On June 12, 2021, I bought roundtrip tickets from Washington DC ( USA ) AGYVFQ,  Thursday, Oct 28, 2021 - Sunday,   Nov 14, 2021 to Dusseldorf ( GERMANY) 3R7UCE  with ASAP Tickets. Ticket Number: [protected]. 

Charge breakdown: 

USD 978.85 processed by ITN Corp 
USD   89.45 Ticket Protection (non refundable charge by ITN Corp) 
USD   25.00 Token of Appreciation (non refundable charge by ITN Corp) 
USA 1093.30.   Total amount charged. 
 
Unfortunately, I can no longer travel these dates and I am not getting the assistance I need from ASAP Tickets to exchange my active ticket to a future date flight. It has been three weeks since my initial communication with my travel agent Vinta at ASAP Tickets ( vinta.[protected]@asaptickets.com) direct phone [protected]) general line : [protected] ext # 57734: fax: [protected].  I feel that my agent is stalling rather than helping me and time in running out to exchange my tickets.
To resolve the problem. I would appreciate an immediate cancellation of my active flight and an exchange for a future flight (either 15th - 30th February 2022 or 14th - 30th March 2022 or any other date which reflects and includes the current ticket price. I am seeking help from Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter as well. I have traveled with ASAP since 2013 and referred family and friend over the years. I am stunned and disappointed that after contacting 4 agents, Vinta being my final one, I have been given the run around. This has never happened before. I will never travel through ASAP Tickets again and will pass on this note to my network of friends and family. Best dealing with the airline directly.

9/8/2021 ( AGENT) : Did you see your old ticket? I checked here the new flight that was sent by the airlines when your flight got cancelled and there is actually a misconnection because the layover in Munich is just 30 minutes and you might miss your flight. I am still looking into the flights on Oct. 28 but most flights are cancelled and have misconnections. If you want we can exchange your travel date. We can do that. Let me know. Thank you! 
 
9/8/2021 ( ME): Thank you for letting me know. Yes let's talk this evening anytime after 8 PM Eastern Standard Time about rebooking including flying directly  to my hometown Paderborn instead of Duesseldorf. 9/19/2021 (AGENT): I hope you are well! I did send you an email with regards to the refund already. I got a response from the Refunds team and from the airlines already. Goodnews because we can give a refund and waive the ITN penalty fee. However, since your flight is active, there are still airline penalties and refund penalties if you want to push through with the refund. If you really could not make it to your flight, I would suggest as your travel agent to do an exchange instead of a refund. Let me know your decision so that I can help you.  
 
9/19/2021 (ME): Oh l must have missed that email,  sorry .Yes, l completely agree to move forward with having an EXCHANGE vs. refund issued for the current ticket.  
Thank You for your recommendation and let's then move forward with working on getting an exchange for me.  My main concern is that l want to postpone my flight to next year. And l do appreciate your assistance as we get this accomplished.

9/28/2021 (AGENT): How are you? I checked her for April - May flights next year and the flights are quite expensive those months. February and March are better months. What do you think? Can we check a different date? Because on the dates you gave me, we will have to pay for a fare difference since flights are a little expensive. 

9/28/2021 (ME): Appreciate your search. So let's move forward to reschedule for the make up flight whatever dates fit the same price as my initial ticket. February, March, or September 2022 works for me.  Also l have used United a-lot in the past. I am wondering is there anyway l can help expedite the process of bringing this to a conclusion? Let me know if you need anymore information.  
 
10/1/2021 (ME): Haven't heard back from you yet. I just spoke with United Airlines and was informed that nobody from ASAP Tickets has contacted them about changing my flight dates. Please help me understand what l can do to help complete this flight change. Would it help to contact someone else to help you? 

10/1/2021 (AGENT): I just got back in the office from my day off. Yes there are still no changes in your flight because we have not found a new flight yet. We have to look for a new flight first since your previous flight is an active flight. I will send you details for February and March flights. Please let me know if you have any questions. 

10/1/2021(ME): Welcome back hope you enjoyed your day off. Good News! I just got off the phone with United Airlines and was given specific dates that are available for Flights to Germany in 2022. I would like to request that you make changes to my flight and either book this date: 15th - 30th. February 2022 or 14th. - 30th. March. 2022. I was informed that these dates are available for booking and at a cost of $641.27 if I were to book directly with them. To save you time here is their customer service number so you have easy access: [protected]. I would like to thank you for working to help me travel home in 2022 and appreciate you keeping me posted. 10/3/2021 (AGENT): Thank you so much for your effort in calling the airlines. I was actually waiting for the exchange department to give me the details for the exchange. What they notified me is that we can exchange your flight for the flight that you asked for, however, we have to book it in the same booking class of the original ticket that you have purchased which is a higher booking class. If you need a clarification, I could request for our exchange department to call you so that they could explain it thoroughly. Let me know.

Lies, lies and more lies

After protracted obfuscation by Asaptickets they partially honored my voucher but now they are refusing to honor the balance of the voucher and are not returning my phone calls.

I guess they are playing a waiting game with the intention of then declaring that the voucher is no longer valid

I am not going to let them get away with that.

I want Asaptickets to honor the voucher completely.

Now instead of charging the voucher they charged my credit card.

It's getting worse.

Desired outcome: I want asaptickets to honor the voucher and reverse the charge on my credit card

ASAPTickets.com Airline tickets

I purchased an airline ticket (Turkish Airlines) from Asap Tickets (AKA International Travel Network) on April 5th with the intention of flying directly from JFK New York to Istanbul, Turkey. I was told by the sales agent fonzy. d that the ticket he proposed would be discounted because it will be made to a final destination of London (which is a cheaper destination) but the flight itinerary is through Istanbul IST (and disembarking in Istanbul was allowed during its long layover period and that not using the remainder of the ticket (connecting Flight# 1983) was allowed. I have done similar things before successfully with multiple international destination ticketing so felt comfortable with what was being proposed by ASAP Tickets (e.g. round trip tickets are at times less expensive than one way tickets). Once I arrived at the Turkish Airlines counter at JFK on the scheduled flight date of April 17th I was directed to cue behind a special Covid screening line before reaching the main passenger processing area. The first question asked by the airline's screening agent was if London was my final destination. I answered this question truthfully (that Istanbul was my final destination) and was asked to step aside and speak with a Turkish Airlines supervisor. I would be breaking federal law by not being truthful about my final destination. A higher ranking Turkish Airline authority informed me that all passengers on that flight need to be screened for entry into London which is undergoing unique covid related migration requirements and that I didn't qualify for the flight because my Covid-19 PCR results would have been 74 hours by the time that the flight arrived at Gatwick airport. I replied that I was disembarking in Istanbul and that my PCR analysis was well within the 72 hour window for Istanbul disembarking (a long layover period existed between flights in Istanbul). I was informed that I could not tag my checked in luggage to Istanbul and that it would be sent to London regardless. Also that my luggage could not fly separately from me and that since my Covid-19 PCR analysis would be 74 hours old by the time the flight was scheduled to arrive in Gatwick that I would not be allowed on the Flight. They further informed me that my ticket agent would have been informed of these requirements unique to Turkish Airlines flight # TK4/TK1983 and should not have sold me the ticket at this price unless my final destination had been London (Gatwick).

When I called ASAP Tickets I spoke with a Supervisor named Kingston and explained that I was denied access to the flight and the reason for this. Kingston's reply to me was that it was my error for informing the Turkish airlines screening agent that my final destination was Istanbul and that it was also my error for not having a Covid-19 PCR analysis that was effective within the 72 hour window required for entry into London. I replied that the final destination discussion from the very beginning with ASAP Tickets had always been Istanbul and that I was not informed about these unique nuances and that Turkish Airlines informed me that they had officially informed agents not to market flight # TK4/1983 tickets with the promise of disembarking in Istanbul at prices that were applicable to a final destination of London. I was offered a replacement ticket by ASAP Tickets at full fare only and they refused to acknowledge that the selling of a ticket on Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul at the price that they sold me the flight for was wrong on their part. I have filed a claim with ITN's "Travel Care insurance division and am still waiting for a response. I have also sent this complaint to their"feedback" email address without receiving a reply.

ASAPTickets.com Air ticket refund.

On February 5/2020 I fought ticket To Seattle, Wa from Riga Latvia.
Departure May 4.2020.INT Confirmation no.N8X5R4 Ticket no. 8817515706220
Due to Covid 19, my trip was cancelled. Sales person Vincent from Asap promise to me refund in June 2020.
Today is 5/2/2021 and I never get my refund.
I had done business with Asap in the past, and never had any problems.

ASAPTickets.com Refund

On 08-24-2020, I booked flights with ASAP agent, DEMI at [protected](Record Locator #Z5ZRVY). The booking went smoothly, and Demi even convinced me to purchase Travel Care Service (#1472913) at $79.45. She explained that this would protect me for any cancellation that may arise, and I would be refunded 100% of my ticket's costs. On 10-03-2020, I contacted Demi via email, to inform her that American Airlines had canceled my flights due to Covid-19 and I called ASAP customer Service on 10-02-2020, spoke with a male agent providing him with the information that I received not only from American Airlines but also verified same with the US Embassy in Spain. The agent said he would have to contact American Airlines and would call me back in 20-30 minutes, which he did. This is where my worst attempting to get my refund experience begins.
This ASAP agent calls me back, tells me I must pay ASAP $250.00 to cancel. This resulted in a shocking response. I replied, I will not pay $250.00 to get my refund back due to the cancellation was initiated by American Airlines. I also stated, I paid $79.45 for the Total Travel Care Service. He became angry and very disrespectful. I informed him, I wanted to speak with Demi. In this same email I informed Demi that I wanted to speak with a supervisor. Weeks went buy without no response from Demi. When she finally responded she stated, she was out sick and would investigate this. I never heard back from her even though I sent her emails and called leaving messages and I even texted her.
I called ASAP headquarters on 01-22-2021 and I am transferred to employee named Fulton, to which I explained my situation. I gave him my telephone # to contact me and the other numbers i.e., Ticket, Record locator, Total Care Service, etc. He stated he will contact the ASAP office about this to see if penalty is waived due to cancellation by American Airlines. His response confused me. I asked him, aren't you ASAP and how is this a penalty on my end?
On 02-10-2021 at approximately 1442hrs EST I spoke with FULTON, he stated upon investigating, I will receive a full refund and it is in the process, he is just waiting on a manager to give him a processing number.
On 02-25-2021 I called the ASAP headquarters to speak with Fulto, but I am transferred to employee named Fred. Fred tells me that he must gather all the information regarding my case because he has no information from Fred who is no longer with ASAP.
On 03-03-2021 I called the ASAP headquarters. The agent that I spoke with another agent, he tells me that he will leave a message for a supervisor and Fred to contact me. I am contacted my neither. I wanted to speak with a supervisor because Fred said he would call me on 02-26-2021 but that did not happen.
On 03-05-2021 at approximately 1145hrs I called ASAP headquarters and I am transferred to employee name RUFUS. Rufus tells me, he will investigate my case and call me back later today. He did and stated, ASAP cannot get into reservation and I will have to forward to him the email I received from American Airlines and this is the same email that I forwarded to Demi's email several months ago. I did receive a refund email from American Airlines on 10-29-2020, which I forwarded to Rufus at rufus.[protected]@asaptickets.com. Rufus called me back later today stated, he received my email with American Airlines refund information, and he forwarded it to the accounting department.
On 03-08-2021, Rufus emailed and called to say that ASAP accounting department had not received my refund back from American Airlines. I emailed Rufus the same email that I received on 10-29-2020 from American Airlines, which stated "Your refund is complete", ticket#[protected], date issued 10-28-2020.
On 03-09-2021 I received a call from Rufus at approximately 1036hrs. he tells me our accounting office just received my refund from American Airlines, I said American Airlines refunded my money back on 10-28-2020 and it takes up to seven days to post. He then goes to say it will cost me $150.00 to process my refund. I told him that I paid the $79.45 Total Travel Care Service that protects 100% of MY MONEY as was explained by Demi, the agent that I booked my flights with, so I asked to speak with a supervisor or for him to give me the names of owners; I asked to speak with someone in accounting. Rufus became angry and rudely hung up on me.
What first was a pleasurable experience, has turned into the worst experience with a travel agency. As a customer I have never in my life been treated so rudely, disrespectfully, and poor customer service…Does ASAP agents work also for a refund commissions? Because I have been told it will cost my refund $250, $200, $175, $150 & $100

They offered me a voucher after my flight was cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket from them to return home, but every time I try to use the voucher they come with another stupid excuse not to honor the voucher.

They lie to customers to get them to accept the vouchers knowing very well that they do not intend to honor those vouchers.

Do not accept the vouchers, the vouchers are fake and worthless.

I wish I could give zero stars.

ASAPTickets.com Terrible customer service after purchase. No refund.

We bought 4 tickets to travel to paris in june, but the airline cancelled both our outbound and inbound flights. After months of battle and no help whatsoever from our asaptickets agent, the airline refunded our tickets in full back to asaptickets, who is now refusing to refund us. They are holding up our money and even tried to scam us into paying an additional $1000 to get our refund.

Beware! Do not use this fraudulent company! Most of their agents are professional scammers and thieves. Do not use the following asaptickets agents: joseph s. [protected]) and harrison v. [protected]).

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and book directly with the airline company! Once you make your purchase with asaptickets, there will be no customer service at all and no one to help you if anything goes wrong with your trip.

ASAPTickets.com My agent kidlat forgot to book my tickets from memphis to rochester now i’m still stranded

Hi my name is Javanda Barnes I live Rochester ny I came to Memphis Tn to cause my father died and I don't have no family here my first agent was Bravo then he switch me to Kidlat without my permission on the 08/22/2020 I was supposed leave to head back to Rochester but I was make my flight so I reached out to Bravo he said he was off I needed my flight changed but since he said he was off I told him I apologize for bothering him I will reach out to American Airlines so I did AA told me that I needed pay $107 to change my I said ok but I put the money on prepaid visa so then before I can get a chance to call them back that when I get a email from Kidlat stating that my Itinerary has been changed to give this number a call so I call it and it was Kidlat who told me on the 08/23/2020 that my flight will be at 7: 20am and are you sure that I don't have pay anything and yes you download your tickets online or go AA and get them printed out he forgot book the tickets I have been transferred to a Enrique and then he transferred me to a Rafi and I'm still here I don't have no family and I'm really ready to go home I shouldn't have to wait another 24 hours cause the agent Kidlat forgot to book the tickets please help me please

ASAPTickets.com Refund scam!

Purchased 3 Tickets to Europe, Flight was cancelled because of restricted travel flights into Germany. Tickets were 3000 dollars, After doing all the leg work with united I was able to get refund back, BUT they sent the refund to ASAP. Because we used a 3rd party. I was told to pay 150.00 per person so they would process my Refund, ( But just another scam) Still waiting, it's been 3 months, no return calls, no return emails. The confirmation number is# MVLL47
Put your self in my shoes, saved money all your life to take a trip to Europe, now you have ASAP screwing you out of the trip and the money!

Also, the agent who responds to this complaint you have my confirmation number don't ask me for more information needed to stall for more time.

ASAPTickets.com Refund

Delta cancelled our flight to Spain and ASAP will not refund me my momey. All they have been doing is turfing me from one agent to next. Each agent gives you a different story but no refund. Now this last agent Nolan will not return or answer any phone calls probably because he knows my number. He also refuses to respond to any emails. This company is doing nothing but scamming people. Had ASAP just been responsible and refunded our money we might have tried to use them again, but it will never happen again. Anyone reading this please do not book anything with them.

ASAPTickets.com Turkish airlines canceled my flight due to covid19. Asap does not want to refund the full amount of my air plane ticket.

On Jun 10, 2020, I contacted ASAP.com for a ticket purchase with Turkish Airlines. I used my Visa credit card and paid in full for a round trip ticket flight from USA to Italy On July 3, 2020, 2 days later, the airlines sent me an E-mai, l canceling my flight without any explanation!. I immediately called the airlines and they informed me that the cancellation was due to insufficient passengers on board for the flight to Catania- Italy. The airlines explained that if I request the refund, a full amount should be reimbursed to my credit card.
I contacted ASAP to request the reimbursement and they informed me about a $75.00 charge from ASAP, because I did not purchase their travel plan protection.
I send them a letter complaining and disputing the charge. It is not their prerogative to make clients to purchase a travel protection. Under this world Covid-19 circumstances, I do not think is fair, to make people pay for this. All other online agencies have been correct about waiving fees to customers due to the Covid-19 situation.
I have not canceled the flight, I have not caused Covid-19, and I had the urgency to travel to Italy, as this was my second intent to travel there due to health and personal issues.
The first purchased, airplane tickets, where supposed to travel on Jun 15 2020, always through ASAP.com. They were also canceled by another airline ( Delta Airlines). So, we (3 passengers) decided to choose the option of using those ticket, on a future trip, just in order to avoid paying extra fees due to eventual airfare change charges.
We used Orbitz and Booking.com to purchase airfares and book hotels and they had reimbursed our full amounts for all the reservations canceled due to Covid-19. These particular online agencies had been honest and correct with customers.
We are so disappointed about what ASAP, they are putting us through all this extra stress, financial and time consuming People should be aware of the kind of scam this online agency ASAP.com.

States get a free quote... for airline travel

They call back instantly when you enter ypur info

I dont know anybody Who wants to travel to Northern Ireland in November

Then I get a Terrible scam type sales person
Max stay was 6 days which had to include a Saturday night
Even though my dates were for 14 days next year, he had no clue as to what I was truly looking for, im sorry for adding my real phone #, instant form fill by Google is the real problem here & Google doesnt care who puts ads up
As long as they get their revenues!

Last April 18, 2018 to tried to find a round trip flight departing at LAX to Manila, Philippines. I followed the required information by asaptickets.com by indicating may name, email address, phone number, date departing and the return flight including premium economy seat. Then, I selected the Airline of my preference which is Cathay Pacific. Selecting the box of Cathay where the best deal will be selected, the desktop screen changed if site is looking for the best deal. Few Second after, a price appeared in the amount of $1, 239.00 of which the offer is limited to end by April 18, 2018.

I called their asaptickets.com office to purchase the airline ticket. I spoke to Mr. Voltaire who says that the amount is not what it should have been. He asked me to wait for his call a he'll discuss this matter with his Supervisor. An hour after, the agent Mr. Voltaire says that the price is for China Airlines. I refute his statement stating that if it is the China Airlines price, why is it that my printed page does not specify that name of China Airlines.

I have had printed the process of how I selected Cathay Pacific Airlines. Who should I now let all customers of Asaptickets.com and Cathay Pacific be aware and get restitution for my frustration? I called Customer Care of Cathay Pacific Airlines and I was informed that it was the web site of ASAPTICKETS.COM that should settle the matter with me.

ASAPTickets.com Get new people who speak english!!!

Your company needs a new staff, preferably speaking a good English. I understand that hiring people who don't speak a fluent English may be expensive for you, but thoughts about your customer service quality have never been in your heads, right?
Especially it's terrible when you try to solve a problem from another end of the earth and an employee on the other end doesn't understand what you want because her/his English is so poor. And I would be happy to explain it with very simple words, but nobody understands them.
Plus, sometimes they are rude and nervous. Your people should know how to resist the stress, otherwise, why do they work with customers?
Your customers will never call if they don't have problems. Usually, they are irritated and angry and your purpose is to do anything for them to resolve their issues. So how people who don't understand English can do it?

ASAPTickets.com Refund of ticket

I bought a ticket from asap tickets because one of my friends recommended me that, so i had to try it. I spoke with the representative and processed the payment right away, my flight is for this coming November 27, 2016. Everything was going as it is planned til i recently found out that i'am pregnant. First I called them to inquire if i can still add the protection program so i can get a refund, agents says she cannot do that anymore so we talked about my options since this was unexpected, so they told me we can move the date or try processing a refund. I was scared of traveling because of my baby, it's gonna be a long travel by myself so i had to think about it. When my doctor gave me a go signal, couple weeks later we found out that there's Zika virus in the Philippines, metro manila specifically is where i stay. I didn't wanna risk it, because i know there's a lot of mosquito's there specially almost every day its raining, so there's this person I've been talking to from ITN named Julia, she told me that i need to submit a doctors note to help with the waiver, so i sent it to them stating that i cant travel, then she gave me a breakdown in case my waiver gets approved by airline my ticket was originally $771 plus taxes, so my refund fee was around $340, expected amount to be refunded was $431, but then i still need to process a payment of $165 so they can submit the waiver to the airline, so in the end if in case my total refund is only $266, this company have ripped off $505 out of my pocket. how can this be fair? This has made me so upset...I would never use this travel agency ever again..they are the worst, they make you feel that they're helping you, but they're really not. I was hoping that, that refund would help me for my baby since i'am a single mother..

I am very mad and dissapointed with ASAP tickets! I bought 2 tickets in November 8, 2020 for me and my daughter...After 1 hour I received a phone call for the seller his name is Pong! He made a mistake with the price of the ticket other thing he didn’t realize that my daughter not an adult! The seller told me sorry about that so I said no want to flight! He send me a link for refund me my $295.89 dollars ..Now is January 2021 and never receive my money back! ASAP tickets are you a SCAM should I have to still paying for a mistake of the seller one of your employees? I send a email to customer service months, months ago and never answer to me! I called also the seller never answer ..I also called customer service and said gonna work on my refund and never did it! ASAP tickets you really dissapointed and gives me so much headache that’s called still money 💰 I don’t have to pay for a mistake of one of your employees! When I made the complaint though my credit card capital one ASAP tickets denied to gave me my money back when was a mistake of a seller! That’s a Horrible company

ASAPTickets.com False information given to client

The Agent stated the flight was 29 hours but in the airlines website (with same flight)was 33 hours. I wouldn't have bought that ticket if they honestly told me that it was 33 hours. I bought their ticket even though it was $600+ more than an average ticket because of the shorter travel time. But they have fooled me.
I was trying to call them to assure my seat but they are giving me a run around for the ticket that was already been paid for a week ago.

Booking numbers: TFNQ0E /QMWPM6 Checked in an hour before departure but got delayed TSA, fight attends couldn't assist with rescheduling and ASAP ticket agent over changed me for another ticket instead of placing in the next available flight free of charge!

Agent entered wrong date after I emailed screenshots. Tickets were purchased with incorrect date but no one would help adjust date only said it will cost more money

Requested a departure date of aug 3 and returned date of 6th. The agent sent tickets that were paid for with August 3 departure and return date of august 9th
