop keep fighting take this case to court my name is Jon and I am with you girl.
rejection of civil liberties
I got fired at a job site in Oxnard, CA for following orders passed on to me by my co-worker from my Account Manager. We were told by the account manager that we are supposed to watch over "The Bolt, " wait for the employees to leave at 6PM (Holiday hours) and escort the manager to her car if possible, because she takes the money with her when she leaves the store. I did exactly that, and I was fired for it. Can you believe that? Security was my 2nd job when I got out of the Army in 2007. I quit my other job, because I had to take care of my aunt who had breast cancer. I have 0 tolerance for this kind of behavior. It happened Saturday and my account mngr. called me today (Monday) & said that i couldn't work at that site anymore. I was also told that I couldn't go to their premises, not even as a customer. My co-worker at a site called Jafra was fired from the site for protecting himself from getting stabbed by 3 people trying to steal cars in the parking lot. My co-worker got beat up, almost stabbed, and fired at Jafra without question.

There def has to be more to this story. There are labor laws that protect you from this type of firing. What else happened? Did you do anything before or after this happened? What is the whole story here? I find it hard to believe that both you and your friend were fired for following orders. I currently supervise and it is very easy to do so. If you do not perform your job duties correctly then you have something to worry about. Other then that you just show up do your job and keep everything tidy. What is the whole story here?

I know all too well about their so-called investigations, sounds like you have this organization down to a tee. They need to be run out of business. The clients don't care because security is not the main issue for officers aren't on sites for security we are on site to satisfy insurance requirements and in the case of college campuses SAC requirements, safety and security is just a catch phrase they use to decieve the public and limit their liablility and then they hire officers that really go in with the purpose of making a difference and not realizing that it's really not what the client wants. The client isn't really interested in who is doing what they just want you to sit, look and write dumb reports so that when something happens and they find themselves involved in litigation, they can say we had security. For anyone who doesn't believe it get a security job and start to write incident reports on wrong doing and see what happens to you.
I worked for Allied Barton as well, and was assaulted at work! My ankle was hurt and everyone including their HR director was treading me as if I had a minor spring ankle till I paid out of my pocket to see a specialist and MRI to find out my bone was chipped and there are 2 fragments lose in my ligament!
I sent many strong emails to even HR vice president, but no one bothered to take any action. Finally for a no good reason I was fired!
Allied Barton is the worse company to work for, the only reason they have so many jobs is the clients are too lazy to put time and investigate them! Allied Barton has many employment issues in the Federal and superior court. Their staffs are people that have no understanding of Humanity; they are a bunch of sleazy, corrupt and 2 faces.
Honey, forget about their inadequate training, or their half decent investigation!

Allied Barton... where to begin! I was hired by them last Fall in 2010 & PROMISED 40 hrs a week. That lasted 3 months. Now I'm lucky if I work 2 days a week for this "company". OR not even work for a week or so. My supervisior would always give me a wrong address for a site & usually give me wrong info for a site, including which uniform to wear & general info. Most of the time, I would be posted at a really sketchy site or an over night shift at an appartment crackhouse! The best would be when he would ask me to fill in for a guard at the last minute. (usually late at night) I've called my account manager for help & ask why I'm always given the run-a-round, but he never calls me back! I've been looking for other security companies to work for, for quite a while now. This company is a friggin' joke & they could care less about their employees! If you, (AlliedBarton), showed us more respect, backed up your promises & gave us a few more $ an hour, we would respect you more & actually enjoy our jobs! G-R-E-A-T? Not even close.

I have been them for a year. The company is just a nightmare. I trying to secure employment elsewhere. Once I get out I will never go back. The account managers are all full of [censor] and for themselves. They treat you worse that a dog or a slave. The management is let [censor] flow down stream. They do not care as long as they get their fat checks. The best way to hurt a company is for them to train you, and learn all that you can and then LEAVE.
