Their prices aren't even that good and they lied about the shipping prices. They advertised Canada shipping for $19.99 but charged me $29.99. This company should be shut down. So, I stumbled upon AllSportProtection and decided to order the Poorboy pad set which includes a pair of knee, elbow, and wrist guards for a decent price.
When I received my order, I was disappointed to find out that they sent me a set of Demon elbow pads instead of the ones I wanted. I returned them and received an email from them saying that they are sold out of the elbow pads and asked if I would want a refund. I made the mistake of asking if they are getting them back in stock but I didn't hear back from them for over a month. Finally, they told me that they are "out of stock". I was frustrated but decided to wait it out.
Four months later, I checked their site and found out that they are selling the elbow pads by themselves. I emailed them asking if I could have those instead but all they kept telling me was "it is out of stock". I call shenanigans. I don't even expect to get my shipping or my money reimbursed.
I have a lot of friends who are into Roller Derby here and if I had a good experience, I would have recommended them. Unfortunately, I told them not to bother and order from somewhere else. I'm telling all of you the same thing.
