I have bought many parts for my Silverado from American Trucks. They have been delivered on time and in good condition! Sometimes I laugh at the directions in the packages due to funny wording used. Fortunately I am mechanical enough to figure how to install parts to my 2021! One wire on fog light kit instructions is rather vague or missing clear instructions! Otherwise I love all the parts I have bought at AT!

I bought a set of towing mirrors for $200. They ended up being cheap junk from China and as I'm driving down the road both mirrors literally vibrate and flap in the wind. I tried to post a review to say how poorly they were made but it was never posted online. I contacted the company and they said marketing besides which reviews are actually posted. I said well isn't this a unfair bias opinion of the product? I never heard back.

Parts arrived today. Took to long to ship parts that were in stock & send tracking information. (10 days) Coil packs in a separate box, but box came open & coil packs came out. Additional tape should be used to secure package tops to prevent them from opening up during delivery. Staff was very helpful through emails apologizing for warehouse & shipping problems. Management needs to review warehouse & shipping policies to prevent future problems.

They said the package was to be here on Saturday 13th, well it did not get to my house until the 17th. and the box it was shipped in was totaled. They had it all taped up no wonder they didn't want to deliver it. I checked it right away to see what was missing and on 1 of my 21/2" clamps was missing. I mean the nice Crome tips were totally out of there boxes inside the big one. Sorry but BAD Fedex shipping. Roy L G
The whole process has been great
The whole process has been great. I ordered, paid, it said three days, and took exactly that! I installed my KN Cold Air Intake today and it sounds amazing. Got to.wait till after the holidays to install the exhaust and the leveling kit. I do wish the install video could have been a little more in depth. Some of the existing hose clamps and clips were a pain in the butt! Still though I am extremely impressed with how it has all worked out so far and look forward to finding more products from American Trucks!

Didn't deliver on due date. No reason WHY, your delivery company just said, DELAY? No Reason. Because of FEDEX, you lost me as a customer. I called their customer service. I asked the guy what happened? He couldn't hardly talk English and when I had to explain and asked 4 times. I asked to speak to someone who can talk and understand English? He got Smart with me. So he called me a racist! No, I thought he was making fun of me. He was racist to me. Would NOT let me talk to an English talking person. So I hung up.

We received a part that had obviously been previously returned. Evidently, no one at American Trucks checked the returned part because it was the wrong part in the box. So we received 2 passenger side mirrors. However, one box was labeled passenger's side mirror and the other was labeled driver's side mirror. American Trucks refused to accept the return because it had been more than 30 days since we ordered them. It was a Christmas gift...and our family was in Covid quarantine. So yeah...checking what was actually inside the box was not high on our list. And now we are stuck buying another mirror because of American Trucks' failure to properly inspect returned items.

I have a 2012 Sierra 1500...and ended up ordering quite a few parts. Everything came quick, was extremely competitively priced, and the selection was second to none. A lits if the parts I purchased from AT: 3" front leveling spacers 1" rear leveling blocks LED bar headlights All weather mats Chase rack LED taillights Bull bar w/LED light Rear lift shocks Cold air intake Tailgate assist damper I found detailed and comprehensive install videos on AT.com and have had fun installing all of the parts myself which, as a car guy, always makes you feel more connected with your project. I highly recommend American Trucks if you own a late model pickup/SUV. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered two parts from their website but encountered issues
I ordered two parts from their website but unfortunately did not receive them. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned one of the items was sent to an outdated address from their records. I verified my order on AmericanTrucks.com and confirmed my current address was listed. Despite this, the items were shipped elsewhere. Upon recontacting customer service, they acknowledged the mistake with the first item and promised to correct the delivery for the second item. However, the second item was also misdirected. Despite multiple visits to the wrong address, I got no response. The vendor insists the mistake is mine and refuses to help further.

Order parts from these people and they came in defective. Sent me replacement parts that took over a week to get to me. Replacements came in defective. After numerous calls and transfers to departments they finally have me someone that realized the company sucks and sent me and upgraded raplacement. Days go by with no tracking on my replacement parts. Now they have denied my claim. Want their lights back now and not give me my money back for 7-10 business days. Lol not happening. Looks like I'm the proud owner of 2 sets of defective tail lights. Can you make them replace my parts and refund me? Can you do anything. Thanks for your time
I purchased a *** cover for my truck in June from Americantrucks.com (their website informed me they are American Muscle) and when I went to install it the parts were defective. I went through the steps to return the product and they sent me a new one. This second cover has broken within a month and I want a refund. When I contacted them they stated I have to pay for the product to be shipped back at my expense. I do not think I should pay for their defective product. If I paid for it then I would be spending money with nothing to show for it. They would not be out a cover yet I would be losing money. They should send the neccessary box for return and pay for pickup.
I just recently retired and bought a truck. I ordered parts fender flares and received them on 7/3, however, the box they were shipped in had been opened and retapped several times, it was also damaged which I think allowed the hardware to slip out - after multiple attempts to get replacement parts - the company has failed to get me the hardware - my fender flares have been sitting in my garage and after a full month - still no replacement hardware - I need help

The way they are conducting business is horrible. I will never purchase another item from that company. The used item descriptions are apparently not an exact detail. Some state damage, some state missing hardware, and others state both. So by the description of the item I purchased the hardware should have been in the box. It arrived with no nuts, no bolts, or washers, and some brackets are also missing. I would not have purchased the used set had it been in the description it was missing hardware. I would have just purchased the new set. So they are misleading the customers. You then have to purchase the hardware separately for a substantial amount. For another $40 I could of purchased the brand new not scratched or dented set of side bars. The company doesn't care about it's customers.

My husband and I ordered a new bumper from Americantrucks.com on November 25th and we still have no information on when and if the bumper will ship, it's February 3rd. We have contacted the Americantrucks.com by phone 3 ties and they can not provide us with ANY information on the status of our order. They said this is an in-house brand that they manufacture, but they still don't have any information. I do not recommend ordering any products from this business.

Post-installation, the bumper showed corrosion in several spots, first noticed in late December . An inspection revealed that the corrosion stemmed from the base material, suggesting improper preparation. I reached out to AmericanTrucks customer service for a resolution and was informed about the 30-day return policy. I expected the coating to last years, not six months. I ordered parts (truck running boards) from this company on 12/30. After not seeing any tracking information I received an update that they would not ship for 4 to 5 weeks. I filled out the cancellation form and received a response from Lei D, stating that the order was cancelled and I would receive a full refund on/by Monday Jan 11th. Over the Weekend American trucks sent a confirmation of shipping the order that should have been cancelled and after checking they have not refunded my credit card. I called them and they expext me to call for a n RMA and delivery the parts to *** for delivery. If I am expected to do that then I should be paid for my time in processing the part and delivery time and Mileage for my time away from work. American truck should compensate me for my time for any mistakes they make. Poor processing and business practices on their behalf, should not cost me business hours to make up for it.

Order # *** I placed an order for 4 tires, website said I would have free shipping. Once order was placed I saw I was charged an additional 80 dollars for shipping the product. I then tried cancelling the order, which had not shipped yet, and customer service said they could not cancel the order. I told them I didn't want to have to return the item because I would loose the 80 dollars in shipping and they still refused to cancel my order and said I would not be reimbursed for the shoppjng costs.

I purchased the *** rocker steps in October. The product description claimed the product was powder coated and a well crafted item. I noticed that the HD rocker steps that I purchased have already formed rust under 6 months of owning the product. The description on the website claims that the product is powder coated, which if done properly can protect the finish of the metal for years. On the website there was no information regarding warranty and when I contacted customer service, their solution was for me to sand the rust and apply antirust on my own. Customer service related that there was no warranty unless I purchased an extra warranty. There was no disclaimer on the site that explained that there is 0 factory warranty whatsoever. I would have never purchased a product knowing that I would have to correct a defect on my own time and money on top of purchasing the product. I expect I received a product that was defective due to powder coating no done correctly.

I ordered a large truck accessory. I viewed it on website and then ordered by phone with a live person. Nowhere did it say that a person had to be present to receive the package for delivery. After a week I got a voice mail from "*** Freight" and wanted to make an appointment and to return their call to do so. I returned their call and only got voice mail which I left my info. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called the American Trucks and advised them. The next morning, the oversized package was dumped on my front lawn in the grass with a highly damaged packaging. I called American Trucks and sent them photos and told them to arrange a pickup and I want a refund. It took a WEEK for package to be picked up and it took two more weeks to get a refund, MINUS the $99 ship[ping fee I originally paid. I called American Trucks and told them the $99 shipping charge has NOT be refunded. They said they would do so. That was TEN DAYS AGO AND I DON"T HAE MY MONEY BACK. CONSUMER FRAUD! THEFT. I HACVE HTE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT of damaged package.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, deceptive business practices, and false advertisement. American Trucks lacks integrity in their dealings with their customers. Purchased an open box item that was described "Like New Condition" that was missing all the hardware and mounting parts, owner's manuals/instructions, and was poorly packaged causing scrapes/damage to the product. "Like New" would be descriptive of a product that has all the parts associated with the product (or at least most). No mounting hardware makes these products useless to the consumer as it is meant to be mounted to to the vehicle for use. I even offered to go pick up the hardware myself if an inventory list and compensation ($50 refund) was provided. I offered American Trucks multiple options of remedy to assist me to obtain or for them to provide the necessary hardware. All they would state is that their "policy" is not to provide hardware and that I could contact the manufacturer myself. Now it is up to me to repackage the product, which is heavy and cumbersome to package and take it to a *** facility to return it. There is no win in this scenario for me as the consumer or them as the distributor.

When I made a purchase for a side rail I purchased based on there site telling me the one I ordered was for my truck. When I received the parts the step did not fit. When I called the business and spoke to them they told me the wrong part was shipped so they would ship me another set and told me to switch out the steps and ship the item back to me. So I did this and sent back the bad parts and at this point back in (june ) thought all was good. Now I try to place a new order yesterday 01/05 and my order was canceled because they now say that I owe them $100 for the difference in the parts. I explained that this was there error and the wrong part was shipped but they are trying to tell me that the wrong part was ordered. I explained that I purchased based on there website but they said I still have to pay. I'm upset that I was not told this on the phone and was never told upfront there was a cost difference or that I would owe money. I also never received one bill or email stating that I owed them money. I want this bill removed from my account as this is not fair to the consumer and I should have been advised on the phone the first time.

Their website and installation video stated it included installation hardware and brackets. The item was left at my door without a signature. Upon opening, I found no brackets and minor damage. I contacted customer service for the brackets, but encountered rudeness and no apology. I was promised action, but after 4 days without an update, I learned no ticket was made. They later emailed me with options to procure brackets myself, exchange the item, or refund. I opted for a return, but was then informed it was impossible due to their use of a specific freight service. The money was taken immediately. I then got orders for someone in Alabama, not my California address. I called to correct this. They made a 'request' to change it. My wife, unhappy, demanded to speak to a manager about the privacy breach. It took two hours for them to find our order and they had recorded my details incorrectly. The shipping address matched the billing address, yet the billing was right. My wife made over 50 calls to the company and UPS to resolve this. We had to dispute the charge with our bank after a month. They assured us the address was fixed and UPS notified. UPS said it was undeliverable. They sent a 'replacement' package, which was just the installation hardware, not the actual product. Attempts to cancel were futile as it was 'out for shipment'.
