High quality patio chairs. They were packaged very well and arrived at our home when promised. The chairs do require assembly, and it helps to have two people doing it. But the assembly process was easy.

Even Fed Ex said to call them and ask them to schedule a pick up. CRAZY company. They need to fire their manager! They should look at the company BELK's. Now, their is awesome shipping management!

They were very forthcoming at first, mentioning there was a legal issue with some bad characters involved in their warehouse. Then they went radio silent after early July. I emailed in Aug and in Sept just to get an update and no reply. I tried again in Oct, stating that I would pursue a refund if I didn't hear back. Within two weeks they finally contacted me to let me know the product would be shipped soon. We received the Mock One within about 2 weeks and my husband loves it! I'm so glad we were patient and waited for them to clear up the legal issues they had encountered. There may be another one in our future!

We have been pleased with Alpha Mart Holdings, LLC. We purchased a patio umbrella, which was easy to assemble and performed as described. Unfortunately, we had a slight mishap with the umbrella (our mistake), and contacted customer service about replacement parts. Alpha Mart responded immediately and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. We found the company easy to deal with- they stand behind their products.

I purchased an outdoor umbrella made by Alphamart from Walmart.com. I received it in a timely manner but there was a small hole in the carton and I discovered I was missing some hardware. I contacted this company and they replied the next day! Soon I received replacements. Finally decided where to put it in the backyard, got it up and I love it. It came with little lights so it's just enough ambient lighting and just a perfect size. I'm just so amazed at the quick response and service. I'm a female senior and I was able to assemble it myself in no time. Thanks Alphamart!

Disappointing Experience with AlphaMart's Shipping and Customer Service
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with AlphaMart's. I ordered some stuff from them over 3 weeks ago and they said it would take 10 to 14 days to get to me. But as of the 28th, FedEx still hadn't gotten their hands on it. So I shot them an email on May 23rd and they told me that FedEx had it and they'd ship it when they could. But let me tell ya, they straight up lied to me. Ain't no way I'm ordering from them again.

Well the couch was shipped in 2 boxes, but only one arrived. I have been in contact with them through texting and email, and they have stated the Fed Ex has not picked up the other package and they have no idea when they will, because they are short-staffed due to the pandemic. I have requested to return the box of parts that I did receive and receive a refund, since I have been waiting 3 weeks with no status change in the shipment of the second box. I have requested an address to ship my items back to and to complete a return, which is part of the return policy. I have been requesting to return this box and receive a refund for over a week. The company will not respond to any of my contacts about returning the item. I just want to return the parts I have and get a refund.

The quality of the product was not as expected and all we are asking is to be able to return this product which we are within our 30 day window at no cost to us. Which they want us to pay for shipping which will amount to around $600. They offered us a $35 credit card credit or a $60 credit to order something else from them. I have not been able to actually speak to anyone at their listed number which never gets answered and quite frankly think its a bogus number. They will only correspond via email which is about every 2 days if we are lucky. They suggested we try to sell the item or give it as a gift which is unacceptable as we have a new patio and this was to go on there. The order number is 59720. Again that is all we are looking for is to return this product for a full refund and not pay shipping which we only opened 1 box and there are 4.
