Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Missing Parts, Poor Communication, and Long Wait Times
I recently had an experience with Brothers Trucks and I must say, it was quite disappointing. I live in the UK and I ordered some parts for my '54 truck. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, some parts were missing and they even sent me parts for a truck that I don't even own. It was a complete mess and I was left feeling hopeless.
To make matters worse, I received an email saying that the parts had been dispatched, but when I checked my account, there were no tracking details. This made it impossible for me to know whether the parts had actually been sent or not. When I tried to call their customer service, I was put on hold for what seemed like ages. It's frustrating when you have to wait so long just to get through to someone.
It's clear that Brothers Trucks needs to hire more staff to handle the high volume of calls they receive. It's not fair to leave customers waiting on hold for so long. To make matters worse, they only have one person who deals with overseas orders. If that person is off, then you're out of luck. And even when he's there, he's not very good at communicating.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Brothers Trucks. They lost a customer because of their poor service. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.
Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Brothers Trucks
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Brothers Trucks. I don't recommend buying from them at all. They lied to me, and then lied to cover up their lies. I ordered a tailgate for my '67 C10, and they said it had been shipped, but it never arrived. They still charged my credit card, though. When I tried to get in touch with them about it, John, the sales manager, was a real piece of work. He acted like he was the king of the world and refused to send me the tailgate, even after I left a review about my experience. It was the worst customer service I've ever had.
The only good thing that happened was that Steve Flanders, one of the owners, actually replied to my email and called me. He let me explain everything that had happened, which was a relief. But John did absolutely nothing to try to keep my business. I'll never buy from Brothers Trucks again.
I ended up ordering the same part from LMC Parts, and it was actually cheaper. Plus, they treated me with respect and professionalism. My '67 C10 is going to be on the show scene a little later than I wanted, but I can't wait to share the story and frustration of this whole ordeal with my custom car friends.
Terrible Parts and Customer Service: My Experience with Brothers Trucks
I've been buying parts from Brothers Trucks for a long time now, but I gotta say, they've really gone downhill. The parts they sent me were just plain bad, and the people I talked to on the phone were straight up lying to me. I ordered a grill for my '72 Chevy truck, but when it arrived, it was totally unusable. They sent me another one, but it was just as bad. So I ordered one from Summit instead, and it came the very next day. That grill was great, but when I tried to return the ones from Brothers Trucks, they told me they'd send me the UPS labels by email. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten them. I've called them seven or eight times, and every time they tell me the labels are in the mail, or being sent from the guy's cell phone, or some other excuse. I mean, come on, how hard is it to send an email? The guy I was dealing with was a real piece of work, let me tell you. He's got lying down to an art form, that's for sure!
Honestly, there are so many other places to get truck parts, why bother with a company that's known for bad parts and even worse customer service? I'm never giving Brothers Trucks another dime, that's for sure. I'd advise anyone else to steer clear of them too.
Avoid Brothers Trucks: Terrible Customer Service and No Returns Accepted
Terrible customer service, they don't accept returns and never respond to problems. I had a really bad experience with Brothers Trucks. I was told that I could return an item, but when I tried to get the return form from their website, I couldn't find it. I called their customer service several times, but I always got the same guy. He told me that he would email me the form, but I never received it. When I called again, he said that he would send it by snail mail, but I'm still waiting for it. It's been over two weeks now, and I know that snail mail can be slow, but it shouldn't take this long to get from California to Idaho.
I also found out that Brothers Trucks doesn't keep stock. When you place an order, they order it from another company, then alter the package and send it to you at a higher price. I even have a box that they did this to! I dare them to deny it.
If you want to save yourself some trouble, go to LMC Trucks instead. They have awesome customer service and they actually keep stock. Don't waste your time with Brothers Trucks.
Brothers Trucks Review: Poor Quality Parts and Terrible Customer Service
I own a shop that specializes in hotrods and I've been a loyal customer of Brothers Trucks for years. I've spent a lot of money on their products, but I've also had my fair share of issues with them. I've experienced many of the same problems that other customers have complained about, but I've never spoken up until now. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment.
I have a stack of parts that I've tried to return, but it's been a nightmare. I've received the wrong parts, damaged parts, and poor quality parts. Their customer service is terrible and it seems like the only thing they're good at is charging your credit card. It's frustrating to have to check every part in every order and every freight bill to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.
The "Brothers" need to invest in better employees and better service after the sale. They should take some of their advertising budget and put it towards improving their customer service. I want to be able to trust a company and not have to worry about getting screwed over. If I need to return a part, I want to be able to do so without any hassle.
I will admit that their website is impressive, but that's about it. There are other parts places out there that are much better. I would recommend going to one of them instead of dealing with the headaches that come with Brothers Trucks.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Brothers Trucks - Lost Our Order and Called Us Liars!
We done ordered a back sliding widow for our 1986 K3500 on the Brothers Trucks website, but it didn't show up at our business address, which is where we told them to ship it. We waited a few more days, but still no parts. Then, out of the blue, we got a phone call from some stranger with an unknown number. Turns out, he bought our old house six hours away and our parts were there! We called Brothers Trucks and waited on hold for a whole hour before we finally talked to Vernon. He said it was our fault for not changing the ship to address online, but we had the right address on our invoice from when we placed the order. Vernon called us liars and said we had to pay extra freight to get our part sent to us. We asked to talk to his boss, but he made us wait and wait. Finally, he came back and said they would pick it up and send us a tracking number. But we never got that tracking number or heard back from anyone! Luckily, we have an employee who lives near where the part was sent, so he picked it up for us. We ain't never gonna order from Brothers Trucks again. They lost a customer for good.
Terrible Customer Service and False Promises: My Experience with Brothers Trucks
Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Brothers Trucks. So, I called up and talked to some dude who didn't know what he was talking about. I was like, "Yo, can I talk to your manager?" and they transferred me to this dude Alex. He promised me the world, said he'd fix everything and give me a return authorization number and shipping label for the wrong part they sent me. But guess what? I never got that RA number, even after calling them a bunch of times and waiting on hold forever. And when they finally did call me back, they didn't even say hello or anything, just "Brothers Trucks!" Like, come on man, have some basic phone manners.
I'm so done with these guys, I had to stop payment through my credit card company. I ain't never dealing with them again. And don't even get me started on that cheery intro they have on their website, talking about how they have knowledgeable and caring experts. Total B/S if you ask me.
Very timely response and excellent service provided. The tree that was damaged from a wind storm now looks awesome.
Very knowledgeable. Our landscaping improved dramatically with their expert care of our trees and shrubs.
Quick response to telephone call. Ash tree got caught in a micro-burst. 2-10" diameter branches were partially separated from the tree Mr P provided excellent service, and has an excellent personality. I DO recommend him for anyone needing tree services. 5 stars all the way
We needed help removing a large tree limb that fell on our property. Joe and his crew removed the limb and the debris quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and professional while evaluating our situation and recommending future tree maintenance. Highly recommend!
Poor Customer Service Experience with Brothers Trucks: Cancelled $1500 Order
I recently ordered some parts from Brothers Trucks and unfortunately, one of the parts was on back order. I called them a couple of times to check on the status of the part and each time I got a different story about what was happening with it. Eventually, I had to cancel the order altogether. While I was on the phone with their representative, I asked if they could do anything for me in light of the inconvenience I had experienced. After all, I had already scheduled work on my vehicle and not having all of the parts was costing me both time and money. Their person told me that Memorial Day was coming up and that I could take advantage of any promotions they were running then. However, when Memorial Day came around, they didn't run any promotions at all.
I was pretty frustrated by this point, so I decided to cancel my $1500 order altogether. I spoke with a guy named Alex Delgado who said he would "talk with his staff" about the situation, but ultimately did nothing to take care of me. I was really disappointed by this lack of customer service.
Honestly, all of the people I spoke with at Brothers Trucks were pretty cold and unhelpful. It seemed like they didn't really care about their customers at all. In the end, I decided to take my business to LMC instead. They offer a military discount if you call and send in your DD214, which was a nice perk.
Overall, I don't think I'll be using Brothers Trucks again. Even if I have to pay a little more for parts at another business, it's worth it to me to have better customer service.
Deceptive Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Brothers Trucks
So, I was lookin' for a vintage air system for my 1981 GMC 1500 and I came across Brothers Trucks website. They had pictures of a vintage air equipment and a complete AC system for my truck. I thought I was buyin' vintage air, but boy was I wrong! These systems have to be configured for each application, but there was no way to configure it on the website. So, I called them up twice, but the first time I was 20th in the cue and the second time I was 17th, so I decided to use their chat. But there was no chat, just a way to send a message, so I did. I waited for 2 days and finally got a reply, but it wasn't helpful at all. They told me I needed to call them up. So, I replied to their PM and waited another day to get the same unhelpful reply. Finally, I decided to call them up, but I was 15th in the cue, so I waited. After 45 minutes, I finally got through to their customer service rep, but he was the worst! He told me that the system I would be gettin' was an old air system, not the vintage air system shown in the pix with the product description on the web page. I told him that was deceptive advertisin', but he tried to tell me that the pix were generic. When I asked him which old air system I would be gettin', he just read the product description right off the web page, which was vague and why I called them up in the first place. I finally thanked him and got off the line, thankful that I never pulled the trigger and bought the system. I won't fool with them again.
Avoid Brothers Trucks: Terrible Customer Service and Frustration
This company is not worth your time or money. If you're looking for a headache, frustration, and zero customer service, then Brothers Trucks is the perfect company for you. I've ordered parts from them before and had no issues, but my recent experience has been a complete nightmare. I ordered a set of bumper guards on October 10th and did not receive them until October 28th. When I called to ask where they were, I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes before speaking with someone who promised to ship me new bolts. I never received them.
I called again on November 7th and spoke with Alex, who promised to get back to me after speaking with the company that made the bumper guards. I never heard back from him. When I called again on November 12th, I had to explain the issue all over again to Javier, who promised to ship me new bolts. Again, I never received them. When I called back on November 19th, Jaz had no record of my issues and promised to expedite some bolts. Surprise, surprise, I never received them.
Finally, on November 22nd, I spoke with Vernon, who was actually helpful. He offered me a $10 discount to buy new bolts, which I would have been happy with if they had offered it to me from the beginning. But after a month of dealing with their empty promises, I was beyond pissed. I told Vernon to just get me a call tag, which he promised to do by the end of the day. I did receive an email from Alex on the 22nd stating that I would be receiving a call tag, but as of December 11th, I still have not received it.
I don't understand why this company can't find competent employees and systems. It all stems from the top, and if they don't fix their processes, they will lose a lot of customers. There are plenty of other companies out there selling the same products as Brothers Trucks, and I've never had an issue with any of them. LMC, Classic Industries, Bobs, National Parts Depot (NPD), and Manes Truck Parts are just a few examples. If I did have an issue, it was resolved within 24 hours.
I wish I could bill Brothers Trucks for all the time I've wasted trying to get one little issue resolved. For anyone else having issues, I recommend going through your credit card company to dispute charges. At least you'll have some peace of mind.

Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Wrong Parts, Glitchy Website, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Brothers Trucks. I mean, I was really excited to order some parts from them, but it's been a total mess. First of all, when I finally got my order, half the parts were wrong! Like, come on guys, how hard is it to get the right stuff? And don't even get me started on the online chat. Every time I try to use it, it just doesn't work. And to top it all off, my cart keeps emptying itself every hour. Like, what's up with that? And when I called to ask about some suitable parts, the guys on the phone couldn't even give me the right info. I'm just so frustrated with this whole experience. I think I'm gonna have to give up on them and find a different supplier.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Experience with Brothers Trucks
Brothers Trucks is a company that my wife had a bad experience with. She ordered a windshield and a seat cover from them, but unfortunately, they did not deliver what she paid for. It has been two years since she made the order, and despite their promises to return her money, they have not done so. It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not keep their promises and takes advantage of their customers.
My wife was really looking forward to receiving her order from Brothers Trucks, but instead, she was left disappointed and out of pocket. It is not fair that they took her money and did not deliver the products she paid for. This is not the kind of service that anyone should expect from a company.
It is a shame that Brothers Trucks has such a bad reputation, as they could be a great company if they were more honest and reliable. Unfortunately, they have let down many customers, including my wife, who trusted them to deliver on their promises.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Brothers Trucks to anyone. They have proven to be untrustworthy and unreliable, and it is not worth the risk of dealing with them. If you are looking for a company that you can trust, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Missing Parts and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, my experience with Brothers Trucks was not the best. I spent a whole lotta money on their website, but every time I got my order, it was either messed up or missing some parts. And don't even get me started on trying to talk to someone on the phone - it's like a whole day's worth of work just to get through. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

Mixed Feelings: Review of Brothers Trucks Website and Service
down the street from now on. The website is okay, but it could use some work. It's hard to find what you're looking for sometimes. The prices are decent, but not always the best. Overall, I would recommend Brothers Trucks if you're in a pinch and need something quickly, but be prepared for some frustration at the counter.
Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Unreliable Parts and Poor Communication
I recently ordered some parts from Brothers Trucks and let me tell you, it was a real pain in the rear end. The parts I needed were never in stock and when they finally did come in, they didn't even bother to give me a call to let me know. I was left hanging in limbo, wondering if my parts were ever going to arrive. It was a real hassle, let me tell you.
And don't even get me started on their aluminum gas tanks for relocation. What a joke! The design is just plain terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for reliable parts, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Brothers Trucks. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Long Wait and Damaged Goods
I recently ordered a door from Brothers Trucks for my 1955 truck. It took a really long time to arrive, almost four months! I was really excited to get it, but after waiting for two weeks, I called to check on the status and they told me it was back ordered. I had to wait another four weeks before it finally arrived, but when it did, it was completely trashed. I was really disappointed and frustrated. I called them again and they said they would send me another one. I had to wait another two weeks for the replacement door to arrive, but when it did, it was also trashed! I couldn't believe it. They had been lying to me the whole time about the status of my order. Finally, they packaged it differently and sent me a third door. This one was in good condition, but they never reimbursed me or took any money off for all the trouble I had to go through. I think this is really bad business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Order Delayed for Over a Month
Been waiting for my order from Brothers Trucks for almost a month now and still haven't received it. I reached out to their customer service on May 8th, 2020 to ask for an update and they got back to me the next day saying that not all of my order was in stock yet, but it would be by the 15th and would ship out that day. It's been two weeks since the 15th and I still haven't received anything. I've tried contacting them again, but haven't received a response. This is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company.
Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Damaged Tailgate and No Replacement Received
I got my tailgate for my chevy pick up from Brothers Trucks website. But when it arrived, it was damaged. They said they would send me a new one and have UPS pick up the damaged one. UPS came and took the damaged tailgate. But it's been a month now and I still haven't received the new one. When I contacted Brothers Trucks, they said they have no record of my purchase. I'm really frustrated because I spent around 600 dollars on this and now I'm left with nothing. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They seem like crooks who don't care about their customers.
Terrible Experience with Brothers Trucks: Fraudulent Charges and Poor Customer Service
So, I had a pretty bad experience with Brothers Trucks. I ordered some parts from them and they charged my credit card right away. But then, I waited and waited and never received my parts. When I called to ask about it, I spoke to a guy named Alex who told me that they were increasing the shipping charges by $150 dollars. I was pretty upset because I had already confirmed the order amount in writing and now they were trying to charge me more.
I decided to file a FRAUD dispute with my credit card company and a claim with the Better Business Bureau. It was a big headache and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with both of them. I also filed a complaint with the California state prosecutor because I felt like I had been ripped off.
I hope that other people who have already ordered parts from Brothers Trucks will get them before they get shut down. It's really frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. Overall, I would not recommend using Brothers Trucks for any of your automotive needs.
Disappointing Experience with Brothers Trucks: Shorted Tee Shirt and No Refund Received
I made an order with Brothers Trucks in December of 2021. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, they shorted me a tee shirt. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I decided to give them a call to see what was going on. The person on the phone told me that the tee shirt was not in stock, but that they would try to get it to me as soon as possible. I was okay with that and decided to wait.
Fast forward to May of 2022, and I still hadn't received my tee shirt. I decided to give them another call to see what was going on. Unfortunately, they still didn't have the tee shirt in stock, so I asked for a refund. The person who took my call said that he would credit me, but to my surprise, I never received the refund.
I was extremely disappointed with Brothers Trucks. The price of a tee shirt may not seem like a big deal, but it's the principle of the matter. I've read tons of bad reviews about this company, and I'm going out of my way to tell everyone on my truck forums and friends to avoid this place at all costs.
What a bad company! They can't get away from all the negative reviews they've received. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to doing business with them, but now I'll never order from them again.
