We got a quote from Alpha Enviro Tech Inc. The price was way too high compared to what we expected. Our friends got double the amount of windows done for half the price. We told them, but they denied it. The person who came for the quote suggested we look into other windows since their prices are too high for us. I found that insulting. He left and we thanked him. I did some research online and found out their proposal number was double the amount it should be. So I texted the number I had and said, "I guess you think you're dealing with stupid people." Then his supervisor called me and tried to deny the price my friend paid 6 months ago. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. He left me a voicemail calling me ignorant, immature, and a coward. He told me to shut up. Is this their standard customer service? I wish I could upload the voice messages here.

I keep getting calls from a blocked number, linked to Alpha Envirotech, on my phone even though I'm on the Do Not Call list. They called me on Feb 29 at 2:17pm and offered me discounts on home repair services. I've told them not to call me, but they persist. They're breaking the law, and they're using an outdated contact list. They even have the wrong address for me. Last week, I had to settle with a similar company and their construction partner for the same issue. I want to discuss this with Alpha Envirotech directly to avoid legal proceedings.

Alpha Enviro Tech put in an HVAC system for me in August . But in June 2022, the unit started making a loud noise and wasn't working right. I called and left two messages for service and diagnostics, but Alpha didn't get back to me. This unit is under warranty. Since I wasn't getting any response and the HVAC system was still messed up, I called Nexgen. They came out on Wednesday, June 29. They found that the unit wasn't installed right and wasn't up to code. It wouldn't pass inspection. When Alpha Enviro installed it in August , I asked them over and over to check the ducts to make sure there was enough air flow. They said the ducts were fine and didn't need any work. But Nexgen found that the ducts weren't installed right to the plenum, they weren't sealed, and they were falling apart. They all need to be replaced. To fix everything and install it right, it'll cost $16,889.50. That's as much as the Alpha Tech project in 2021. I shouldn't have to pay for this all over again because they didn't install it right the first time. They're not calling me back, and I don't know what to do. Please help.
