I have tryed to reset my password on the AM apt. The website has difficulty sending me a password reset. I have tryed to contact AM by phone. The line disconnects. I trued on another computer to get on AM and when I check the box that I am not a robot. The icon box dissapears and then comes back, still asking me if I am a robot. Your service keeps billing me and I cannot get on to m account. Without a real customer service phone numner where someobidy will pick up, then I am stuck calling my bank and canceling your billing. Maybe someone could call me and give some tech assisitance.

You're not letting Ashley Madison get away with these technical glitches, and rightly so. If they’re going to keep billing you, the least they can do is ensure you can actually access your account. Hopefully, they'll figure out how to get that "I'm not a robot" box sorted before you have to take things up with your bank!
