What a terrible experience I've had with Aramex. I've been calling them 3 days straight for packages they are meant to deliver to me. Each time, its an empty promise and when I ask to speak to a manager, they just put the phone down. The customer service agents shouldn't have these jobs as they are rude and obviously incompetent. Shame that I've had to deal with this company. Next time... Wait, they will be no next time.

Kindly, I would like your support. I have an account on shop&ship. Last week I received couple items from US to KSA through shop & ship.
Now, I have item stopped into my US account because my account is in active.
I have no idea why the account in sudden changed from active to in active.
I received same issue couple months ago and the customer service of shop and ship didn't help my.
I sent a complain last time to Aramex international and after that I received from them that the account now active.
I called the shop and ship to check the issue and they opened a ticket under number DHA/1017/57277.

My shipment delivered from Amazon to my address in USA at 16 Oct 2017
It was held in USA for 2 days more until 18 Oct 2107 then shipped to KSA arrived to Riyadh on 21 Oct 2017
Unfortunately Until today 23 Oct 2017 it has not been arrived yet to me.
I am really disappointed from this kind of delay while i submitted a lot of complain with no single action from the team in KSA.
Seriously I will not use my account in shop & ship anymore- It's really bad experience.

Regarding shipment # [protected] from Cairo to Brazil, an unexplained delay for about a month was occurred. Upon my follow up with the customer service team for over than two weeks on a status of "shipment on hold" at Sau Paulo, they were confused with no clear explanation for holding the shipment and kept telling me that one of the team would contact me with a clarification which never happened till the shipment was returned to Dubai hub! I knew from Aramex Brazilian agent DHL that they couldn't teach the receiver, then why no one would bother himself to notify me so I can make a move or contact the receiver or take a move or contact the receiver? Why did they leave the shipment on hold for a whole week without an action towards the receiver or the shipper? Even when the shipment returned to Dubai, I wasn't notified!
Now the customer service team offers three options either returning the shipment to Brazil for 105$ charge, to Egypt for 95$ or destroy it at Dubai hub. I am not happy with any of those options as it is the unprofessional team fault and irresponsible action at the first place to the extent that I should ask for a compensation for this expensive time and money loss. Kindly proceed to a strict and speedy action.

My name is Ben from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I have a package from Dubai sent on Sept. 9, 2017 with AWB [protected] and arrived to Riyadh on 14-Sept 2017. Unit this date (Sept 21 2017 )my shipment is still on transit from Riyadh to Jeddah since Sept. 15, 2017. This is not the first time happened with ARAMEX here in Jeddah. One time, one package of mine was delivered after a month. My point is, what is the use of paying the courier services if it takes this long. I should have sent by normal post if like this.
I have been calling your customer services here in Saudi Arabia 4 times already and they always tell me tomorrow...tomorrow (how many tomorrows should I wait).
Hope you could fix this issue in order not to happened to other client like me.
Note: I don't have any experience like this with other international couriers; i.e. DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS and the local SMSA and even the local Post office. They always deliver on time as expected.

It’s an urgent Request / Complaint,
I have sent some urgent documents to my family to be submitted in UK embassy in Delhi India. On 10/09/2017 #[protected].
The lady has put the wrong Postal code at the time of booking my courier which i have noticed before signing and told her to correct it she said she will correct in the system and she corrected on the paper she gave me and sign it also.
but she didn’t change in the system due to this the courier went to Pune instead of Delhi and since 12th i have been calling following up with Bahrain office Pune office and is still not been deliver to my house in Delhi.
I have paid 16020.00 INR for this visa appointment to UK embassy and now it’s gone. Because the documents didn’t reach there on time.
I need to have an compensation for this as this is simply not acceptable to get this sort of services from a reputed courier company.

My shoes had recieved to My Aramex shop at 26/7/2017 and did not enter tell today .
I did many complains and no any respons from customer service or even one replay.

I received a text yesterday morning around 9:30am that my shipment is out for delivery to me. I was waiting for the shipment until 6pm. The shipment wasn't delivered and I wasn't contacted. I tried the Number included in the text I received but no ones picked up. I called at least 15 times. I called the customer service at least 3 or 4 times but no one could help me with the contact of the delivery person. I was told that you should be receiving your shipment today but they don't have a contact for the person and they don't know him ( it doesn't show in the system as they informed me ! ). I had to wait for a whole day without at least a call to let me know that I won't be able to receive it. What makes me even more angry is that when I checked the tracking online this morning it was mentioning ( On Hold - Attempting to Contact Customer / No Answer on Phone ) but that is a lie and it's disgusting and I haven't received any call what so ever and you can check your system and record. This is not acceptable and wish that this issue is escalate and the person is panelized. This is not the first time I encounter such problem specially when delivering to my area ( Ishbylia district ) and every time I have a shipment I had to chase the delivery person in all means to receive my shipment. I think the delivery persons assigned to deliver to this area are not good enough and committed. Please escalate this issue to avoid such incidents later on.
* Note : I tried to raise my complaint through Aramex Saudi online but it won't submit it and it doesn't work !

We are an online selling company and we send our shipments via Egypt Aramex with the number 126055 ... We always have problems with our customers due to ill treatment with customer.
Yesterday 5/8/2017 Shipment with ID: [protected] reach the receiver at 3:30:00 PM and left by the delegate to open the shipment while his presence which is wrong, the cargo components were 2 shoes and 3 bags and there was a shoes which is very small on her she decided to take a shoe and a bag only and buy 900 while the total price was 2070 but the delegate disagree to take them back and she decided to call us and we try to solve the problem with her and we called the delegate to take the rest of the shipment back and take the 900 LE and we called Jasmine and Mina who are working in e-commerce to solve the problem and then we called Walled who is working as our customer service and nothing solved and then we called the customer to leave the order at all and we will ship her the things she want only but the delegate said that he will not came here again, we decided to solve the problem hardly from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM but nothing solved and after that all we called the manager Ashraf who called the delegate and told him to call the police station

This is regarding my package with tracking no. [protected]. This came from Riyadh and bound to be shipped in Riyadh as well. I can see online thay this package is supposed to be overnight, it should have had this wayback July 31 and until now nothing came. I called the branch where it was delivered only to find out they have to correct my address, my address is correct in the first place... So what's the correction all about. I waited another day, I stayed cancelling all appointments outside to receive that package, I called before end of delivery time to check with your staff if this will come today they said yes. Then I checked online they were sayong they are trying to get hold of me and that my line is busy. That is a total lie! I have my line open the whole day, I have good signal, I received package before without any issues, but this is the first time I had problem. And this is a big inconvenience setting false expecatation is a bad business.

I was renewing my USA Visa which was suppose to take 10 days ( in Egypt) and I was suppose to leave by 21st of July. I did not get my passports and had to delay my and my family tickets 3 times which costs us around 1500 $ per ticket in addition to what I had to handle on regards of my work there, I was committed to my work in USA and had to cancel and delay a lot of work related work stuff which cost me a lot as well. I though the delay from the embassy and after 12 days (the expected time to have my visa ready) the embassy escalated and raised a case to find out that my passports were ready at aramex since the 18th and no one called or text me to receive my passport and the answer was we only got an international number and that aramex can not call international numbers, which was an answer that I did not get . So Aramex can not make an international call or at least texting me or even try to find any way to contact me to let me know that my passports are ready, they decided to just keep it and return it back to the embassy. I would like to know what I am dealing with here is it the international aramex company or some sort of shipping office that has nothing to do with professionalism or responsibility towards their clients.
