I am a genuine woman who has been on and off AM for a few months now. I have had a couple of successful meetings with guys I found there. For security reasons I delete an account after a week or so of using and then start anew after some break. Recently though, AM decided to block my account for no reason.I tried registering from another e-mail, another device - no luck. They choose to let the camgirls and hookers stay on but block genuine users - why this happens is a mystery to me.

Ashley Madison is a joke. You suspend someone account because you’re saying that they are soliciting and how do you get soliciting out of two grown people who clearly knows their situation being married and all but having discreet meet up’s that you promote and because someone is saying you won’t be disappointed and that they will take care of you now I'm hooker or prostitute and now your account gets suspended for soliciting. How retarded is that when you’re promoting people cheating on their spouse’s come on now
crazy I too got suspended and I'm not a hooker either but I'm a single woman and I do require that a man takes me out to dinner or do a few things for me but it's okay to cheat on a man if I have one and they cheat on their wife it's okay but soon as I get to talking about taking me out to dinner I get suspended what type of [censored] is that I guess they just won't every one [censored]ing for nothing and just [censored]ing and get nothing out of it but a [censored]ed nut, I can get that on my own time
My account was suspended as well. I keep reading the terms and conditions and fail to see where I did not comply. The first time it happened, about a year ago, they told me I had provided my personal info "too soon". This time, I don't know what I did. I wonder if it hasn't been suspended because I turned down a few men who insisted on meeting me, despite my refusal? It is very strange. I'm disappointed because I do like how we can set up our profile, the concept of key exchange, etc., and I think the quality of men is superior. But their protocol is absolutely outraging. I hate the thought that my friend might think I've ghosted him.
My account was suspended because I guess that with the virus going around I wasn't dating. That didn't mean I wasn't interested, just being super cautious. We lets see if they unsuspend my account.

Ladies I've been using AM for years. If your ignore and irritate enough idiots they get offended and report your account for being fake. Never mind they are disgustingly fat or ugly. So it's not AM per say, but the men who are shunned by all women
I'm pretty sure that is the case as my profile was suspemded yesterday after being on AM for 5 months..It was awfully coincidental that my account was locked soon after I had told a guy I wasn't attracted to him..I try to be tactful and use the standard reply I feel we aren't a good match..but this guy wanted to know what it was about him that I didn't like, was it his personality or looks..and he didn't stop there he wanted to know if I would prefer dating a very attractive man with no personality or a less attractive man with a personality..I replied that he was assuming all very attractive men have no personalities..I also said that why is ok for men to want to be with attractive women but the attractive women shouldn't be afforded the same choice? I had sent three messages to AM customer service since yesterday and have received no replies..

I’m an AA woman. I’ve only been on AM for less than a month and my account is “temporarily suspended” and I don’t know why. One second I’m replying to someone and the next I’ve been logged out. I’m thinking perhaps I rejected too many men (they were in different countries and continents). I’ve reached out to customer service with no reply.
I'm a woman who posted a profile and was suspended immediately. The profile was extremely basic, didn't go live - and I didn't even get to post a picture. I did the same thing from another email account, same thing. I never got a chance to turn down anyone:)

Got suspended this morning. 12 hours after I politely said we are not a good match. 7 years with no issues until now. How do I get it back.
Another real female here, I created an account two days ago, got a few winks and messages, but when I tried to respond to them, a blue box popped up that said "messaging is disabled until your account has been approved." I left the site and tried to get back in to check my messages-instead of going to my inbox, it goes to the login screen. I try to login, and my account was suspended. Bah.
I sent an email to customer service; so far, no response. I had this same problem before and was able to get my account reinstated after verifying my identity, but I'm not so optimistic about it this time.
I created a new profile today under different email and IP addresses-got a few hits and [censored], this account was suspended before I could even message someone.
Just imagine all the credits these guys wasted trying to talk to me-and the worst part is, my profiles are actually still up and visible...guys can send me messages, but I literally CANNOT respond! Yes, there are real women on the site...but all our accounts have been locked and we can't respond to their messages!
I'm really angry because I had great success on AM 10 years ago...I'd met a few great guys I had long term relationships with (husband is in poor health and gave me permission to find a lover) but this latest experience has been greatly disappointing.
I am a genuine female as well. Have been off and on the site for many years and I've had some really nice experiences but I have been permanently locked out. They said they would get back to me within 5 days they have yet to do so and it looks like I'm permanently suspended. Do not use this site especially if you're a woman and man you are just getting financially raped so I suggest you don't use it either.
I too a genuine female was suspended randomly during a lovely conversation . I bring so much traffic through AMAshley madison is a scam they use beautiful women to lure in men to buy credits then they suspend the woman that means the same man will have to spend more to contact you again . Very disgusting people manage this site. They also bully men and threaten them “ we will send letters to your wives homes if you claim back charges” Google it . They are disgusting people and I would urge you ladies to use seeking.com xxxx
I just got my account about two weeks ago, and as soon as I started responding to people my account got locked… 🥹, why!
Had my account removed for "soliciting". So I messaged again and the "the ban is permanent and final" pushed me over the edge. Exactly where was I soliciting? I had the account 5 minutes. You guys do advertise as kink friendly in many of your advertisements I've seen in various places. NOWHERE WAS I PROSTITUTING OR ESCORTING. You guys are absolute trash. With that data leak your site had you should be happy anyone signs up.
Also my profile is still up which means they are making money off of guys trying to talk to me.
