Anthropologie review: Email offering a discount that was not valid

To whom it may concern,

I am a dedicated Antho fan, having purchased a fair share of clothing and other items over the last 10 odd years. My issue is that I received an email (below) on February 12th with a 20% off code that did not work when I went to check out.

I then called your toll free # and wasted 20+ minutes of my time to determine that this code was used on a prior order.
Why was this sent again if the code was already used? It seems to be a miscalculated approach, just to provoke irritation. Shouldn’t your IT area run a query and take out those who don’t qualify?

I already must go through additional work to wear your products since you do not carry size inclusive in your brick-and-mortar stores. My shopping must be done mostly on the internet with your site, which is hit or miss when it comes to sizing, which means I then must package things up or go to a store to return. Hence this is why I do take the time to write reviews to alert people in my size category.
