Aptive Environmental Awesome Service!

I was introduced to Aptive by Anthony Aptive's sales representative. He did an awesome job explaining the services and what his company had to offer. I liked that this company as environmentally friendly and uses chemicals that are such as I have pets that go outdoors. I also loved that the person who serviced my home was fast and through. Aptive Environmental Wonyia did a great job!

Wonyia was driving down my street, I asked him for a minute and requested he remove the cob webs from my home. He was more than happy to help me and he did a great job. I really appreciate this extra effort from a representative of Aptive! The alternative would be to call Aptive, what for an open appointment and have them come by in the next week. He made it super simple for me:-)

Aptive Environmental Friendly and Professional

Company rep who signed me up was knowledgeable, thorough about service and cost, and great to work with. Techs that showed to complete work were communicative, professional, and very respectful and courteous about entering the home, what my needs were, etc. I have never signed up for pest service, so hoping it feels worth while. Had the inside and outside done. I like that the products are more natural than other companies. No odor after they sprayed inside. Were done in about 30-40 minutes from start to finish.

Had a very good experience with Aptive Service Pro "Lisa" on 12/16/10. She was very polite and a true
And professionally thorough representative in treating all spaces, crack and crevices with a powder substance. She also provided an outdoor rodent trap (dog proof) along with some indoor sticky mouse "traps" at no additional charge to our regular contract. She was as helpful as could be possible during the contact. She is a definitely positive individual, with a nice smile and personality for you in representing your business.

Aptive Environmental Aptive Works Great in South Texas

Aptive sets up quarterly pest control servicing but also on demand servicing as well. Today we had a quarterly service by our usual Service Pro Miles Duffey. He is always happy to answer all questions and concerns we have about the service and pet protection. I hope that all Aptive personnel are as attentive and efficient as Miles Duffey, I am glad we have him since the bugs and creatures that would try to invade are home are no where to he found.
Eliminating pest and bugs is south Texas is definitely difficult, but Aptive and their service pros do it in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. Great work guys!

Aptive Environmental Absolutely the best!

I can't think of a negative thing to say and usually I am pretty critical of service providers. All of the technicians that have come to service our home have been very professional and polite. For the last several monthly scheduled visits Sasha has been coming to treat our home, interior and exterior, and she goes above and beyond each and every time. Last week she came for an "emergency" visit to treat our pantry moth infestation. I knew she was coming but the day had been hectic and I hadn't had the time to clean out the pantry to be treated. I so didn't expect her to do so but she helped me remove EVERYTHING from our pantry, wipe it down, and return the untainted items back to the shelves. I was floored. She totally didn't have to do that, but she did, and it made my day. This week she was back for our regularly scheduled visit and treated our entire.7 acres for ants. My dog barks at her incessantly as he doesn't trust the spray tank and she is still super sweet to him. Their products are of course pet friendly and environmentally safe but still keep our house pest free, save for the pantry moths that came in with some groceries or the occasional scorpion that manages to slip through under the door. But our house is spider free and our yard ant, tick, & flea free.

Aptive Environmental Great Service in Fayetteville NC

The sales person was very transparent and friendly. I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I don't usually entertain door to door sales, but it sounded like a good deal, which it was.

My first appointment was scheduled and the technician texted me before coming out. We discussed my needs.

I chose Aptive because I feed some feral cats (all spayed and neutered lol) and I needed animal friendly options when it comes to pesticides. They insured me that everything was safe. They also removed a wasp nest free of charge!

The follow up email was extremely helpful. It showed all the pesticides that were used. The technician also left a detailed comment on what was done.

I had a minor issue after the first visit and called customer service. The agent who answered was very sweet and accommodating. She sent out another technician free of charge to check on my yard. He again texted me before arriving and was extremely helpful and also made sure to make a note on my account, so future techs would just use the regular treatment.

I have seen far less ants, because that was my biggest issue. They would always invade the cat feeding stations.

Overall, I am extremely pleased and happy with the service and with all the wonderful employees! I would definitely recommend this service!

Aptive Environmental Charging for services that were never provided.

Aptive served my home decently for a year. Their product damaged the paint on my baseboards. They also have a policy where they will come out to treat for bugs for free if their bimonthly treatment didn’t work. However, the ONE TIME I did this they charged me for both services and the second service was NEVER PROVIDED. I called about this TWICE and the manager refused to remove the charge stating that the employee took pictures. We know for a FACT that they never serviced the inside of the house or the back yard as my husband and I keep out infant home and work opposite shifts so one of us is ALWAYS HOME And we would’ve heard the ring of the door bell. This company is thieving and dishonest and doesn’t serve their customers the way they should. DO NOT use the aptive services in Katy Texas if you want decent services. If I could give a negative star rating I WOULD.

Claimed loss: Approximately $150 that was taken from my account with no service provided.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I also want this company to serve their customers better. They believed fabricated pictures by a lazy employee over the customers that were home ALL DAY with our infant. That is despicable.

Aptive Environmental Credit card charge with no work done

They are supposed to come home and spray around the house to kill ants and other pests. I had an appointment for today, June 26, 2023. I got an email at 8AM saying that they are going to come today. I got another email at 10AM saying that the work was completed. And my credit card was charged $205. Nobody came. No work was done. I was home waiting for the guy to come.

Aptive Environmental Harassment and hostile employee

I live in a new neighborhood. For the last week orcso, Aptive employees drive around, going house to house, trying to intimidate people into buying their poison. When you decline, the employee becomes belligerent and begins calling homeowners names, like liar. This happened to my family twice this week and the employee's name is Matt. I have his behavior recordef on ring. Matt and his buddy, Stew, will be charged with trespassing and assault if they step one foot on our property ever again.

Desired outcome: Aptive to leave homeowners alone and when someone declines their service, do not return the next day to intimidate persons buy their poison. Stop calling homeowners liars. Go out of business as you do not know how to run it properly.

Aptive Environmental Pest Control

When I called Aptive in August 2021, I agreed on a 12 month contract, with the initial service fee rate of $129 and a quarterly fee of $129. I received an email With that in mind, I was expecting on paying $645 in a year.

I was looking at my invoices and I noticed this trend:

Aug 2021- initial fee- $129

Sep 2021- $139.64 (no email sent about increase)

Oct 2021- $139.64

Dec 2021- $139.64

Mar 2022- $139.64

May 2022- $139.64

June 2022- $139.64

July 2022- $139.64

Aug 2022- $139.64

Sep 2022-$145.06 (an email was sent of a $5 increase)

Overall, I have been charged $1,391.18. I have been overcharged $746.18.

When calling them on the phone, they state that they don't have a contract on file and they keep on transferring me to other departments.

They won't refund me for what they have overcharged me. They said that with the premium service, I would get 6-7 services with that contract. I keep on getting different answers when on the phone with each representative.

Desired outcome: I want to get a refund.

Aptive Environmental Quarterly Service

They company will routinely send people over every other month then blame the customer for now rescheduling even though a Quarterly contract was signed. In my opinion that is fraudulent activity and a scam. They blame to "automatic" scheduling system for booking every other month and there is no was to set it to 3 months like a contract states. Then they deny the refund request because they sent a "text" to notify you and you failed to call in. It is not my job to keep a business honest. It is the business' job to honor their contract and not find sly ways to scam its customers.

Aptive Environmental Aptive pest control

They charged me $139 for just treating the outside and never called to tell me that they were enroute. They claim they treated the outside, but I have no evidence that they were there and I have cameras. So that prompted me to cancel my service with them due to their shadiness. Now they charged me $199 to cancel my service and on top of that, they charged me an additional $139 for this month after I canceled my service. I’m so disgusted with the service and customer service was rude too

Aptive Environmental Service technician

You have an employee with the tag number JJA 3347 that is renting a house in our neighborhood in Cramerton NC that is using your company vehicle as a personal vehicle and using the tag off your company vehicle on his personal vehicles which is a older model bmw and a black pickup truck also uses your company vehicle to give people rides is also spending alot of time at the house during working hours he has been in and out 3 time's today [protected] also have noticed suspicious activity at the house would be in your interest to Drug Test we are collecting Videos and Pictures we have contacted the Police trying to get him caught with no luck yet but we'll keep trying we have children that live and play here and also have people that walk the neighborhood daily we are holding your company 100 percent reasonable for any and all things that happen so as a business we hope you address this problem immediately we will also report this in other ways Thank You

Aptive Environmental Pest Control

Technician claimed to complete service on 7/15/22 at 3:15 pm. I was at home at this time and did not observe the technician or his vehicle at my house. I also have a ring doorbell which shows no footage of his presence and a dog that would have barked if someone had entered my yard. Company attempted to charge me for this service that I believe was not provided. I have contacted customer service and cancelled future services.

Desired outcome: No charge for unverified service on 7/15/22 and cancellation of any future service with this company.

Aptive Environmental Complaint

I am very frustrated with Aptive Environmental for the following reasons:

I was misled about the actual cost

The original service date was requested to be performed 2 weeks after the initial sales date of 6/15/2022

The contract was improperly dated. THE ACTUAL DATE OF TRANSACTION WAS not 6/14/2022. The contract was backdated to 6/14/2022. The front page of the Service Agreement clearly shows 6/15/2022. Is this a ploy to fraudulently invoice customers due to cancellation after the grace period?

I received an email on 6/17/2022 advising that my service date would be advising me that my service date was going to be performed on 6/20/2022. I already told the sales rep I would NOT be home

I initially sent an email prior and on 6/18/2022 I received THIS confirmation stating my email was received and someone would review it if I needed further assistance to call. Same day of this email, I did not want to wait, and upon my calling the number provided to cancel the service, subscription & have my card removed, I was told it was handled by the 1st rep she had completed my request.

I received another scheduled appointment notice on 6/18/2022 1 hour later, and AGAIN I immediately called to cancel EVERYTHING. The 2nd CSR advised my request was not fulfilled as my account was never canceled, nor placed on hold and she couldn't see any information regarding my card. I was advised ANOTHER department will follow up and ensure all will be handled. She also placed my account on hold, but couldn't confirm anything about my card.

Since no one has contacted me or performed a courtesy follow-up, I called today 6/21/2022. The option on your service was given 3 to cancel. I pressed 3 to cancel and received another csr advising someone from your office would call back, but she confirmed my service was placed on hold and stated no billing information is listed. I find that hard to believe since already this is the 3rd CSR I have spoken to and couldn't cancel.

There is no direct number to your office or the right department that I can follow up with. I have been told different information starting from the beginning of the service contract, which led me to cancel immediately.

I am keeping all our conversations logged and recorded, as nobody from Aptive Environmental has reached out to me. I expect this to be handled correctly as it should have been from the start and to be escalated.

I do not want any more pacifying emails. I am expecting either a phone call with an email as a follow-up of our conversation confirming this has been resolved and my account is officially closed and my credit card information has been deleted..

Desired outcome: Contact me telephonically my subscription has been cancelled, all my billing information has been removed and follow-up with an email.

Aptive Environmental General / safety:

On Friday June 17th, 2022 at ~9:30 AM, an Aptive service vehicle driving eastbound on Route 6 in Carmel, NY was seen driving very erratically, swerving into the breakdown lane and then over the double yellow line median strip. This continued for approx'ly 1 to 2 miles... I repeatedly flashed my high-beams at which time the driver threw a cigarette butt out of the window and then ceased texting on his phone. The driver then made a left-hand turn onto John Simpson Road.

This was a very unsafe situation. Attempts were made to call Aptive to discuss with someone over the phone, but after long waits on hold, it was decided to leave this description as a complaint entry.

Aptive Environmental Billing of unaprove schuleing and billing after they approved stopping and cancealing services

Received a bill for $129.00 on or around 05/10/2022 , two months after service was stop. Invoice dated for 03/01/2022 , invoice # [protected]. This service was not approved by me nor did they come by. This is the second time this company has schedule appointments when I was not home but I saw no sighs of work been done. windows still had web and dirt on them, no sigh of any wrapping print. As i talked with the I asked for all documents relating to my account, including phone conversations.

Desired outcome: not paying bill, no more calling

Service was done this year 2022.

This company ripped me off too. They put my account in collections for charging a $199 early termination fee. When the reps were at my home, they only spend 10-15 minutes squirting solutions outside my property and left. They charge $104 for squirting solutions on my property.

I told the rep after 3 treatments that I didn't need any more treatments because I had a second option from someone who is familiar with pests...my property didn't have a pest problem. I was honest to tell the rep that I didn't have a pest problem so their service was not needed anymore. Instead, after not paying, the company put me in collections. The owner of the company is David Royce. There is a penalty for being honest. Customers have the right to cancel anytime without a termination fee. David Royce is rich from collecting early termination fees from customers who want to cancel their service with this company even when we didn't have any pest problems.

Aptive Environmental Pest Control

This is an unethical and fraudulent business.

here's what happened--was going to book a re-service for mosquitoes, their rep literally just told me on the phone, that they don't treat mosquitoes anymore because they found the mosquito product they have been using is actually ineffective against mosquitoes.

lmao.

this must be a newer rep. she basically inadvertently let me know that for new customers they won't sell mosquito treatment in their package anymore. but for anyone who bought before this year, their mosquito package is "grandfathered in" (using their same ineffective product of course).

they never alerted older subscription customers like me and my neighbors, so we've been paying, a lot, $160/treatment for stuff they know doesn't work. and their intent was clearly to continue to do so as long as no one finds out. also, if you had this premium service package, you have to get a minimum of 6 services done per year. You can't back out or you have to pay a penalty of $200.

if this is not a scam/fraud, I don't know what is.

Desired outcome: this company is knowingly and willfully committing fraud. they need to be responsible for this illegal business practice.

These weasels sucker you in with this keep price for one application. What they don't tell you is that you are signing a contract for them to keep charging you. These people are the worst scum bags on the planet. I have to go close my bank account because these thefts keep stealing my money. Thanks for prowling on house wives you pieces of garbage.
