High quality patio chairs. They were packaged very well and arrived at our home when promised. The chairs do require assembly, and it helps to have two people doing it. But the assembly process was easy.

Ordered and was sent patio furniture which needs assembly. Screws and directions weren't enclosed. After months they have not sent missing pieces and even gave us fake tracking number. They are no longer responding and we have a product we can't use.

Great Company to do business with, I highly recommend it! Their Customer Service is second to none, they exceeded their aim to satisfy a customer in a very professional, understanding, and timely manner! They have gained my trust and loyalty as a customer!

I had a small problem develop with a folding camp chair, chair, and contacted the seller's (Alphamarts) customer service department. They were excellent, and went "above and beyond" in addressing my concern. I recommend them highly. They have shown that their desire to provide an excellent product backed up by excellent customer service is genuine.

Craziest company I have ever seen! I kept contacting them because their site said it had NOT been shipped. BUT, it had. Showed up delivered! Out of the blue. Crazy. Even Fed Ex said to call them and ask them to schedule a pick up. CRAZY company. They need to fire their manager! They should look at the company BELK's. Now, their is awesome shipping management!

We have been pleased with Alpha Mart Holdings, LLC. We purchased a patio umbrella, which was easy to assemble and performed as described. Unfortunately, we had a slight mishap with the umbrella (our mistake), and contacted customer service about replacement parts. Alpha Mart responded immediately and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. We found the company easy to deal with- they stand behind their products.

I purchased an outdoor umbrella made by Alphamart from Walmart.com. I received it in a timely manner but there was a small hole in the carton and I discovered I was missing some hardware. I contacted this company and they replied the next day! Soon I received replacements. Finally decided where to put it in the backyard, got it up and I love it. It came with little lights so it's just enough ambient lighting and just a perfect size. I'm just so amazed at the quick response and service. I'm a female senior and I was able to assemble it myself in no time. Thanks Alphamart!

We purchased a Mock One for Father's Day after seeing an ad on Instagram. I didn't expect to receive it by Father's Day as we ordered it about 10 days prior. Then the item was on back order. They were very forthcoming at first, mentioning there was a legal issue with some bad characters involved in their warehouse. Then they went radio silent after early July. I emailed in Aug and in Sept just to get an update and no reply. I tried again in Oct, stating that I would pursue a refund if I didn't hear back. Within two weeks they finally contacted me to let me know the product would be shipped soon. We received the Mock One within about 2 weeks and my husband loves it! I'm so glad we were patient and waited for them to clear up the legal issues they had encountered. There may be another one in our future!

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with AlphaMart's. I ordered some stuff from them over 3 weeks ago and they said it would take 10 to 14 days to get to me. But as of the 28th, FedEx still hadn't gotten their hands on it. So I shot them an email on May 23rd and they told me that FedEx had it and they'd ship it when they could. But let me tell ya, they straight up lied to me. Ain't no way I'm ordering from them again.

I ordered a replacement part from AlphaMart's almost a year ago, and I still haven't received it. They sent the wrong part twice, and now they're claiming that the shipper lost it. I don't believe them because they don't have a tracking number to prove it. It's frustrating that the only way to communicate with them is through email, and they keep lying to me about the situation. I ain't gonna lie, AlphaMart's outdoor patio set is straight up garbage. I mean, I was excited to get it, but when it arrived, it was a hot mess. The thing was damaged, pieces were missing, and the legs kept falling off. And don't even get me started on the glass on the table - I had to tape that sucker on! And the pillows? Forget about it. They just fall off all the time.

So, I ordered something from AlphaMart's website and they sent me an email saying it was shipped by FedEx. But, it's been a whole week and I still haven't received it. I tried to track my package, but there was no history of it. I had to contact their customer service a bunch of times, and it took them three whole days to figure out what was going on with my order. Can you believe it? And then, they finally told me that my order was never even shipped in the first place. I was so mad, like seriously, what a waste of my time and money.

So, I bought this double umbrella from AlphaMart's website for my patio. But when I tried to install it, I noticed that something was off with the base. It was all lopsided and stuff. I've been trying to get in touch with the company for a few weeks now, but there's no phone number to call. I've been emailing them, but they're not being very helpful. They keep telling me that I have to take apart the whole umbrella and send it back in order to get a refund. Like, seriously? Do they not realize how big this thing is? It's not easy to take apart and put back together again. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm never buying anything from them again.

I got myself a fancy office chair from AlphaMart's website back in April. It was the PHI VILLA Ergonomic PU Leather Modern 360? Swivel Executive Office Chair with Massage Lumbar Support. I was pretty excited about it, and it looked great in my home office. However, after just a couple of months, one of the arms on the chair broke off. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I could just contact the store and arrange for a return or exchange.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a phone number anywhere on their website. I searched high and low, but no luck. I was starting to get frustrated, but I didn't want to give up just yet. I decided to send an email to their customer service team on July 4th. I even included my phone number in the email, hoping that someone would get back to me soon.

Well, it's been a few weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service from AlphaMart's. I mean, I understand that things can break or go wrong, but it's important for a company to have good customer service and be responsive to their customers' needs. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

I gotta say, I ain't too pleased with AlphaMart's. I got myself an outdoor table and it was a real piece of work, if you know what I mean. The screws didn't fit the holes and it was just poorly made all around. So I tried to return it, but boy oh boy was that a hassle. I sent emails, chatted online, and even called them up a bunch of times. But they wouldn't give me an address to send it back to. Nope, they said I had to call customer service. But when I did, nobody answered the phone. And when I finally got a response to my email, they said I had to send them a video of the area that didn't fit. Like, who's got time for that? All I want is to return this thing and be done with it.

I made an online purchase of patio furniture. Upon receipt, I was not satisfied with the quality of the furniture. Furthermore, my order was not complete. I received 6 chairs but no table. The table was shipped much later even after I asked that it not be sent. I contacted Alphamarts on several occasions and requested return instructions as per their return policy and within their 30 day requirement. The company did not respond to my requests to return the furniture and they are therefore forcing me to keep poor quality furniture. I paid $924.99 for this patio set!

I ordered an outdoor couch from this company (order number 604), and on Thursday May 13 I received an email saying that my order was on its way, which was about a week after I ordered. Well the couch was shipped in 2 boxes, but only one arrived. I have been in contact with them through texting and email, and they have stated the Fed Ex has not picked up the other package and they have no idea when they will, because they are short-staffed due to the pandemic. I have requested to return the box of parts that I did receive and receive a refund, since I have been waiting 3 weeks with no status change in the shipment of the second box. I have requested an address to ship my items back to and to complete a return, which is part of the return policy. I have been requesting to return this box and receive a refund for over a week. The company will not respond to any of my contacts about returning the item. I just want to return the parts I have and get a refund.

The date of the transaction which was ordered online was April 12 in the amount of $871.20 for some outdoor furniture. The quality of the product was not as expected and all we are asking is to be able to return this product which we are within our 30 day window at no cost to us. Which they want us to pay for shipping which will amount to around $600. They offered us a $35 credit card credit or a $60 credit to order something else from them. I have not been able to actually speak to anyone at their listed number which never gets answered and quite frankly think its a bogus number. They will only correspond via email which is about every 2 days if we are lucky. They suggested we try to sell the item or give it as a gift which is unacceptable as we have a new patio and this was to go on there. The order number is 59720. Again that is all we are looking for is to return this product for a full refund and not pay shipping which we only opened 1 box and there are 4.
