I been usin' this place for a while now, even before Anchor Home Comfort took over. They still do a great job. The guys who come to fix my stuff know what they're doin' and they're real nice. The office people let me know if there's any hold-ups and when the tech is comin' over.

I bought a propane furnace from Anchor Home Comfort 30 years ago. We wanted a gas furnace and AC so we called them again in 2014. I told Dave (salesman) I wanted the same brand as before. I signed the contract and they installed a different brand. When I called the office, they said they don't sell the brand I wanted. In 2016, the AC needed repair. We paid around $800, some of which was covered by warranty. I had to fight for $180 back. In 2018, we paid another company $800 for repair. In December , the furnace needs a $1000 repair. We don't have a working furnace until the part comes in. I'm really mad and frustrated. I won't recommend this company. The unit seems to be broken because I've spent almost half the original price on repairs. I'm not sure it's fixed.

I bought a furnace from Anchor Home Comfort for $7960. The furnace is too big for my house and doesn't work properly. It's really loud and keeps turning on and off, which makes it overheat. The filter has gotten stuck in the fan a few times, which also causes it to overheat. Anchor has sent technicians to fix it, but they haven't been able to. Other technicians have said that if it keeps overheating, it could catch on fire and won't last very long. The Anchor technician even saw it overheating during their inspection. They said they would send an advisor to talk about getting a new furnace. The advisor came and said we should buy a new one. We've left messages and sent emails to Anchor, but they haven't helped us. They left a message saying they would follow up about a smaller furnace, but they never did. We want a new furnace for free or a refund of $7960.
