non-delivery of parcel
My complaint is more or less the same as previously registered one against Aramex.
Subject shipment meant for me from US reached Doha on 23.12.2016 still not delivered to me. When inquired, with local Aramex, I was told that they couldn't reach me on my registered cell number which is absolutely rubbish. Nobody ever contacted me so far from Aramex.
It is wrong information recorded by one of your staff who is not doing his/her job properly.
I am expecting one more parcel under [protected]. Ensure to deliver the former without further delay and timely delivery of later.

dodgy service
They took the goods and they disappeared. For 10 years I had used many couriers sending goods from US. Typical arrival time is 5 to 10 days. Aramex, by Borderfree, declared the lead time is up to 14 days. It had been about a month now and the goods are still in their possession. All I got was an sms on the 15th to arrange for delivery and like all these complaints I am reading here, no one picked up the calls. There is simply no way to arrange for delivery when I was put on the endless call waiting service listening to their commercials.
Infuriated, 2 days ago I wrote to Borderfree to complain and advise them to refrain from engaging Aramex ever again. I still have not heard from Borderfree or Aramex. Increasingly frustrated I am considering to wrote to credit card company to cancel the order and revoke the payment to Borderfree for what I am now thinking a potential fraud.

This is my experience with aramex gloabal shopper will be posted in terms of an email I sent to the managers after 10 months of worry and stress.
Afternoon to the elusive managers of aramex global shopper,
Foremost permit me to thank Olivia on her wonderful service as she is the only employee thus far in the aramex team who has actually taken the time to listen and show a keen interest in my dilemma. Furthermore I would invite you to read the entire email most carefully as I do plan on sharing my story and experience across my social networks as well as any other platform I can possibly find that will hear and share my complaint even if that forum has to be a courtroom.
Forgive me if this email comes off as scathing but unfortunately I have absolutely nothing good that I can say about my experience. It began on the 30th of March 2016 whereby I received my package with waybill no. *********Upon being handed the package which was wet, and I do not mean damp but rather wet, I asked the delivery man as to the why it was wet, does aramex also do sea shipping? He responded by saying that it was received like this from the warehouse and that I should take it up with aramex global shopper directly, which is what I did. My parcel was water damaged and the products inside also damaged with water and definitely unusable. Yes the entire package was thrown away as nothing could be salvaged! I called aramex where I was sent around in a loop and eventually hung up on (which has happened countless time) and I sent an email complete with pictures of my damaged item to Dylan Benatar who promised to take it up with his risk manager on the 28th of April 2016. Why I had to wait so long for the matter to be pushed ahead is what the managers might be able to tell me. Throughout this email all pictures and correspondence are saved by me, so if you at any time need proof of the shocking service that I have received please feel free to request them after a courtesy call. On the 4th of May I sent another enquiry email to Dylan who responded by saying that he had just sent another email to the risk manager for an update. Why I had to call to follow up is beyond me as isn't it the job of your employee to update me on my case regularly?
On the 11th of May I sent yet another email to Dylan as I had not received any email since our last correspondence and to my dismay I received no response. To my utter horror I received yet another package from aramex waybill no:********** on the 17th of May where the products had been removed from the bubble wrap, taken out of its packaged box and not placed back, either in the box or in the bubble wrap and alas my products once again came shattered. At this time I had still not received any update on my previous package and so very patiently I sent another email on the 17th of May to Dylan requesting yet again another update and with information of this new damaged package I had just received. Dylan very quickly transferred me over to Vusi and thus began my correspondence with Vusi on the 17th of May whereby I sent pictures and details of how my damaged parcel had arrived. On the 31st of May Vusi informed me that he will be taking up both of the damaged parcels with his risk manager. On the 1st of June I once again emailed Vusi with regard to the packages and I received no response. So I decided to phone aramex and thus began my daily calls to aramex. One would think I had nothing better to do with my time. If your servers do not have the call log, do not worry I have my call log with aramex saved, complete with how many minutes I would stay on the line each time I called since the 1st of June.
On the 13th of June after another telephonic conversation with Vusi I uploaded the invoices of the two packages he had asked for. Waybill no: ********** was worth $32 and waybill no: ********** was worth $37.50 . After a few more telephonic conversations that led nowhere and a few email correspondences over the course of 6 months my matter has led nowhere. Each time I was promised a follow up or a payment and yet I received nothing. On the 5th of September I received another parcel with waybill no:********** which arrived out of its bubble wrap and protective packaging. This for me was the last straw. I emailed Vusi once again and he was out of office. I phoned everyday until he was back and he promised to take it up with his risk manager and confirmed receipt of my email with the pictures. I had a few more email correspondences with Vusi on the dates 26th, 29th September, 3rd, 14th October, 4th, 8th, 11th, 21st November and telephonic conversations atleast 4 times a week beginning on the 4th of June right up until today.
Today I am finally exhausted of the terrible service your supposed world renowned company has shown. I have been waiting for a month for a manager to call but I suppose there are more important issues than a disgruntled customer who has been expending her time and energy since March for what is her right as a consumer and customer under the Consumer Protection Act. Due to your negligence with customers I stopped using aramex global shopper completely after the last damaged parcel. Before that, my account will attest to the fact that I was a regular customer who used your services several times a month. Since then I have found a company who is more efficient with their customer service and responds to all queries and concerns within 24 hours.

Afroze? What are you doing wasting your time selling these products you ordered online..you should have rather went and studied medicine in China. Obviously moving from Newcastle to Durban to study law at ukzn is too boring for you. If you could just stop showing off sooo much with that "im in final year and got a opinion about everything" attitude, maybe you would get better service by just being nice. Think about it.
charging for higher parcel weight
I had a parcel from USA with weight of 13.2 Oz from USPS. Aramex were claiming charges for 3.35 lb. That is 3 times the actual weight which was also verified by their local branch in Saudi Arabia. I refused to receive the parcel and raised a complaint with Aramex. They don't respond to the email and promises to resolve the issue on the live chat complaint. No action is taken by Aramex and this confirms their consistent poor service reported by many people. I believe they intentionally over charge as normally expect the customer to make the payment before collecting the parcel from the local branch.
unable to combine packages (aramex, shop and ship, amazon)
I have placed order at Amazon.com yesterday of 4 items which are 0.4 KG in total. Amazon assured me that they will process the items in a single package and of course they didn't, instead they have divided 4 items into 3 packages. And I couldn't get any results at all by contacting Amazon.com customer services. And their answer was rather funny: they said that the items should be from the same fulfillment center but Amazon.com does not share the fulfillment center information during purchase!. So I have contacted Aramex, ShopandShip.com hoping that they could be a bit more helpful compared to Amazon. I have told them there there are 3 packages sent to their New York facility at the moment and I have asked them to combine those 3 packages in one (because no one is an idiot here who would pay triple amount of money to something while they can pay one. we "the people" are not making money as easy as Aramex and Amazon do). But of course, I wasn't surprosed with the response I got: this is the procedure, there is nothing we can do, we cannot promise to combine even if the products arrive in the same day. This is not the first time, I have experienced this for more than 3 times now but this was the most ridiculous one! I just wish I had complained for the other three as well without even listening to Aramex's and Amazon's reasons.
Therefore; whomever is using Aramex and Amazon together, my advice is either don't use them together (because asking in advance and getting confirmation from these companies doesn't mean anything) or order a single item so that they cannot divide it to more than once package.
As for Aramex and shopandship.com; this is to inform you in advance that if those items arrive in 3 packages (which should be only 1 instead), I will not accept them.
priority express what a joke

not a professional management to clear portable dental x-ray machine
Dear Sir I shipped a portable dental xray from Hong Kong. I received a message from Aramex that the shipment arrived at November 23 &shipment No.[protected] my cellular no:[protected] They speak to me as if they are professional, asked for papers to finish and I sent all immediately. Asked to contract to be shipment priority from out side and immediately in the same day they collect 650 LE. ok They asked about papers to clear and send it immediately. I astonished every step through one week, then asked again to pay 650LE for certain approval and received, asked again another approval and agreed about 200 LE. After all payment they asked the catalogue? which i expected it was inside the bag. No feed back to know through this month and no way to know about my machine and now after many emails some other one asked to register to atomic certificate and to pay 2000LE no one to explain and why . I felt as if they have no experience to cleare personal Drs stuff. Not know the needed papers to clear xray. sorry to say it is not a professional way. and finally I would like to get my papers and refund any money.

Ok so i have been suffering for the past few days with Aramex unprofessional service by it s staff and ignorance and their useless work and lies, after so many calls and complaints about it they all simply give false info and promises that the parcel will be cleared today, and today never comes and tomorrow also never comes, as usual bunch of liars bunch crooks working and 1 hand even if complain to management they also cover for them which is very scary and unprofessional unlike DHL, DHL usually clear this within 2 to 3 working days at max will be in our hands. Thanks to 1 of the good employees to give the contact Number of Mr Nawaf from Aramex Jordan where i don t know his position in company but this gentleman has spoke to the airport staff and seems to be very firm and confident in which he promised to solve this issue and deliver the package tomorrow to us via Aqaba Aramex offices, so we will update all in regards to the parcel tomorrow .

I don’t understand why Aramex hire THE MOST unprofessional drivers EVER! They have absolutely NO RESPECT for your time, they don’t know how to drive to the address! And on top of that there’s no language with which you can explain stuff to them! How unprofessional and disrespectful!
My shipment was lost because of your un profictional emplyer who didn’t give me a tracking number it’s been more than 2 weeks and my shippment is lost, very disapointing
high custom duty calculation and damaged my product.
With Reference to the airway # [protected], i have imported a used iPhone 6.
I have used many freight forwarding/shipment services, however initially i found this ShopandShip.com was economy hence i used this service on a regular basis.
recent days service of this company has become so bad and responsive they consider charging you as duty amount for anything and everything which is totally irrelevant.
recently i have purchased an iPhone through eBay.com for $350 for which i have Paypal and eBay payment details. I used ShopandShip.com to ship this item to India.
From here everything started.
When they initiated this shipping for the 2nd day which was still in the USA warehouse, they updated duty amount as 8k in their website which made me clueless (which is way too high), on what basis this was charged because the item was still in USA . since I wanted to clarify this, I sent out an email to (Sneha and Anuradha) support team with all the details and calculations that why they have charged this much amount of duty as it was supposed to be less.
A day later I got a response from them saying it was calculated on the cost of $550 which is totally irrelevant as there seems to be no bill in the parcel. However nobody bothered to ask a copy invoice, ShopandShip.com themselves has assumed an amount and charged me the duty. When this was asked, they asked me collect the shipment by paying the duty amount then they will sort this out.
Later while I was collecting the shipment/ parcel, parcel pouch was turn out. Due to this I couldn’t find the invoice or anything part from a cell phone which was damaged. The phone has many dings on it across the body of the phone and there is a clear 2 scratches on the screen. When this was informed with prof, they said they will ask for a insurance claim.
Today they came back saying insurance claim was rejected dint even provided claim ID . This is very disappointing I need someone responsible should answer me with the proper solution.
Because in the name of custom/duty companies are looting people. This is not the first time as last time they have charged me duty of 300Rs for 70Rs product bumper. ([protected])
They never solve any ones concerns or issue, they know only charging unnecessary fees even after having some 30 to 40 email conversations.
shipment delivery to a wrong person without authorization
I have ordered Lenovo mobiles through online purchase system on 19/08/2015 with Extra Stores, Saudi Arabia vide order no. SA00475887. The shipper handed over the shipment to Aramex Courier on 26/08/2015 (already a late delivery) then they send a message that the parcel handed over to Aramex with a shipment note no. [protected].
In fact the shipment has not reached me so far. When I approached Aramex local office, the shipment has already delivered Jalal. But the person has not given the shipment to me.
However Aramex manage to update on the system the receiver of the shipment is Jalal instead of Abdullah, but I strongly object the negligence of Aramex don't have right to deliver the shipment to unauthorized person without my consent or authorization, Till now no action taken to retrieve the parcel, the consignee suffer due to this negligence, the shipment has not reached me so far.
Aramex has to answer the act of carelessness of the delivery personnel. My complaint numbers against ARAMEX: DHA/0815/34624 as well as a complaint against Extra Stores also on 30/08/2015.
I am looking for necessary action.
My shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Aramex claims it was delivered to me. I have asked for the address where it was delivered and the address they gave is not my address. I have asked for the name of the person who signed off and paid for the shipment. Aramex has refused to produce this information. How am I sure the so called delivery person didn't steal my shipment? This is very unprofessional!
they lost my parcel

When I called the customer service
one of them said it has just reached Al Riyadh. Another one said no it is in Dubai. Another one said no we miss it.
I sent a small parcel containing a mobile phone for my wife..its her personal phone...i sent it from Abu Dhabi to UK and after two weeks, I found that the parcel was cleared from London customs on Dec 15...when I asked about the parcel, they said they are looking for it./..they then told me that it was clearly lost..
I think it was stolen...because I have previous experiences with Aramex and many of my friends had such terrible experiences...
Aramex are thieves, , , its very clear now... I will not leave them alone ..I will go to their Abu Dhabi office on Sunday and cause a very big fuss even if i have to smash the office..

I really, really hate Aramex. On those unfortunate times that Aramex is selected as the Carrier when I order something from Amazon, I always have to go through hell in contacting those [censored]s and arranging for a delivery. They’re incompetent, lazy, slow and a bunch of liars. I’m surprised a company like Amazon, that prides itself for great customer service, still deals with these monkeys.
A package of mine was stuck with them since yesterday (16th of July, 2015) because somehow, they thought they should correct my delivery address (by default, my work address, which I’m fine with) with my residence address, and this delayed the delivery by a day. And by the way, this isn’t the first time they thought of delaying my shipment.
When I called these imbeciles today, they said they couldn’t deliver it today, and could only deliver it by Tuesday, the 21st of July, 1 day before the deadline of the 22nd. This, by no means, is an achievement for Amazon nor Aramex, to deliver a package 1 day before the 22 day estimate, since I placed the order on the 1st of July, 2015.
They also suggested I come to their office today (Thursday) for a pickup, and if I couldn’t come, the earliest they could deliver it would be Tuesday. Why am I paying so much to Amazon again? So that I can come and collect items myself? Really? And their office is located in Garhoud, with absolutely no parking available. Nice planning imbeciles.
This type of speed and incompetence is really unacceptable for both companies and will affect where I make my purchases from in the future, since eBay has the same prices and faster shipping, even Internationally.
Maybe Amazon should read customer feedback regarding Aramex (terrible), Speedex (worse) and DHL (much better, always earlier than estimated) and decide where they want to send customers packages because I am really, really angry.
Try dealing with their Customer Service (you’d be lucky to get hold of someone within 3 minutes of being put on hold and listening to their rubbish on a loop) and you’d get a migraine.
carelessness
This is the first time for me to submit a complaint against a company, in fact the reason that led me to do so is the lack of professionalism, careless from both call center representatives and customer care. My story start when my shipment reach my box in NY on 24th April 2015 and on 25th of April the shipment was in transit to Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Now everything was going smooth and from my experience the package transferring from USA to Saudi Arabia will take 2-3 working days. The nightmare star now, after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.. 6 days I still didn't get the package and every time I contact the call center they told me there is a delay in your shipment due to some flight issues. On the 7th day 1st of April I start to send emails (yes not only one email) to customer service and the only reply I received was (Thank you to etc.. etc we will communicate with you at the earliest etc.. etc..) and I swear I didn't receive any call or email from anybody. I kept calling them everyday and get the same boring answer that the shipment is delayed due to flight cancellation without giving me any reason why the flights keep cancelling!? I sent many emails I even sent to global customer care and the only reply I received is the old boring message (we will contact you) yeah maybe after a year. Finally on 7th April (that's mean after 14 days of delay) my shipment reach Riyadh, I call S&S to ask them when the shipment will be transferred Dhahran (last destination) they told me tomorrow you will received it. Today 8th of April I was shocked when I knew that the package still in Riyadh so I call the call center and they told me that it will take time to transfer it to Dhahran due to some paper work! I don't know what kind of paper work that take so long, I didn't order a full container, it was only a tracking band. I sent an email (totally 9 emails so far) complaining about this and I know they will neglect this like usual. I asked the supervisor in call center if S&S will give me my package for free due to their incompetence he said S&S has no policy to refund the customer. I am totally shocked by the way this company is dealing with their customer and believe me if S&S has any dignity left they should give me my shipment for a free of charge. I know 68 SR is nothing but it is a matter of respecting clients and look after them.
worst courier company
I have sent my very sensitive documents through aramex from Mumabi on March 1, 2015. They created record on march 2 and tracking shows that its in departed from Mumabi to canada on march 3. Later on today is march 8 and its still showing in the same thing from march 3 and no record of whats going on since then. When i contacted them they said its because my courier has two photographs thats why they have put it on hold and I need to pay more money if I want my courier to proceed. such a waste of time and money please think twice before using their service.
I received my courier on time but on tracking didn't show it up. It only showed up that it departed from Mumbai, however after where it was and when it was supposed to be delivered wasn't showing up in the tracking info.

the product Not delivery in my address
A very bad service. We too have sent one courier on 6th Sep '11, till now they have not been delivered in the delivery address. They have Customer - Care helpline number. But, that is also utter waste service. We are calling them for the past 3 days, but it's going for a recorded voice and holding our call for more than 15 min and then it's disconnecting immediately.
I have a d0ubt whether there is some persons in Customer Care or not!
Rip off company
This company are extortionists! There charges for calculating VAT on imports into the UK are £15 which is twice as much as other couriers.
They delivered my parcel from Australia then rang me to say they had done so in error and that I had to pay VAT (fair enough) and a fee of £15 to calculate the VAT!
Basically they will hold your delivery back until you pay what ever fee they want to charge for calculating the VAT. £15 is 2 hours at minimum wage and in my case almost 20% of the value of my items. They claim that there fees are fair but when I have used other couriers I have been charged £5-8 for the same service.
So if you don't want your customers to feel like they are being held to ransom, use a more reputable company who wont rip people off.
cheating stealing company with no customer service
Aramex is cheating in the costs of parcels.I ordered a parcel and payd for the delivery to Aramex 26 euros in South Africa.
Now that it is in french customs, they ask me for 60 euros more to get it delivered ! And this is without customs duties! I wonder if my parcel would cost as an airplane in the end. It is real cheating and stealing!
My parcel from South Africa to France is still in the customs, and Aramex keeps sending me papers which I cannot fill because I am not an entreprise, but just a physical person. I already asked them to change, nothing changed. Moreover signing them I will have to admit that the day it would be delivered I will have to pay 65 euros again to Aramex after 28 paid during the shipment! And This in Addition to custom duties!
It is real stealing from clients ! It is cheating that they could not know it in advance!
Is there no communication between Aramex South Africa and Aramex France ?It is pure violation of the consumers right to know what he is to pay.

This is my first experience with Aramex and most probably is the last!. I have ordered a shipment of cosmetics from Korea and send it to my SHOP AND SHIP address in Shanghai since its the nearest office to Korea. Today, i received an email from Shop and Ship stating that my shipment is considered as an "Unacceptable materials" and i have the right to return it back to Korea with extra cost!. I was so surprised and frustrated so i contacted my local shop and ship office for justification. I've been informed that cosmetics are considered unacceptable materials unless you ordered the same exact material from the US!. I was so shocked because pre ordering i have contacted the local office and no one stated that fact. Additionally, i didn't read anything about this in the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"!. Moreover, after i felt hopeless i asked them to send it back to Korea so i can retrieve my money back. and the answer was that i CANNOT retrieve my money back because the rules in CHINA states that u can't ship any kind of liquids outside the country!. In simple words, "the shipment cannot be returned back to Korea and i cannot take my money back!. Again, i felt super angry because i didn't read this in the "TERM & CONDITIONS". I asked what is the solution? she answered "check if u have any friends coming to China and ask them to take the shipment to u"!. This is not even a solution!.
Am very frustrated and disappointed. Whatever happened or whatever i heard is totally unacceptable. No one is even trying to find a way to resolve my case!.
Am writing to you to resolve my issue since no one offered to help and they left me hand cuffed.

I had placed an order for computer gadget from Souq.com a week back. I had got a call from Aramex on Thursday evening to confirm my address and I was told on Sunday the consignment, (order #[protected]) will be dispatched on Monday between 1-3pm.But when I called to check, I was told that it will not be delivered today rather on Tuesday.. Customer service people are not firm in their decision and are sceptical.This is not the first time it has happened, but many times which has disappointed me with your bad service.

package not delivered
Poor service here in muscat oman! My package arrived in muscat on oct 5th and no one tried to deliver it until oct 8th. When contacted I told them that I would be home after 4pm. They did not come even though someone has put on the form that they tried to deliver at around 6pm, which is a lie unless they stupidly went to the wrong address. They called the next day and said they would deliver package after 4pm. They did not come. Today I called a woman called maha and she said it would be delivered today. They did not come! Now it is a holiday and no one will come for a week! This is absolutely outrageous!
