I have been notified five months before I went on pension, that I will receive my last salary on the end of July when I turned 65. That is according to law. It is going for five months now that Countyfair put me on pension, and not a sent was yet paid in. So for five months I have been batling with Nosipho Wulana Benefits Administrator. (head of hr in Countyfair.)
Nothing was planed the right way. I have lost my home, and my car because of a company that do not do their planning the right way, and because of their ignorance, the workers must pay the price. My company is using NMG umbrella, which is the biggest mistake they ever made. I have been fighting between them, and Countyfair going for five months now to receive my pension. Hope that people realize now. How and where company's are investing their hard earned money they invest in the wrong instances.
You can lose everything if you make the wrong decisions investing in the wrong company's. Do not just leave everything. Let the people in this country know what is going on.
Claimed loss: I lost everything because of bad planning due to a company that did not do their planning the right way.
Desired outcome: The planning should be done in a better way. When a person goes on pension. That next month after his, or hers last paycheck. That next month they must receive a pension due to them.
