Please give my concerns in this complaint letter your immediate attention.
I have the following complaint/concerns: On Saturday July 23, 2033, I called an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I’m not really sure what time I arrived at the hospital (around 3:00am). Prior to coming to the hospital, I had taken (25) 500 mg Aleve, (25) allergy pills, (50) vitamin D, (50) vitamin B, and (15) instant release liquid gel sleeping pills. The last pills taken were the sleep pills around 2:00am, 1 and half hours prior to arriving at the hospital.
Upon arrival at the hospital, I told them I was going to pass out and that I was having chest pains. I told them everything that I had taken and the times. I was taken to the back of the hospital emergency department and put in room 84. They stripped me of all of my clothing, my belongings, and metal detected me. The nurses kept telling me how cold to the touch I was, my temperature was 96.9 degrees. They left me in a room alone and I went to sleep. I woke up a little bit later with a man standing over top of me doing an EKG on my heart.
I was unable to stay awake due to the medication I had taken. The providers continued to come in and try to question me and talk to me, I was highly medicated, and I was unable to maintain.
I remember coming in and out of sleep and awake, the way that the staff members/security officer treated me and handled me put me into panic attacks and caused me severe anxiety. The doctor at one point in time offered, not ordered but offered, to give me a Klonopin and have the nurse bring it in. I decided I didn't want, and I rejected it. The nurse told me that if I wanted to go home, I would take the pill. I knew this was a lie because there was nobody to drive me home and if I took the pill I was not going home. At that point in time, I had started panicking and going into complete crisis. The same nurse who tried to push the pill on me earlier, made the statement that if I was going to refuse to take the medicine that she could and would give me a shot. The doctor had already told me that I did not have to take the medicine if I didn’t want it and I didn’t want it.
They (there was never one at a time, it was always multiple people coming at you at once) came back in there at another point in time and try to give me my Adderall but I would not take it. I didn’t trust them not to try to drug me after the nurse had already threatened me and tried to manipulate me into taking something that I didn’t want.
I’m not really sure on exact times of anything, there are no clocks in the red zone so there is no way to know what time it is.
There was another lady that came in and brought me food and I asked her to take it out because I didn’t want it. She said what was the problem with leaving it here. I told her that I didn’t want it left in there because that was going to be just another reason for them to hold me because I didn’t want to eat. I couldn’t eat, she snatched the food and took off out the door with it.
I was constantly treated like a child and belittled while I was in full crisis. While there, I could hear the staff members and security guard at the nurses' desk making fun of myself and the patients. As I am coming in and out of consciousness from the pills that I was on, I notice one male security guard and one male maybe CNA outside of my door, they were talking about another man that had came in, saying something about "That big motherfucker that he told to sit down and he was glad he did because he didn’t know what he was gonna have to do if he didn’t".
These people treated me like I was less than them, had no problems humiliating me and making fun of me. The nurse, that I referred to earlier that tried to force the medication on me, I asked her multiple times to leave me alone and get away from me. I asked her multiple times to stay away from me because every time she got near me she was triggering me and causing me to panic worse. She would not leave me alone, they would not make her leave me alone. She was triggering me and they knew it and they thought it was funny. They waited until I go back to sleep to have her come and tell me that they had decided to admit me now, around 1pm. However, the paperwork I received said that they decided to admit me at 6 o’clock in the morning. The staff waited until after they had me in an anxiety attack and loopy to send the same woman in there to tell me that they were admitting me into inpatient and I lost it. I hit the wall, bruising the bone on my right hand. I lost it, I had a complete meltdown. I had not had any medication for my ADHD in over 24 hours, I was having complete adverse reactions to the antidepressant I was on, and they bullied and mentally and emotionally abused me. While the medical staff was trying to talk to me during the middle of the panic, the security guard interrupted the medical staff and took it upon herself to scream at me how if I could be loud, she could be loud too and tried to intimidate me. I have no doubt had the male nurse have not stopped her and told her to just leave me in there and let me cry about it, this woman would have put her hands on me. She was becoming more aggressive and leaning closer into me with each word she poured out of her mouth. I did respond to her in a negative manor and laugh at her, I asked her if she felt like a big girl screaming at a mental health patient and called her a name, this only made her worse. When they walked away and left me in there, they went down and sat at the nurses' station and made fun of me. This continued until I asked for a phone to call a lawyer because I knew what they were doing to me was not legal. Suddenly I was fine for release, 13 hours after admission.
Everything I experienced was traumatic. They kept telling me I had to wait on paperwork, and I kept panicking and hyperventilating. The hospital staff was well aware of the medicated state I was in because I heard the nurses talking and one asked the other if I had gone back to sleep, the other replied no she is back there crying again. I was tired of hearing them talk about me and wanted my clothes, I came out of my room and said something to them about it. I fell going back into my room, again because I was medicated, a nurse came in my room yelling at me to "get up come on now and quit doing that". I lost my balance, she didn’t help me up off the ground, just stood there and talked to me like a child barking orders. When they gave me my clothes, they wouldn’t even shut the door, they all stood there with the male guards in the door and male patients walking around. They were standing there waiting on me to change clothes, so I asked them, still in my distraught panicked state, if they wanted to see my pussy. The nurse looked at me and said excuse me. I told her, "You’re yelling at me to get dressed but the door standing wide open and there’s five people standing here looking at me so which one of you wanna see my pussy" then they decided to shut the door and let me change clothes.
I was discharged after receiving no medical treatment other than a nicotine patch and no discharge paperwork, which is what they claim to have been why I couldn't leave, for what seemed over an hour.
I have requested my complete medical records with SOAP notes, nurse's notes, and any and all documents in my chart as well as the names of the people that I was treated by and in contact with. I also requested copies of the video and audio files from my room during my treatment. These requests have been ignored resulting in me being unable to file complaints with the medical boards, nurses board, and the employer of the security guard.
In order to adequately resolve my concerns, I require that you do the following: I would like $25,000 compensation for emotional damage and pain and suffering. Your company employees and supplies security guards to work with mental health patients that are untrained and unable to control themselves and their emotions. I may be contacted or reached in writing at my above address, by phone conversation at my above phone number, or by email sent to my above email address.
If you fail to comply with my requests, I will immediately take legal action against you regarding these matters and take my complaint public. Emotional abuse and bullying of a mental health patient in crisis is unacceptable. You have a duty to protect the patients from harm, not cause it. We are human and have right to be treated as such.

Guards sleeping on job.
Graveyard team at 680 Folsom has been sleeping on the job with their heads down at the console for at least 2 years. It's one specific person who's been there for years. She has a newer coworker who does the same. They do it blatantly. They don't try to hide it. They don't get written up for it. They can be seen on camera sleeping with their heads down. They don't do rounds. They log rounds into the DOR that they didn't do. They site is using Heliaus. The Heliaus phone will reveal that that the Graveyard team doesn't do rounds while the ofter shifts do rounds. The cameras will reveal that they sleep. In addition to multiple breakins into tenant spaces that happen while they are asleep at the console.
Desired outcome: At any other job both of them would have been fired. Since Allied operates like the Catholic church in moving people around they should be moved to another site.
Payroll./hours/disrespectful treatment from branch manager
I want my hourly pay retroed.was not payed according to post.and that's stealing.i was hired fulltiime.iwant my fulltime. I want to be moved to a new branch manager..he's very disrespectful treatens ti fire u if u don't do what he wants.takes hours for you doesn't pay according to post..and he's never in the office and never answers his messages Or phone calls.

Management
I am a previous employee of Allied Universal. Since day 1, I have experienced racism from my supervisor. One day, I was clocking in for work and there was a coworker already there. When I walked in the building, the coworker proceeded to say that she couldn't work with me because she was "allergic" to me. She claimed that she could not be around me because of how I smelled. She then proceeded to call our boss, that took her side of course, and our boss moved me to another post. After this incident, I noticed my hours begin to drop. I went from working 3-4 days a week to only 1 day. A few days later, I was working, and my shift ended at 6:00. My boss asked me to clock out at 5:45 so that the lady that is "allergic" to me would not have to see me or "smell" me. I purposely did not wear any cologne or anything this day just to see if the reaction would be different, and it was not. I quit the job two days ago. I cannot work around a boss and coworkers who are racist and claim to be "allergic" to me because I am a black man with dreads who rarely wears cologne, let alone has a "smell" that someone is allergic to.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from both women, and would like my supervisor to be fired. I am considering a discrimination lawsuit. I have proof of everything in text messages.
My pay
I having problems with my supervisor or workers not getting my checks right... I haven't had a correct check in the past 5 weeks..then the want to send a check to make up the difference. So the problem with that is I pay child support.. so when they send another check, child support takes it out twice once for the original check once for the second check.. if it was done right I wouldn't have this problem.. I'm losing money like this... I wish they would just get my time right.. this is unacceptable... I do my work, show up on time. And they can't get my time right.. I complained several times to my supervisor witch I have several.. one supervisor blocked me and want answer the phone..and her name is Billie rush if I'm correct.. that's unacceptable.. I tried to handle it with them and I'm still having problems.. I need to get to someone that can help me.. I'm tired, and I'm about to leave the company if this can't be fixed.. I don't want to, but I want my correct pay every time I get paid.. they are making it to complicated.. and it shouldn't be

I am Joseph I work overnight shift doing vehicle patrol. I have picked up many overtime hours because no one seems to want to remain employed with Allied for more then a few weeks. From the time I started at this particular site 2/18/2022 I have worked everyday 2 full months. Also stay over the next shift, bur recently I worked another employee overtime 7a-3p. Mind you I use public transportation so I only get 4-5 ours rest in between. The main issue is after checking my paystub of course I was not paid for it. I did reach out to the managers and fill in supervisor because it was her shifts I covered. Of course NO ONE has responded since the writing of this complaint. I never do this, but the amount of incompetence I have had to deal with and work through is extremely unacceptable.
Daily Pay
Apparently there is an ongoing problem with Allied Universal/ Daily app and system. To be specific with out fail at minimum one day a week, not the same day, hours don't post, and in my case this time, hours have not posted since hours from the 15th, at midnight I will have worked 32hrs non of which have posted. I reached out to the daily pay folk, by email starting for Saturday morning, chat and by phone and keep getting the run around and this issue has been ongoing from when this product was introduced. Below is the answer they keep giving , but from my experience doesn't seem likely an effort to fix this is happening, which begs the question why? Something just seems shady.
Desired outcome: Hours post as they should and an honest effort to correct issues with out the standard tag line of wait and be patient.
Harassment
On Tuesday, August 23, myself & two friends were standing outside at approximately at 8:40am when car #8 drove by, following street sweeping, was texting while driving. We said stop texting while you're driving. Going in the opposite direction, he (wouldn't give name) approached us in a hostile manner leaving the vehicle in the middle of road. He started yelling things at us. He claimed we were racist because he is hispanic and has tattoos. We all raised our arms to show him our tattoos. I didn't appreciate being called a racist. I'll be sure to tell my ex-husband (100% hispanic), my child (50% hispanic), my brother in law (100% japanese) along with my nieces (50% japanese), that I am a racist. Claimed that every week we all harass and scream things at him when he drives by. First, I'm never outside on a Tuesday at that time and my two friends have never been there at that time on a Tuesday. (My two friends started walking my dogs less than a month ago). I felt harassed, embarrassed, and threatened by the employee. Neighbors asked me what had happened. I've called three days in a row, then to a third party who wanted to know Allied Universal (not mine) address. This is the most unprofessional along with unorganized "company" I've ever dealt or with any an "employee." I would never work, hire or have anything to do with this company again. Please don't hire this company unless you prefer rude and harassing employees.
Desired outcome: I want a personal apology to me and friends from car #8 driver & his supervisor for harassment. No employee will text &drive(he said he had to),will break the law. The kids crossing streets for school bus or someone walking their animal.

I was shopping at Giant Food 1230 W. Broad St. in Falls Church Virginia in the Birch and Broad Shopping Center and was assaulted by one of your guards. I was behind one of your guards and he leaned forward and then moved back into me. I was able to get around him but I then was pushed by your guard, I turned around and he glared at me and told me to not touch him, I said WTH and he repeated the phrase "Don't Touch me" and I called him a psycho. A customer saw what happened and asked if I wanted him to call the police and have the man arrested for assault and I told him no the guard wasn't worth the bother.
His company car's license plate was from Maryland and the number was 5DC4540
Desired outcome: I believe this individual should not be allowed to be directly involved with any human being. He should be terminated or somebody in his path will be seriously hurt or killed in the future. And a damn sincere apology.
Wrongful termination
On August 17, 2022, I was terminated from Allied Universal. I was fired without notice and was told to never come to the allied universal building I also was told from an allied supervisor that I cannot get a termination letter at all for a reason hence on why I was fired from the building RITQ and allied itself. After a brief meeting with the building manager Charles Bruno of RITQ 40 franklin street Rochester Newyork, called them numerous times and emailed as well on the matter, The human resources manager/ OPS manager Jamaine Thomas was rude to me and Charles Bruno the client on the situation. I have yet to receive a termination letter that implies on this matter which I ask numerous times to be put in writing.
I have worked for Allied Universal for a while now. During that time, I have established a solid reputation of honesty and integrity in the industry. My work ethic has never been questioned and I have been complemented on my positive attitude by many supervisors and coworkers, including my building manager Charles Burno manager who was really shocked and demanded answers on why they had done this to me.
When I ask Fred Walters and Jamaine Thomas that was it possible for me to get a letter of termination and to come in and talk about the policy / contract that was breach instead, they angrily yelled at me on the phone while the building manager was there. The same day I was supposed to work they fired me on the spot for no apparent reasoning I was terminated. Although our conversation was not recorded, it was overheard by several other employees. I have contacted these employees and with their permission, recorded the conversations. For their protection, I will not be releasing their names at this time.
I respectfully request that my termination be reviewed immediately. I have worked extremely hard to establish myself in this industry and I refuse to have my reputation marred by untrue allegations or an unjustified termination. I ask that you respond to this letter within 5 business days. If I do not hear from you, I will be forced to take other steps to remedy the situation.

The new account manager with ATI in Monroe NC is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked for, she does not belong in this position at all, she ripped my job from my hands for no reason, she has gotten rid of all hard working officers and hired people that will preform their jobs properly, she has bullied me since she took over a few months ago, I was requested to come back to the site I was at to run the truck gate because I know my job and lived it so much! She deliberately makes up lies to have people fired or transferred, she lies about my pay rate when I came back, she said that client had approved my pay rate, in that case I believe she knew the client wanted me back so she just told me it was approved to get me back so it would look good on her for getting me back, this situation needs resolved before Allied loses this account also, I do have recordings of her telling me lies about what the client wanted, these recordings were done for people to see exactly what kind of person she is, the job this lady ripped from me was my world, she knew my situation with being a single mom of 2 and still continued to bully me,I worked my but off for this company all to be treated like trash!
Desired outcome: She needs to be gone before she completely ruins what’s good in Allied Universal Security! There are so many with ATI in Monroe that want me back and are very upset with Allied and her for doing what she did to me!
Work bullying and aggressiveness
I am a former employee of Allied Universal. I was the access card administrator for AU. While I had an exit email done, as I was describing why I left it all disappeared and I had start over and the disappearance happened again, I then gave up! But now, hearing from my former peers that the new Operation Manager Jamen Wrightsil is aggressive, rude, demeaning and has personal issues with women. This is why I left! I was put in charge while the change happened to receive a new operation manager and account manager, while doing so I did a fantastic job said so by the management company. When Jamen Wrightsil was hired on, he was very rude and constantly yelled and pretty much made feel dumb and was aggressive towards me and no my former peers! Work morale has completely diminished. This man needs to be investigated! this is work harassment and bullying. His aggressive behavior is not acceptable!

First week pay check intenionally recorded incorrectly pay rate and working hours as depicted in sent photo of pay stub. This company, after recent investigation, is notorious for 'wage theft' and cheating employees out of their paychecks. My first weeks' hours was reported by payroll, was 26 hours instead of 40 hours. Breakdown of hours as follows:
Monday orientation pay day 8 hours
Tuesday 8 hours in Q2
Wednesday 8 hours Q3
Thursday 16 hours: 4 hours Q1 then ask to go to emergency shift to cover shift in Desert Shores 7 pm to 6 am plus one hour travel time.
Friday and Saturday 8 hours each on following weeks paycheck not paid yet.
Desired outcome: Collect monies owed to me.

Hello, my name is Joshua Furman. I am and have been a tenant for about 2 years now at your Promenade Towers location, Downtown Los Angeles. The reason I’m writing this email is that one of the security guards hired here a couple months ago has harassed not only me, but my wife, and newborn daughter on several occasions. As well as other tenants. First, of course, I had attempted to speak with the individual myself. That only caused him to act in a more passive aggressive way in continuing to harass my family and I. I then spoke with one of the other long time security guards here, and asked her if he is able to act accordingly to his job position and to quite frankly, leave my family and I alone. This seems to have only made things worse. I feel I have no choice but to go to management, and have something done about this individual. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, due to me trying to avoid him any chance that I can. But I will talk with Management on Monday, and figure it out.
Acts of harassment by security guard
1. Several times this individual has come on to my personal patio asking that I smoke elsewhere. I’ve informed him that not only am I on the private property that I rent here, but he is also trespassing onto my property, and I’d like him to vacate the premises. He mentioned to smoke inside or somewhere else.. I told him he clearly doesn’t know the rules here.. although many people do smoke inside their apartments and the hallways are riddled with the smell of smoke, I refuse to do so. Even if I didn’t have a newborn baby, I follow the rules here, and would never ruin my place by soaking it with the smell of smoke. I am in the process of building and installing a full size privacy fence in order to keep individuals such as him out. As well as others that allow their pets to defecate on my patio, and from people hanging out on my patio all hours of the night being loud and waking up my baby. I have installed some cameras around my apartment, and will be installing more outdoor cameras to cover this patio area as well. I have obtained licensing from the city of Los Angeles to do so, and keep it visible.
2. I have asked to pick up a package at the front desk, as has my wife, and every security guard at this location knows us, knows we get several packages a day on most days, and knows we have a waiver signed authorizing each other to pick up any packages. I rarely have an issue with this, except for some newer security guards that are not yet aware. But this particular individual has clearly seen this as a chance to further harass not only me but my wife and newborn. And I do not appreciate this whatsoever.
3. I live directly inside the main lobby door. As long as I have lived here, I have temporarily parked out front in order to do all sorts of things that take about 5-10 minutes at the most. Mostly bringing in groceries, or shopping bags, bringing in my newborn child or picking up my newborn child, and the occasional time when I forget something inside. I have spoken to Management about this and they have mentioned, this is not for parking indefinitely. This area is for pick/drop off, delivery’s, and other things of the nature that would take 15-20 minutes, or less. Also that she was working on a more solid solution for this issue that may involve parking directly inside the gate for quick matters such as these. Either way is fine with me. In the past two days alone, this same security guard has made a point to go directly out front to my car, and put a ticket on it saying no parking and other such things, immediately after I enter the building and lobby elevator. I’ve watched him do it after being parked there for only 1 minute. Several times he has come up to me as I park out front to pick up my wife and newborn daughter, and he has tried to tell me not to park there, and I tell him “I have lived here for years, you need to read a handbook, or talk to Management.. because I am getting tired of being harassed by you time and time again over nothing”. Then ignore him otherwise, and continue what I am doing. This is likely one reason why he continues to harass my family and I.
Supplemental information:
If I’m being honest here, he seems to have a napoleon complex, and likely has never had any type of authority in his life, now does, and is out of control. I’m friends with about 100 tenants here, probably more. I have had several other tenants also mention they’ve had issues with him harassing them as well. Something needs done about this individual.
I never want to see him, or have him speak to me or my family again. He’s caused my family and I great hardship, and it’s to the point where my wife is afraid to leave the apartment without me there. She can’t pick up packages. Take the baby for a stroll around the property. Go out back to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, gym, recreation room, for special events that are typically held on Friday's and holidays. She doesn’t feel safe for herself or our newborn daughter. Neither of us do, and out of all my time living here I can’t believe that this problem with this security guard is still happening and nothing is being done about it. This is absolutely unacceptable for a tenant here to feel this way over one of the staff members that are supposed to provide “security”. Please help us.. this has gotten way out of hand. We don’t feel safe on our own rented property, and especially not coming and going from said property. I didn’t want to send this without figuring out his name first, but I feel some sort of documentation needs to be started because this has been going on for far too long, and something needs to be done about it. Nobody should ever feel unsafe in their own home… please feel free to reach out to me via this email, call, text, or however is most convenient to you. Thank you very much! Desired outcome: Basically.. I want him to no longer work this location (Promenade Towers). And some type of classes or training, so that he doesn’t continue this behavior at whatever location he’s assigned to next.
Supervisor conflict of interest,wrongful terminations and fraud.
There is a supervisor by the name of Parker at your HomeDepot Location in Conroe. He likes to hire all his friends and family. He adjusts time clock every day to make sure they all look good on paper however he and his friends and family are never on time. My partner was late coming home every day. I lost a job substituting because he would never get off when he was supposed to. And the last supervisor who made sure he could, Parker set him up to get fired. Parker liked to write the managers at HomeDepot and tell them lies to get people fired. My partner was fired because he asked for the managers number after Parker sent numerous threats to fire him and suspend him over not wearing the uniform shirt my partner had in the car. (With NO warnings, write ups, etc.). Parker also lied about his brother never being late. Parker is telling everyone on site my partner threw everyone under the bus so he fired him, and that is a lie. My partner missed out on days he could have worked because Parker is a liar and a fraud. All it would take is to look at the cameras to see when these people actually come in. Every day he changes their time and my partner has never received compensation for the daily 30/45mins to a hour of time.
Desired outcome: Investigate this man and make sure he doesn't get anyone else removed or fired for no reason. Hire competent management. Pay people for their time.
Wrongful Removal
I was Site Supervisor in Enfield, NC for nearly eight years. During my time of Employment, I never had any write-ups, counselling sessions, or any type of disciplinary action taken against me. To make a long story short, I was recently removed from my Position because of a Lie that the Client told on me. I was not given the Opportunity to tell my side of the story or defend myself in any way. Allied-Universal demands Excellence from their employees. However, no matter how hard an employee strives for Perfection, Allied-Universal will flush that Employee down the Toilet for no Valid reason. Not only do I disagree with the Decision to remove me, I also disagree with how it was carried out. I feel that I should have been called in the Office with my Supervisor and the Client representative present. Then it could have been explained to me why the decision was made to have me removed. Consequently, the Situation was not carried out that way. When I was on an out of town trip, my Supervisor contacted me by phone and stated that the Client wanted me removed from the Site. When I questioned this she stated that she had no ideas as to why, and that the Client did not have to give a reason. I was told that the next day, my now former Supervisor shows up with a new Site supervisor, believed to be her cousin. In Conclusion, I do not recommend anyone to seek Employment with Allied-Universal. Allied-Universal, from what I have seen, does not back their Employees. Also, Allied -Universal should change their contracts to state to their Clients that if the Client wishes to have a Site supervisor removed, charges must be brought against the Supervisor and a hearing held. That way, both sides can give an argument for their Case. Do I feel that Allied-Universal will do this? I DO NOT THINK SO!
Desired outcome: Revise your Contracts with your Clients to state that they cannot remove a Supervisor solely due to a Personality conflict.
Wrongful Termination
On Friday 7/22/22 I received 2 IDENTICAL write ups from my account manager. These write ups stated I was not properly checking bags. That statement was false, also We have had EXTREME problem with the employees of UPS (mainly the drivers) not wanting to out their bag on the table. I refuse to argue with every other ADULT whats right. UPS also (client) lacks the ability to reprimand their employees for giving us flack. I got extremely upset with my account manager for this because it was false information so I refused to sign. I was also furious because I have been waiting on my bonus pay for 2 months and still waiting after termination. He then TEXTED me saying I am no longer employed with AUS. I have not received any official documentation of my termination either. These were my first write ups so I was upset and shocked after 2 years of employment. How he was able to get me fired with only 2 write ups? Easy, HE LIED and said I threatened him which I did not and furthermore he has no proof of. I have witnesses on that account. I basically got fired from the company through text. This man (DOUGLAS SHEARER) the account manager shows favoritism to certain employees and have brought back thiefs and unqualified employees BACK to the site countless of times causing problems. I feel I have been lied on and wrongfully terminated and I also will be taking this to court for defamation of character. I have a small chidl and All I ever wanted to do was keep my drive. I have been working in the customer service field since I was 18. I HAVE SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. this is highly unacceptable. Please help.
Desired outcome: I want reemployment for another site. Or unemployment due to wrongful termination.
Unprofessionalism
On Sunday, July 3, 2022, between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, I was sitting in the Downtown Los Angeles [protected]@Fig food court utilizing my computer when an unarmed, black, female Allied Universal security guard approached me and told me that I had to leave the property and when I asked her why she said it was because I was watching porn, even though she saw no evidence of me doing so. When I refused to leave the property, she then proceeded to contact a District Safety Officer to have me removed from there. The DS Officer came and I peacefully left with him off the property, but not before letting him know how I felt about what happened to me because the action taken by this black female was totally unprofessional and just plain stupid as an unarmed security guard whose job is to simply observe and report.
Desired outcome: This AU security guard is about maybe 5' 3" tall, has a slender figure, a tan skin tone and needs immediate firing because not everyone is going to tolerate the conscious stupidity that Allied Universal is for her to exhibit on the job.

Payment not received
I have been requesting a paycheck from April 2022 from bottom all the way up to HR (twice) with no resolve. I am now at the level resignation from the company. I have completed all the necessary steps and still have not received payment. This is very unfortunate because I really enjoyed my work and the post I am currently working at. I will be seeking other employment, if they can't follow through on such foundations like paycheck, where else are they failing the employees.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate the paycheck that I am owed and a clean break from the company without backlash.
I just had a similar problem just recently where I was not paid for the work that I did and the account manager lied about me calling out six times within the last month and told me that they were having a meeting about weather to let me go or not account manager is and has been very disrespectful and unprofessional since day one with everyone I just left I will not work for free and I will not be lied to
No policies or procedure book / post order book at our duty post or on site.
Here at the Orange Texas (DOW) site for Allied Universal officers do not have policies and procedures in a post order book. We get text and emails telling us stuff changes but without a post order book we as officer are no protected. When we are told to do thing and we we do it and the powers at be changes their mind and said that was wrong we are not protected. We need post order book so we can say this is the procedure and until it is change we have to do it this way. Post order books do not just cover the officers it covers the company as well.
Desired outcome: Have post order books at all post and make the powers at be follow the post order books instead of making up their own rules on a daily bases.
