Allstate Insurance service

The incident occurred on 7/14/2018 and it was sewer back-up. I contacted claims department on Sunday 7/16/18 because the bathroom had flooded from the toliet and shower backing up. I wasn't aware this damage could be reported since it had been happening for over a year now. I was speaking with a friend who works for insurance group and she stated I should have filed a claim. So that is what I did and on Monday, 7/17/18 I was in contact with Shay Harris who informed me she would be sending someone out to look at the damages. The vendor did come out and inspected the damages and then sent the pictures to Shay. I wasn't happy that I was told the shower wouldn't be covered because the vendor and Shay agreed they couldn't tell how long the damage had occurred. As I stated this wasn't the first time the back-up in the shower occurred but she still insisted it wouldn't be covered. We had to tear out the tile in the shower because of this but still was told she wouldn't cover the damage. Therefore, she said the only thing she would cover was the floor in the bathroom, very disappointing! Then another day I had another guy come out to the house to inspect and then again another guy came on Saturday to do an estimate with someone else. I did let the guy know we would be out of town the following week and wouldn't be available for them to get in to do work. So the week of 7/23/18 we were on vacation and apparently someone came to the home but we weren't there. So because he told ProClean we weren't home Shay decided to mark the claim closed. I didn't know the claim was closed until I hadn't heard from anyone and looked at my account to learn this information. I called my agent and was told Shay informed them she tried calling and left messages and so did the vendor. I didn't receive any messages from Shay or the vendor! So then Shay left a message stating I was to call ProClean myself to schedule something, excuse me but that is her job to reach out to the vendor. So then I spoke with my agent again and he said she should be contacting them. Well another few days go by and still nothing! So on Friday, 8/3/18 I called customer service and asked for a new adjuster to handle my claim because I was very, very disappointed in this lack of communication! I was informed her boss Tony would be calling me and he never did nor did he get me a new adjuster! I called again on Tuesday, 8/8/18 and was informed that Shay told my agent's assistant that I needed to call ProClean myself and her boss would be calling me that day. Well it is now Thursday, 8/9/18 and still no call from Tony and no follow-up from a new adjuster! I am so upset with Allstate that I want to cancel our policies with them! Very disappointing they have people working for them who care nothing about the satisfaction of their customers. My clain # is [protected] and all I'm asking is for someone to reach out to me and help me with my damages!

Allstate Insurance refuse to pay for county required work

Allstate Claim Number: [protected], Registered on: March 3, 2018. Because of "Windstorm and Hail" on March 2, 2018 has damaged my roof.
After the contractor completed the work and submitted the cost for the additional work (Depreciate work), the contractor was told by AllState that the company will NOT pay for the "Coating" which is required in Montgomery county before putting any roof shingles. The cost of the "Coating" is $2, 462.00, which I have paid from pocket in addition to my delectable.
I spoke with Mr. Brian McCoy the local representative, he told me that since this is new requirement in Montgomery county, and this option was not added to my policy, Allstate will not pay. However, he agreed that the contractor can loose their license. But Allstate will not pay.
I am extremely upset that way Allstate has put me in a situation which cost me about twenty five hundred dollars.

Allstate Insurance denied claim

When I arrived my parked car, a Jeep parked very close to my Lexus. I immediately took several photos. When I reversed my car very slowly to check the damage, I heard cracking sound. Since there was a damage to my car, I waited for Jeep driver to show up. When Jeep driver showed up, she gave me her license and Allstate insurance to file a claim.

When I filed a claim, Jeep driver lied and denied all claims. Allstate defends insured and required WITNESS although photos are very obvious.

Will be great if someone can give me an advice for next step.

Is that your only photo? It kind of shows the jeep touching the front of your car but I don't see any damage to your car. Good that you got the license plate. If you have other photos of the damage to your front bumper and hood (if any) then you will need to submit those to Allstate. Not sure if your in Colorado or not but state regulations may impact your claim. In my state, these type of claims go to my insurance carrier. if the damage isn't too great, you will have to pay the deductible anyway so you may be better off just leaving the damage and living with it. Sorry to say.

Allstate Insurance refund/reversal

On the 7/14/18 i call the call center to stop the automatic payment and told the CSR, that I would calling in the payment on Friday the 20th . Well your CSR did not do her job and the auto payment went through on the 19th. On the 20th i called in and made the payment with my branch office. Both payments of $247.07 came out on the following Monday 23rd. On the 26th I checked my bank account my account is in over graft!? Called Allstate and CSR put in for a reversal and she gave me the fax # to send my bank statements as proof. did this on the 07/27/18. i was told that it would take 24 hours and it would go back on my debit card. On 7/27/18 call again ans CSR said it will be there on Monday. On Monday i found out that nothing had been done about getting the reversal. I have been told 24, then 48 and not on the 8/1/2018 still nothing. I should have never switch from GEICO! and i will be switching to another company ASAP . A your Branch sucks as well. I have been lied to put off and now that i have asked to speak to a manager no one is calling me back. I will tell every one I know to never switch to allstate!

Allstate Insurance agent and/or underwriter

Just dropped 5 policies with Allstate because an underwriter did not like the picture of my home's roof due to some mismatched color shingles from a repair. Had it inspected and certified by both a contractor and architect and they rejected that, as well, indicating it had to be "fixed." Not sure why or how they wanted me to fix something that was already fixed, and the agent was too incompetent to formulate proper sentences to explain what they wanted. Mind you, this repair was in place when we first switched to Allstate and they said nothing, now that we changed it to a rental property they reinspected it (which is questionable to begin with) and decided they now are not OK with it. Anyway, switched, good riddance.

Allstate Insurance claim not finished

Why are you ignoring this unfinished claim ? [protected]
I had an appt with Moonmotorsports Rogers Mn., A goldwing dealer over a month ago and had to cancel, as your not responding. The fork seals are leaking oil over the front of the bike and front brakes,
The service Mgr. At Honda dealer said since it didn't leak before the accident they would relate this problem to that. Tim Shirley at Allstate said to inform claims We are in Mn. with our GL1800. He said 5 weeks ago an adjuster would work with Moone mtrs.Now Tim hasn't answered my calls or returned my messages.
I'm should consult with the Mn. Atty Gen office, scam report online and better business complaint if you don't finish this small problem.

Allstate Insurance claim #[protected]

I am submitting this complaint, because at the present time I feel like that I am not in good hands with Allstate. I thought that your insurance company was suppose to protect you in case of and accident. I was involved in a three car accident and the driver that cause the accident did not have insurance so therefore I had to use my insurance because drive that caused the accident did not have insurance. I am asking what would you do in this situation? Looks like I will be lookin for insurance with some other insurance company since I am not being protected by Allstate insurance company. It is really said for me and my wife to be treated this way after being with Allstate all these years. So ask you are reall in good hands with Allstate Insurance like the commercial says?

Allstate Insurance auto insurance claim

I was recently involved in a fender bender with an Allstate policy holder, who was at fault. Due to a bent wheel my car was undrivable. It took Allstate 16 days to authorize the repair of my vehicle and authorize a rental car. Since Allstate would not authorize a rental car for 16 days, my auto insurance company helped me to secure a rental car until Allstate accepted responsibility and took over the rental car payments. Prior to renting a car, I called Allstate to inquire how much per day they would allow and was told " we can't give out that information". I then proceeded to rent a car for the amount allowed by my auto insurance. Today I learn that Allstate will only pay $23.50 per day and they are holding me responsible for the difference between what my insurance paid and their rate of $23.50 per day for the 16 day period that I have already had the rental car. I also have to trade in the current rental car for one that Allstate authorizes.
It should not take Allstate 16 days for a claim to be authorized, not supply the information I needed to secure a rental car and then hold me responsible for that lack of information. This entire process of dealing with Allstate has been unnecessarily difficult. Not once, when I called and left a message, has the insurance adjuster returned my phone call. When Allstate finally accepted liability for the claim, after more than two weeks, someone left a voicemail on my phone to say that they were in desperate need of speaking to me and threatened to terminate my rental car if I didn't call them immediately. ( I still have the voicemail).
My car finally went to the shop today for repairs. I'm sure that my difficulties with Allstate are not over.

The saga continues. Three weeks ago today, I emailed the Allstate Corporate office to file a complaint about the rental car charge. The next day I received a reply from Maurice, a Customer Resolution Specialist, who promised to monitor my concern until he could confirm that I had been contacted by a claims partner. Two weeks went by and I heard from no one. I contacted Maurice to let him know that I had not been contacted by anyone from Allstate and would appreciate a reply. Another week has gone by and still no response from Maurice or anyone else concerning my complaint. Today I contact the North Carolina Insurance commission.

I sympathize with you. I. Going through the SAME thing with Allstate. They are only approving my rental car daily, so daily I get a call from Enterprise saying my car rental has expired and my credit card will be charged. I’m sick of it. I returned the rental yesterday and have decided to WALK everywhere. It’s not worth the CONSTANThassle with these idots.

My claim rep at Allstate, Gilbert, NEVER calls me back and his voicemail says he will call back before the end of the day. I even left numerous voicemails for Gilbert’s boss, Rod...he never called me back either.

The place I took my car for repair said “Good luck” when I told them that Allstate was the insureds Insurance company. He really knew this would be a hassle. And he works for an “ Allstate Approved” facility. Pay attention Allstate. You’re losing.

Allstate Insurance car insurance renewal

in Feb 2017, I had an accident where the person that wreck into me presented her sister driver licence and insurance of the car her sister bought at a junk yard. I had 2 witnesses that the police that came to the incident did not wanted to talk to them. I called later and told him and he said that at the time she showed the insurance and the licence, I spoke to the witnesses and they told me that the woman was parked by the side of the street for a while then waiting for a car to crash with. first she claimed all the front hood and both sides of the front of the car. I paid to get the records online for the car and I discovered it was purchased at a junk yard and already had both sides wrecked. I called the adjuster or person dealing with Allstate and gave her all that information. Then I called her again and told me that they only paid her for the front hood because the junk yard confirmed that it was already wrecked. She advised me to leave it alone because they did not have to pay for a lot of her damage and if I do complain she could suit the company in a civil suit and it was better to leave it alone. A year later my insurance went up twice for one car to $258. per month. then to $384. for a accident that somebody hit my front door and it is not my fault as other insurance had read is not listed as my fault and they had not pay anything. I spoke to my agent and he said even if it was not my fault the insurance premium should go up. I want this incident to be further investigated. My agent name is Frank sarmiento.

Allstate Insurance claim #[protected]

On July 12th, my house was struck by lightning and caught fire. The Allstate Insurance adjusters (Tom Wiley and Diana Gebavi) came out and determined the house was a total loss. For several months the contractors were unable to proceed with construction after restoration and winterize the house due to the scope and check NOT being issued. The check was finally issued to me in December and turned over to the mortgage company. By that time, my pipes were frozen and the house had been exposed to inclement weather.

Construction has started with an estimate date of completion 9/30/18. My ALE expires 7/11/18, which would make us homeless. I am from Maryland and my husband is from Georgia and we have no family here in Illinois to stay with. I'm having a hard time understanding how an insurance adjuster can prolong and take his time with the progression of your house, then the end result is you and your family getting put out of the rental house. Our livelihood was placed in Allstate hands and the end result was not good.

Allstate Insurance claim issues

hi there, I recently got into a car accident that was not my fault whatsoever. I filed a claim and my rep was very helpful in the beginning he got me all set up with the company to fix my car and what not. my car was in the shop for a whole month and throughtout that month he was updating me saying that he is working on waving my deductible fee because it was a not at fault accident. closer to the day when I picked up my car I emailed him asking if he has waved it yet (me being a student and paying off this brand new car). he then told me to go ahead and pay the deductible and he will reimburse me once he gets more information. I have had my car for a week now and I keeping emailing my rep every day and no response. I would like to be updated as soon as possible please and I would like my money to be reimbursed claim number is AOT547999

Allstate Insurance rental car contract cut off before car was repaired

I was rear-ended by an Allstate policy holder. I took my car to my own collision company. Allstate failed to notify me that my rental agreement was cancelled on June 20, 2018. Allstate had previously granted me an extention on rental because repair shop was still waiting for a part. Allstate refused to pay for June 21-24. When I called them, they agreed to pay an additional 2 days. This was all after the fact. If they had notified me in any way, I would have turned the rental care in by the 20th. I just want them to pay for the full rental.

I was driving in Dallas Texas on 06/26/2018 at 10:45 a.m. and observed your agent driving a white Ford Fusion with tag # JCZ 1213 who was speeding, darting in and out of traffic, cutting semi trucks and other cars off, and when she passed us she was looking down texting on her phone. Where is a police officer when you need one. And if she represents your company values then I am glad I don't use Allstate as my insurance carrier. Allstate Insurance crowley, louisiana agent

Hello, I've recently been dropped by my local agent (Lauren Colona) for a mistake on my auto payments. Please see the except from the email I've recently sent her.

"My name is Brady Lege. I've been a loyal customer of Allstate since I was 16 years old... that's 15 years of me paying my insurance on time! I'm saddened to hear that you have made the decision to drop my insurance and not rewrite me due incorrect payments being made. I believe you dropped me over $113. My auto payment was obviously set incorrectly. However, I don't recall receiving any phone calls from you or your employees. This could have easily been taken care of. It is now clear that loyalty does not matter to Allstate or your local business. You have forced me to switch insurance companies over $113... but 15 years of on-time payments means nothing? I find this completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I'm very disappointed with the way Allstate has treated my wife and I."

Allstate Insurance very bad service and horrible attitude

Annie Fung( Personal Fiancial Representative) is my agent who suppose to help me with my problem of health and life insurance. On 2017, I requested to cancel my health and life insurance because I don't need it anymore. However, I still got charge every 3 month which is $170.04 for the life insurance until now. Therefore, I went to the Allstate office which is located at 333 Gellert Blvd Ste 228 to find Annie and want her to help us to solve the problem, but she is not there(always). So I try to call her, but she always say she is busy and don't have time to talk with me with a very bad attitude. So I keep texting her what should I do, but she always responded after couple day. And she told us to find Bess I'd have any questions. But Bess said I have to talk to Annie, but I can't never find where is Annie! So the only things I can do is to call her? On April 12, she send me an email and said I need to sign a cancellation fome, And she told me to go to the (Bank of America)bank and ask them to stop the payment for the life insurance and they will give me the refund. I did everything what she told me to do but until today, I didn't get my refund and still got charged for $170.04 again! So I try to call Annie(our agent!) again, its very difficult for me to reach her because she never pick up the phone! Finally when she pick up the phone, she said: "do you know you can't always call me?" I was like what do you mean? You are my agent and I need your help but you never answer the phone! And now you told me that I can't call you? I asked her "why I still got charged because I canceled the life insurance already, I did everything you told me to do!" She answered me that's not her fault it's Bank of America's fault by not giving me the refund. I was like oh my god? So everything is Bank of America's faulted? And then she told me do not call her again and cuts up my phone! When I try to call her again, she blocked my phone number! She never want to communicate with me! I am very very disappointed for Allstate company hire this kind of person to service their customer! My whole family use Allstate auto insurance because I trust in Allstate. However, Annie Hung made me feel like I should canceled all my insurance and join other insurance company because nobody willing to help me! This kind of person shouldn't be as an agent to service customer cause she doesn't even know how to respect her customer!

Allstate Insurance my local allstate insurance company

I called sam peters insurance company, who I am referred to regarding my allstate insurance company, for my allstate business needs, to say I needed to cancel insurance on my current 2012 ford fusion (which I was paying 122.00 a month for liability and an sr22) and get the same coverage on a much older 1998 honda crv 2x4 (but drop the uninsured motorist coverage I don't need). I was quoted 592.00 a month for a 6 month policy. I agreed and a few days later received an email stating my bank account will be drafted 172.00 a month for the insurance coverage on my vehicle. I called immediately and spoke with ashley who said she'd check if any mistakes were made. I never received a call back. I called 2 days later and spoke to andrea then erica, who said she verified the year make and model plus liability coverage amount was correct. Then she said some excuse about when she does a quote with sr22 coverage on a previous vehicle that has to be carried over it may make the quote higher. When I kept mentioning the quote from andrea a week before that at 592.00 I was ignored about that point. I called around today and found a quote of 103 per month for liability plus an sr22 from progressive ins. If I wasn't given a fake quote of 592 per month on my 1st call, I would have started calling around to other companies a week ago. Everytime I try to call allstate to talk about this issue I just get forwarded to sam peters insurance company, who i'm complaining about in the 1st place. Epic fail allstate!

Allstate Insurance have not received settlement

I have tried everything to get my claim resolved, On April 24, 2018 your insured hit me in the back on the freeway. My Lexus was clearly totaled and I still owe 1, 300 to my loan company. On top of that, I was hurt so i took off work for 3 weeks. My dr released me back to work on 5/21. By 5/23, I sent you all everything you needed. As well as the chiropractor bill. I was told by the claims adjuster Sulema Salina stated it would take several days for the processor to finish. I called back a day later and was told the processor was complete. I tried to reach out to her and she didnt call back until that Saturday. She let me know that the processor left some bills out so it was returned. On top of that she said she would be out of the office for over a week. I called back to speak to her Supervisor (AJ Gonzales) and he let me know that i should have an answer back by the following Friday. I didnt hear back so i waited until Friday. Called him and he said i misunderstood he meeant next friday. Now its been over 2 weeks since theyve had all my bills and everything. I called Sulema yesterday and even left message with Supervisor but still no call back, I have reported her to the Department of Insurance because this is so unfair and not how people should get treated. I cant even ride on the freeway without getting anxiety. I am very upet and disappointed on how such a big company can treat people like this.

Allstate Insurance cancellation of policy

I had two cars on my policy. On May 10th, I called in to remove one of my cars because I sold it and was told my new premium amount. The amount was very high for one car so I began to shop around and found a cheaper insurance. I called the very next day, May 11th to just cancel my entire policy. I was speaking with customer care who advised that it will be cancelled within 1-2 business days and that my information was sent over to my agent to have it cancelled. I was also told that I will have confirmation via email about the cancellation. Never received any confirmation so I called my agent directly to make sure that the policy was cancelled only to be disconnected on three times. I then sent in an email and never heard anything back.

When I called back to follow up, again, I was disconnected on. I then reached out to corporate and customer care again. Was told by corp that my agency was having phone issues but they do see where I called in to have my policy cancelled. Now it is the beginning of June and my policy is still not cancelled. I have called in multiple times and sent in plenty of emails. I called corp again and was laughed at by one of their customer service agents and was told that "It is not that hard to cancel". Of course it is not that hard to cancel, so why are you guys making it so hard? The customer service agent since that since I've been calling in so much and since my agency is having phone issues, he will cancel it for me. I asked for a confirmation number and he said that he doesn't have it and for me to check online within 24-48 hours and that it would be cancelled.

All I want is to cancel my policy and even now I am not confident that it was cancelled due to the lack of care from customer service. What insurance agency is having phone issues for almost a month now?

Allstate Insurance insurance

I currently own a home and have had the home insured since 5/31/13 with this agency. The renewal processed and my mortgage company paid til 5/31/19. I was notified that my name was removed leaving me open to financial loss on my home. I also found that the funds that paid for 2019 from my mortgage was going to pay for a different owner, my ex husband who has not bought the home from me as of yet. There are court orders for the sale of my home and that my ex husband would secure his own policy and could not use any of my credit or supporting policies or have access to my info. YET, this agency believes that they make the decisions and that my personal information including financial, health, records is not of importance as I used to be married to him and have shared a policy for years with him. ISN'T THAT WHAT THE COURT ORDER
S AND THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPENT FOR THE COURT ORDERS AND ATTORNEYS ARE FOR? FORMAL COMPLAINTS WILL BE FILED JUNE 1 2019 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE FOR THE POLICY TAMPERING. YOU CAN'T JUST REMOVE THE OWNER OF THE HOME AND THE MORTGAGE COMPANY BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO WRITE A NEW POLICY. IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY FOR TOO LONG AT THAT AGENCY, THE LAZINESS!
