Solid ZERO. Avoid it at all costs.

I have never seen such a horrible delivery service.

I had a big shipment from China, after they cleared the customs, they kept it in their warehouse for 2 days for no reason. I needed products for my shooting on Saturday and tried to reach any person to talk to, it was impossible. I needed them to be delivered to my warehouse from 2-4pm, I wrote to an employee 10 times! - who emailed me for custom clearance before - (she was the only contact I had) and she kept replying `Dear, we will check. Dear we will escalate` First I am not your dear, I am your customer, second you didn't help with anything. They delivered after 2 days at 12pm which was out of the delivery schedule and lied `warehouse didn't accept the delivery and they said it was not urgent` I informed my warehouse 5 times; I was expecting this delivery so urgently! Noone called me for delivery, it is impossible to reach to a human being there, the ones I reached completely ignored and didn't give me a contact. I had to find their warehouse where they kept my goods, I had to arrange a truck to get the goods to my home address (15 boxes!) they didn't even bother to arrange a truck although I offered to pay extra for it. And they didn't even refund me any money, because they don't need to deliver them anymore as I picked them up. I was thinking its only with me, but after seeing their score as 1.1 with so many reviews, it's obvious they are consistently horrible. Solid ZERO. Avoid it at all costs.
