A horrible service from Johannesburg aramex
I've never experienced such a terrible service like the one I am experiencing. My package has stuck with aramex for 2 months now. My package arrived in South Africa on the 12th of November then I paid customs on the 27th of November.. my package has been delaying since it arrived in South Africa. I have been fighting back and forth with aramex but they seem not to care about customers.. 0n the 15th of December it then moved to delivery office, it has been there till to date.. when I call I'm being told different stories, all they do is to lie to me and give me false hope... aramex is useless and f***kn up.. this company deserves to be closed.. tracking number [protected]
Desired outcome: I want my package to be delivered if they fail to deliver they must refund me my customs and duty fees

This is the contact number [protected] of the driver who took out for delivery but not even called me.
I came to know from Amazon that they have tried for delivery but were unsuccessful. Immediately, I contacted customer service and got the driver's contact number tried to reach him but didn't pick up even after three attempts. Finally, when I contacted him, he told me that will deliver tomorrow (that means today).
Again today morning at 10.30 am, I spoke to him after two attempts, told me that another driver will deliver. Now the time is 3 pm and not yet delivered to me.
When I contacted customer service, told me my parcel is ready to be collected from another location, although I didn't request to change the delivery, which is not my address mentioned in the parcel.
Why we should pay for the shipments if they are not able to deliver on time to the address mentioned on the parcel, though I have made payment for the fast delivery through Amazon.
This attitude shows irresponsible and ignorance of their duty.
Hence, I wanted to file a complaint against them and looking forward to hearing from you.

Like I have had enough of this stupid company, firstly I use my money to call them on top of the long wait I have to endure, when I finally get through the consultant I spoke to has the nerve to hang up on me without solvibg my query... Shipment Arrived in my Doorstep Empty (CASE Ref.: KWI/0621/12095)
I would like to address my frustrations in Aramex Kuwait for not taking action with my case. It has been months since it all started. My shipment ([protected]) arrived in Kuwait around March but it it arrived in my doorstop around May. The delivery guy just ring my doorbell and left the fifthly empty paperbag. The packaging looks like a garbage, torn and with a lot of stains everywhere. I've been following this up thru email and phone calls but they always say they are doing the investigation and will get back to me. I have sent all the documents they asked from me even my bank account for the claim transfer because they told me that the payment is under process and and it will take like 7-10 business days but month had passed and still I didn't get the claim payment and they never get back to me anymore. I am already desperate and don't know what else to do. I am an aramex member more than a decade and last year I even upgraded my membership to Flex and this happens.
Appreciate if you can help me to resolve this issue, 2021 is almost over and yet im still here chasing aramex for this claim. This case reference will show you the loop of all out conversation just for your information as well.

I am Dr. Hazar Tabban, requested delivery of documents less than 0.5 kg from Jordan Amman to Doha Qatar.
I wanted to pay cash at delivery to avoid that my colleague in Amman paying the cost.
I asked how much the cost on me, they said it will be 190 QAR. and to be paid in cash.
I sent the email to ask how to manage the pickup scheduling in Amman. My email on 17th Nov received a reply on 18th with request for details. I called and made a request over the phone on 18th Nov which was Thursday and the staff assured me that they will reply with an email to confirm the details then they will contact the person in Amman and go for pickup. I did not receive the email and called again on Monday 22 November to follow up, they informed me that they lost the request and we needed to make another request. I gave the details again and they initiated another request at 9 am Monday 22 Nov. I received the email around 4 pm Doha time with IMPEX #: IMQA25989 which had the wrong middle name of the sender. I called and the man who answered, Ammar I think made a new request and received the confirmation email within 1 hour, at 5-6 pm on Monday, with another IMPEX #: IMQA25991.
The shipment was picked up at 5 pm Jordan time on Tuesday 23rd Nov.

The tracking of my shipment stated that expected delivery on Saturday 27th Nov. I had provided my residential address since it will be delivered over the weekend. I requested the delivery to Ezdan Hotel tower 1.
On Sunday 28th Nov, I called aramex and they said it might take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. hereby, I added the priority to deliver to my work address in Leabaib center and updated the delivery info. The staff mentioned he cannot put 2 addresses, then I clarified that from 9 am to 2 pm to work address and from 2:30- 5 pm in my residential address.
Today, Monday 29th, I received a phone call that the delivery will be in the morning to my residential. I asked to bring to work, the agent stated that he can deliver only to essential address as it is his task work area.
Once I arrived to residential, I called the driver who told me that the cost is 276 QAR. I was shocked how the cost would change from 190 to 276. I called the call center waited 9 minutes, the agent lady raised the issue and did not solve it. I called after 20 minutes to check since I did not receive an email from aramex, the agent male Ammar mentioned that the cost is 276 plus the delivery to address fees of 23 plus QAR. I was really mad with all the miscommunication, dishonesty, non reliability in all aspects: 1- lost initial request
2- wrong names in the 2nd request
3- delayed delivery
4- wrong info where and at what time to deliver. and finally 5- wrong cost .
I need to raise the complaints to the highest levels in Aramex for this shipment mistakes and inconvenience.
I had to pay the amount which I do not agree on, since this is my specialty degree and I needed it urgently for visa paperwork in Qatar.
However, I request to return the extra money I paid over the 190 QAR which is 86 QAR.
I would request a notification of careless attitude from staff at call center.

Very bad experience with Aramex Doha
Not receiving my express parcel
I have an important document sent to me from Sudan. Tracking number [protected]. Supposed to received it after 5days. Phoned their customer support and they promised it will be with me in 1-2 days. 2 days passed and no sign of it. Phoned them again and they said it is in transit to Hermes the other company which will deliver it. They can't give me date.
Waited for a full week and they said that the Hermes can't deliver it because of the address! The address is a hospital and my phone number is included as well. They said it is being returned to them and that will take 14working days!

They Use a BOT for delivery booking. BOT offers you choice of delivery after 1 week (earliest). Then it never is delivered. So I was forced to re-book after another week...TWO WEEKS and not yet here.
I sent e-mail complaint. AND I get a standardised response. Then it says: YOUR SHPT WILL BE DELIVERED ON ... date that I booked second time. THAT's IT ... No way you can have anyone Call you back
DHL... Time to buy these idiots out! They are going TNT way... will disappear soon !

Redirection not actioned
I contacted them on 15/11/2021 to redirect a parcel and was confirmed actioned by the customer services staff. On 19/11/2021, I received notification that parcel has been delivered, checked with customer services staff and they confirmed it was delivered/ left in the letterbox in the old address. And I was told by that staff, that now I need to organise on how to pick up the parcel, which I live 7 hours drive away from the old address.
Also Aramex was delivering this parcel on behalf of UPS International and in the UPS site, it showed that parcel was signed by received, which is totally untrue.
I find this experience with both UPS and Aramex appalling and very stressful. Now I am left without a parcel and bunch of emails telling me to lodge missing item.
Desired outcome: The website needs to be updated to reflect the actual situation- the receiver did not sign for the parcel.

Delivery of My Debit Card
They called me ONCE to deliver my package, but as I was working could not answer. I called back 2 minutes later but the number was not functional. They then suspended my delivery, because I missed one phone call. This is my debit card and I need to pay rent, so I had to postpone all payments until the service actually allows me to speak with somebody. I scheduled the delivery again, but zero response. Then was requested to submit delivery details AGAIN even though it was clear as day. They sent a feedback survey but the link was expired and I couldn't even complain on their end. This company must be intentionally daft, as there is no other explanation for such a lack of competency. That's what happens in developing countries, I guess.

I have been attempting to follow-up on this parcel for the last four days with numerous emails, phone calls to your service with zero response and result. This is now 8 days late and appears to be stuck with your Auckland freight with no real reason. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service. Will not use or recommend this company. I will not be at my address to accept this package and have been trying to find a solution so I can get what was promised to me in the timeframe promised. I needed this package urgently by 5/11/21 which wasn't honoured. I have tried calling emailing your team who havn't even attempted to reassure me about a status. I have also offered to pick this package up and can't seem to get Aramex to agree to this without "speaking to their manager" who has not returned my numerous requests. What a terrible service with zero options to escalate this issue. I will never use your service again and will most likely be discussing this with Auckland media fair go so that other people are not caught up in this crap.

My name is Nidhi and I am waiting on 2 parcels which have been in NZ since the beginning of October but still not being delivered to us.
This parcel is original from UPS and it has got transferred to Aramex who are unable to service this.
The customer service department is horrible and only gives closed ended answers - there is no progress on my parcels since 3 weeks and they keen delaying the date of delivery.
There is no one to help us and we are extremely disappointed with the service.

I have purchased goods online for a wedding. Paid supplier and parcel landed in SA on 8th of October. Then since the 13th of October with Aramex Clearance. I have phoned spoken to 3 Consultants (3 different days I phoned) they will send to customs department to send clearance invoice after I told them I did send an email prior to phoning as this was an instruction from customer care auto reply email. Today is the 20th of October 2021 phoned again as the consultant told be 5 working days i explained its 7 working days already so it is over their 5 days. Oh sorry nothing I can do will send again. This is the poorest service I have ever gotten from a courier company and by not getting feedback is what is frustrating me!
