They did a grate job on my windows, no complaints here! Thanks again Aspen!
I was really impressed with the professional attitude and presentation by all employees involved, from the office to sales, to installers
I was really impressed with the professional attitude and presentation by all employees involved, from the office to sales, to installers. They were all very nice and helpful. The office staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The sales team was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The installers did a great job and were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I am extremely happy with the work that Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. did on my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements.

Aspen replaced a few of our windows last month and did an amazing job
Aspen replaced a few of our windows last month and did an amazing job. They came on time and cleaned up after, the customer service team was also really helpful. Overall we're really happy and will definitely recommend Aspen!
The Aspen Home Improvements, Inc
The Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. was really good. Josh spent a lot of time explaining everything and making us feel good. The windows are really good and Mike, the guy who installed them, was amazing. He takes pride in his work and you can see it. We are really happy.
The roofin team did a great job
The roofin team did a great job. They made sure to clean up all the stuff that fell on the property before they left. They had to use some extra plywood to fix the places where it was leakin before. Thanks to your company and the team that worked on it.

I gotta admit, I wasn't sure 'bout goin' with Aspen or the other company I already got a quote from, but I'm glad I went with Aspen
I gotta admit, I wasn't sure 'bout goin' with Aspen or the other company I already got a quote from, but I'm glad I went with Aspen. They did a great job throughout the whole process. I'm definitely satisfied with how my sidin' came out. I'll recommend goin' with Aspen, great company and a great bunch of folks.
Great company to work with
Great company to work with. Had my roof and windows done at the same time and couldn't be happier. Aspen initially wasn't my first pick but Ken in sales sealed the deal. Installation was fast and there were no unexpected issues throughout the process. The installers were friendly and respectful to my property. Thank you Aspen Home Improvements for a job well done.
Me and my hubby are super happy with how our gutters, soffit, and fascia turned out after Aspen Home Improvements did their thing
Me and my hubby are super happy with how our gutters, soffit, and fascia turned out after Aspen Home Improvements did their thing. They even hooked us up with gutter guards so we don't have to worry about maintenance. Aspen really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. They were always quick to answer our calls and emails, which is a big deal for us. It shows that they care about their customers and want to keep their reputation solid. Big thanks to the Aspen Home Improvement crew for making this a smooth and enjoyable process.
Aspen did a great job on my new roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia
Aspen did a great job on my new roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. My house is super old and didn't even have a ridge vent before they did the job. They worked real close with me to make sure everything was done right and on time. I was kinda worried 'cause of some of the reviews I saw, and their sales pitch was a bit much, but they did everything they said they would at a fair price. They gave me my warranty like they promised and helped me with financing, just like we agreed. I'm really happy! I'd recommend them and use them again for other jobs.
BEWARE! Aspen Home Improvment
BEWARE! Aspen Home Improvment. I signed paperwork for a new flat roof put on my boathouse and the guest house last September. There were numerous delays, but I wasn't concerned, as it has never leaked before. Once finally put up, the roof leaked profusely (they had numerous reasons-all my fault, the cities, etc?). I had over an inch of rain in my guest house causing ceilings to fall in and toxic black mold. Because it connected to my home-I also have mold in my laundry room. They were dishonest and said new sheetrock would fix the mold problem, I had an inspection and both areas were full of toxic mold. To make long story short, their insurance has still not paid and I have to gut both areas and pay out of pocket for mold removal and all the remodeling that will be needed. I have been patient and waited to post-giving them every opportunity to remedy this situation.
I dunno who they paid off to get an A+ Rating, but if I had anything to do with 'em they'd ALL be behind bars!
I dunno who they paid off to get an A+ Rating, but if I had anything to do with 'em they'd ALL be behind bars! I wrote a $5000 check to start 'em to install a Metal Roof on my home in April and NEVER got my Roof and was lied to for nearly a year before I had to contact Florida's Attorney General Office to FINALLY RECOVER my money...From day 1 ANYTHING they said was a lie...After April they NEVER contacted me, wouldn't return my calls and ultimately BLOCKED my phone.. I contacted the office in Lancaster,PA early on asking them to please have their Florida Crew put my roof on and they told me the location in Tampa area is NOT affiliated with 'em, YET they were able to connect me with 'em, but to no avail...Long story short, they are seasoned Con Artists who if they're speaking are LYING! I was fortunate to recover my money thankfully, but it actually ended up being a NO INTEREST LOAN AT MY EXPENSE! They are the LOWEST of the Low life's, BUYER BEWARE!
If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sales: claimed that slates would be replaced with shingles. Now stating they would not replace the slates due to it being a big difference. (between slates and shingles) Roofers were to put a tarp on leaking spots on roof but that was never done. Roofers: dropped materials off in yard November 11,2019. Roofers were to come back Wednesday November 13th to start work on roof. Roofers wanted me to get no parking signs from police/borough for Wednesday to Friday (13th-15th). I did so and it cost $24.00 as the borough charges per sign/per day. Next, the roofers did not show up. I did not receive any call/message about the roofers not coming. I had my s/o and father waiting and NOTHING. I reached out to Scott on 11/13 after I got home from work 3:30 pm and asked why was our roof not worked on... This was the response I got: “I am sorry about this. I will be assigning a different crew to your roof. I will get a hold of you and let you know when” On Friday November 15th I get a new response of... “I have a different crew that will be working on your roof next week. They will be starting Wednesday. I do apologize for the delay. If there is anything I can do for you please let me know” Workers: The workers were to come Wednesday November 20th. But CANCELLED with this response: “due to the truck braking down...” 2ND CANCELLATION BUT THIS TIME I WAS INFORMED. Workers showed up 11/21 to start on the roof. Workers worked 11/22 as well. 11/22 a worker had me sign the addendum for additional charges due to numerous layers and replacing of wood. One employee of Aspen came to INSPECT the roof. All I know is he came inside and was talking to me. I don’t know if he actually INSPECTED the roof. I then signed the new financing paper for $180.00/ROUGHLY month payment. Friday evening late was left a voicemail from financing company to see if the work was completed and at my satisfaction. 11/26- I notice all the [censored] left in our yard, our tarp missing, NOTHING REPLACED WHERE IT WAS. And botched/half [censored] finishes on our roof. One layer not having the siding for the shingles for the flap. Then the one siding having nails all botched into it. Then the top roof at the attic is indented leaving water puddle which was NOT like that before. Glue going up the brick. Contacted financing company, and roofing company around 2:30 pm about botched, missing half [censored] job. Also contacted sales person about the slates. Which were to be replaced with shingles. Now they are stating that they did not agree to that in the contract because “it would look different”. When contacting Scott with photos of the half [censored] work he told me he will be here 11/27 to go over the issues. He came that day and he told me flat out "that when he seen some of the images that it was half [censored] done". He also told me "these workers are good on bigger homes and not that great with smaller, historical homes". SO WITH THAT SAID WHY HAVE THIS GROUP WORK ON MY HOUSE WHICH WAS SMALLER AND HISTORICAL IF THEY DON'T DO GOOD WORK. SIMPLE. HE Came the next day and fixed all the issues. Next, I get a letter in the mail from the financing company stating I have to pay less than a MONTH notice. I was told by the workers of Apen/Sales that I wouldn't have to start until JANUARY. I get less than a month notice and was due two days after Christmas WITH THE LESS THAN 30 DAY NOTICE. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE or the financing company as you CANNOT pay sooner than 2 weeks or they don't count that payment towards your monthly payment. THE DUMBEST THING ON EARTH. DON'T GET STUCK WITH A HALF [censored] COMPANY

I hired Aspen Home Improvements, Inc
I hired Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. to fix the color of the siding around my garage door, but they never showed up to complete the job. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to having it fixed.
I told my buddy 'bout this company and he went ahead and signed a contract with 'em
I told my buddy 'bout this company and he went ahead and signed a contract with 'em. They got this referral thing goin' on where you can get 150 bucks if you refer someone and they get work done. But guess what? I still ain't got my bonus yet, and the company ain't even bothered to respond to me. Can you believe that?
They ran my credit through multiple agencies for windows that I paid for with a card
They ran my credit through multiple agencies for windows that I paid for with a card. I didn't want no financing 'cause the cost was low and I didn't want no hits on my credit. Now I got multiple inquiries that brought down my credit score and they ain't callin' me back. The credit agencies all said they gotta call 'em to take off them inquiries. Just give me a call to fix this, please.

I hired Aspen Home Improvements, Inc
I hired Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. to install a new roof on my house and shed. Unfortunately, there were several delays, and the roof was supposed to be completed according to our agreement. However, just two days after the work was done, my first bathroom ceiling started leaking when it rained. This was followed by another leak in my second bathroom ceiling during the next rain, which caused significant damage to the interior ceiling. It has now been over a month, and the repairs have still not been completed. To make matters worse, a third leak has occurred in my fireplace. According to the contract, Aspen was supposed to "flash" both skylights and my chimney, but none of this was done. Additionally, the contract specified the installation of new drip edge and ice & water shield underlayment, but neither of these tasks were carried out.
We had a contract with Aspen Home Improvement in Sanford, FL for roof replacement, signed on 9/15
We had a contract with Aspen Home Improvement in Sanford, FL for roof replacement, signed on 9/15. A home inspection on June 15, by a Deland, FL inspector revealed a large hole and moisture. The hole is at least 6 inches long with rotten wood, exposed sheathing, and plastic. The Sanford office is closed. We've contacted Barbara at [protected] in Maryland, as the contractor is based in PA. Despite sending pictures, emails, and calls, we've only received promises for a callback from an owner in FL, leading to the loss of two sale contracts on our home.
Three weeks ago, on September 1, the remains of Hurricane Ida hit our area
Three weeks ago, on September 1, the remains of Hurricane Ida hit our area. Our basement got flooded, and water started seeping through the walls on the first floor. The water restoration company arrived two days later. They went up to the attic and discovered big holes around the chimney. They mentioned that the chimney hadn't been sealed or flashed correctly. We immediately reached out to Aspen, who had recently installed a new roof on our house in March, which is still covered by warranty. We called them every day for almost two weeks and spoke to the secretary, who was really nice and assured us that someone from management would get in touch with us. However, we never received a single phone call from the company. Frustrated, we decided to hire a private roofing inspector to evaluate the damage. He confirmed that Aspen hadn't properly sealed the roof around the chimney and even noticed other issues that he determined were NOT caused by the storm but rather by Aspen's shoddy workmanship. To make matters worse, today we woke up to find more water in the walls, and Aspen still hasn't responded.
