ASUS Asus vivobook x515ea

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company regarding the repair of my laptop.

I purchased a ASUS VivoBook X515EA on 31st October 2021 from Compuscience, an authorized dealer of your products. I was satisfied with its performance and features.

However, on 1st May 2023, the laptop started to malfunction and showed a black and blue screen and freezing error. I contacted your technical support team and they instructed me to send the laptop to Ensure Services, your authorized service provider, for diagnosis and repair under warranty.

I followed their instructions and deliverd the laptop to Ensure Services on 8th May 2023. I received a confirmation email from them that they received the laptop on 8th May 2023 and that they would contact me within 7 working days with an update on the repair status.

However, I did not receive any update from them until 15th May 2023, when they informed me that they had replaced the motherboard of the laptop and that it was ready for receiving.

I received the laptop back on 16th May 2023 and checked its functionality. To my dismay, the laptop still showed a black screen and freezing error after a few minutes of use. I contacted Ensure Services again and they apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to send the laptop back for another repair.

I reluctantly agreed and shipped the laptop back to them on 29th May 2023. I received another confirmation email from them that they received the laptop on 29th May 2023 and that they would contact me within 7 working days with an update on the repair status.

However, I did not receive any update from them until 30th May 2023, when they informed me that they had replaced the motherboard again and that it was ready for receiving.

I received the laptop back on 31th May 2023 and checked its functionality. To my horror, the laptop still showed a black screen and freezing error after a few minutes of use. I contacted Ensure Services again and they apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to send the laptop back for another repair.

I refused to do so and demanded an explanation for why the laptop was not fixed properly after two repairs. They told me that they were not sure what was causing the problem and that they needed more time to diagnose it.

I was very frustrated and disappointed with this situation, as I rely on my laptop for my work and study. I had to use a borrowed laptop from a friend, which was not compatible with some of the software and applications I use for my projects and assignments. As a result, I missed several deadlines and lost some clients and grades.

Moreover, when I contacted your customer service on 14th June 2023, one of your representatives promised me that there would be a compensation for my loss within 5 working days. However, no one has contacted me since then to inform me of any compensation or resolution.

I find this situation unacceptable and unfair, as I paid a reasonable price for a reliable laptop that was supposed to be covered by a warranty. I expected a prompt and professional service from your company, but instead I received a poor and unsatisfactory service that caused me significant loss and inconvenience.

Therefore, I am requesting a compensation from your company for the loss I suffered due to the repeated failure in repairing my laptop under warranty. I am asking for your refund offers as well as an apology for the poor service I received.

For your reference, here are the warranty work orders that were issued by Ensure Services for each repair:

- First repair: Work order number: [protected]; Start date: 8th May 2023; End date: 15th May 2023

- Second repair: Work order number: [protected]; Start date: 29th May 2023; End date: 30th May 2023

- Third repair: Work order number: [protected]; Start date: 31st May 2023; End date: 15th June 2023

I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. Please contact me by email or phone to confirm your receipt of this email and to inform me of your decision.

ASUS Disappointing Warranty Repair Experience with ASUS Laptop

I recently had a bit of a problem with my ASUS laptop. It was still under warranty, mind you, and I hadn't done anything to damage it. I took great care of it, but it just stopped working. I was really disappointed, especially since I was planning on taking it with me on a trip to Peru in just a few days.

I had heard that ASUS's warranty repair process was really slow, so I decided to take it to a local repair shop in Newcastle first. They said they could fix it for around ?100, but it would take two weeks. I didn't have that kind of time, so I decided to send it to ASUS instead.

I was really hoping that they would be able to fix it quickly, since I needed it for my trip. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They told me that they would have to charge me ?250 to fix it, which was a lot more than I was expecting. And if I didn't want them to fix it, they would charge me ?50 just to send it back to me unrepaired.

I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I had always heard good things about ASUS, but this was definitely not a good experience. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again in the future.

ASUS Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Asus Laptop from Walmart.com

I recently bought an Asus laptop from walmart.com, but unfortunately, I had some issues with it. The laptop would not charge or turn on, which was quite frustrating. I decided to return it to a Walmart store in my town, but they refused to take it back because it was over 30 days old. I didn't purchase an extra warranty, so I was left with a useless laptop.

I called Walmart.com to see if I could return it, but they said no. They suggested that I contact Asus directly. I called Asus, but they also refused to take it back. They told me to go back to Walmart.com. I was transferred to a customer representative, who was the fourth person I spoke to. They suggested that I press the start and reset button at the same time. To my surprise, the laptop miraculously turned on.

I was quite frustrated with the whole experience. I had to make a trip to a Walmart store and spent 55 minutes on the phone with Walmart.com and Asus. It was a lot of hassle for a simple fix. I don't think I will ever purchase another product from Asus again.

Despite my negative experience, I must say that Asus has a wide range of products available on their website. They offer laptops, desktops, monitors, and other computer accessories. Their website is easy to navigate, and they have a lot of information about their products. They also have a support section where you can find answers to common questions and troubleshoot issues.

Overall, I think Asus has a lot to offer, but their customer service could use some improvement. It was frustrating to be passed around from Walmart.com to Asus and back again. I hope they can work on improving their customer service in the future.

ASUS Pathetic Experience with Asus Zenbook 13: Display and Hanging Issues, Poor Service Center Response

Asus is a brand that has been around for quite some time now. They are known for their laptops and other electronic devices. However, my experience with Asus has not been a good one. I recently purchased an Asus Zenbook 13, which is one of their premium laptops. Unfortunately, the built quality of the laptop is extremely bad. It started troubling me from day 1.

The display becomes non-responsive again and again after charging. This is a major issue as it affects the usability of the laptop. Additionally, there are very severe hanging issues. This makes it difficult to use the laptop for even basic tasks. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the laptop.

So, I decided to approach the Asus service center. They told me to leave my laptop with them. However, I didn't get a reply from them even after one month of deposit. This was extremely frustrating as I was without my laptop for a long time. So, I reproached them and they told me that parts will come from outside and will take more time. This was not acceptable as I needed my laptop for work.

Overall, my experience with Asus was pathetic. I will not recommend it to anybody. If you are looking for a good laptop, go for Mac, Dell or HP. Never take Asus. I hope you find this review useful.

ASUS Disappointing Experience with Asus Customer Service: Charged for Unreceived Product, Denied Refund

I recently had an experience with Asus that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was charged for a product that I did not receive, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service team, I was unable to get a refund.

I provided all of my information to the customer service team, including my correct email and home address. However, after dealing with this company for over two months, I was denied a refund and my chargeback was declined by my bank. Throughout the process, I felt like I was not being assisted in any way, and my pleas for help were ignored.

I have all of the emails documenting my attempts to resolve the issue, and I am considering posting them on social media and reporting Asus to the Better Business Bureau. If necessary, I may even seek legal action against the company.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Asus. I had high hopes for their products and customer service, but this experience has left me feeling like I cannot trust them as a company. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and make things right for those who have been wronged.

ASUS Disappointing Touchpad Issue with Asus x541UA Laptop: Poor Customer Support and Lack of Solution

I recently purchased an Asus x541UA laptop and was initially quite pleased with its performance. However, after upgrading to Windows 10, I encountered a frustrating issue with the touchpad not working. I reached out to Asus for assistance and was advised to reset the laptop to factory settings, which I did. Unfortunately, this only took me back to Windows 8.1 and the touchpad issue persisted when I upgraded to Windows 10 again.

I was disheartened to find that many other Asus users had experienced the same problem and were unable to find a solution. When I contacted Asus again, I was informed that since my warranty had expired, I would need to pay an exorbitant fee to have the laptop repaired. I declined this offer, as it seemed unfair to pay such a high price for a problem that was clearly a manufacturer issue.

To make matters worse, the drivers on Asus's website were not helpful in resolving the touchpad issue. It seems that Asus is not interested in producing a driver that will fix this problem, which is disappointing for customers who have invested in their products.

As a result of this frustrating experience, I am now in the process of finding a laptop from a more reliable manufacturer. I would advise others to stay away from Asus until they can address these issues and provide better customer support. It's a shame that Sitejabber doesn't allow for a negative rating, as I would give Asus a very low score.

ASUS Disappointing Customer Support Experience with Asus.com: A $4,000 Laptop Purchase Gone Wrong

I recently purchased a laptop from Asus.com for a whopping $4,000. However, my experience with their customer support has been less than satisfactory. After waiting for over a month, I finally received my laptop back from their service team, only to find out that the issue I was having was still present.

To make matters worse, the service team only spent 20 minutes on my laptop and simply reinstalled Windows before calling it a day. As someone who is tech-savvy, I was able to confirm that the issue was still there in less than 10 minutes.

I have been trying to reach out to their customer support team, but all phone numbers seem to be unavailable for both the CEO office and support lines. The only option available is to use their chat or email service. I even tried reaching out to Tony and Jennifer from the leadership team, but I have yet to receive a response.

At this point, I am not interested in spending any more time dealing with Asus's service team. I simply want a replacement device. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a laptop and not receive the proper customer support. My Asus Service No. is N241-0021.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Asus.com. I hope they can improve their customer support in the future to avoid similar situations for other customers.

ASUS Disappointed with Asus Router: Slowdowns and Poor Customer Service

I done bought me an Asus router bout 6 months ago and it was workin' fine for the first 3 months. But then it started gettin' slower and slower as time went on. Now it's movin' at a snail's pace. I talked to a real nice fella from customer service today and he told me I gotta send in my router for it to get fixed. He said it'll take 10 whole days for it to get fixed and sent back to me. I asked him if they could just send me a new one or a loaner, but he said NO. Ain't that just somethin'? Their product is busted and I gotta send it in for them to fix it. And I gotta go without internet for 10 days! I run a business, how am I supposed to do that without internet? How does a tech company do business like that? I was a loyal customer, but now I ain't so sure. I paid good money for this technology and now I gotta pay even more to send it back and wait 10 days. That just don't seem right. I reckon y'all shouldn't buy their products or you'll be waitin' for them to fix 'em when they break.

ASUS Uncomfortable Experience with Asus PC: A Review

I recently purchased an Asus PC from asus.com, with the intention of using it for basic tasks such as surfing the net, blogging, and watching movies. At first, I was unsure whether to give it a 2 or 3-star rating, as I had a difficult time adjusting to it. In fact, I even found myself missing my old HP computer.

When I first received the Asus PC, I encountered some serious issues and had to take it back to the Best Buy technical station for assistance. I found that the PC was rather complicated when it came to simple functions, which was frustrating. Additionally, the Windows 10/Corona installed on the computer was nothing but a nightmare. Don't even get me started on the webcam - it was difficult to figure out how to turn it on, and the picture quality was quite poor.

Overall, my experience with this Asus PC has been uncomfortable and not what I expected. I never thought I would miss my HP as much as I have. I debated whether to buy this computer or stick with HP, and in hindsight, I should have gone with my gut and stuck with HP.

In my opinion, when it comes to Asus, "Simplification n Ease" are definitely not the right passwords. However, I will say that the screen size on the Asus PC was satisfactory, and it was less expensive than an Apple computer with a similar screen size.

In conclusion, while the Asus PC may work for some people, it was not the right fit for me. I would recommend doing thorough research and considering all options before making a purchase.

ASUS ASUS Notebook Review: A Plethora of Models, Confusing Specs, and Heavy Website Navigation

This review is for the ASUS notebook site only, and I gotta say, I have nothing against their PC components. Their motherboards are pretty good, but let's talk about their notebooks.

ASUS has a ton of notebooks, and they seem to be limited only by the letters of the alphabet. That's my biggest complaint, along with a few others. First off, their model names don't make any sense. I mean, what's a UX425EA? Second, they seem to be multiplying their laptops like they're hoarding them. It's hard to keep up with all the different models they have. Third, their specs and marketing speak are written in a way that makes no sense. It's like they got paid per word of nonsense. And finally, their website is heavy on the JavaScript, and it's hard to navigate when you're trying to look at computers one after another.

But there are some good things about ASUS notebooks. Their Republic of Gamers laptops are on par with AlienWare, but they're usually more affordable. And the design of their computers is actually pretty progressive. Aside from Apple, I think ASUS has the best-looking laptops out there. (HP Envy doesn't count - it's just a ripped-off Apple design.)

Unfortunately, ASUS computers aren't very abundant in Canada. It would be a good idea for them to take after Dell and offer computers that can be customized and shipped quickly. That way, more people could enjoy the benefits of ASUS notebooks.

ASUS ASUS Computer Review: Disappointing Performance and Poor Customer Service

I recently splurged on a new computer from ASUS, spending a whopping 1700Euros - the most I've ever spent on a computer. As someone who travels frequently and spends hours on my computer each day, I was excited to have a super light and sleek device. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized that none of the shortcut keys were working, despite following the online advice. Even loading simple word documents took an eternity, and I found myself waiting for up to 10 seconds before anything appeared on the screen.

I reached out to the company for help, hoping to exchange the faulty device for one that actually worked. However, all they offered was to send it in for service - even though it was brand new! As someone living in Tanzania, this was not a feasible option for me, and I was left feeling frustrated and stuck with a computer that didn't meet my needs.

I had hoped to avoid buying from Apple, as I wanted to support a different brand in the market. However, I regret not going with an Apple product, as I've never had a computer that didn't work straight out of the box. In fact, I've always been excited to upgrade to the latest model from various different companies. This ASUS computer, on the other hand, has been a major disappointment and has left me feeling irritated and stuck with a subpar device for the next few years.

Overall, I would advise others to look elsewhere for a high-end computer. While ASUS may have a sleek design and reputation for quality, my experience has been anything but positive. Save your money and invest in a brand that is reliable and offers better after-sales support. Don't make the same mistake I did!

ASUS Repair service

Asus has serious bad customer services problem. The services center needs to employ better services personnel to operate your phone query, if not more and more people will not buy Asus products ever again. I sent in my notebook last month. They are suppose to collect it on Thursday and they came on Wednesday. I have to called in Customer Services again and again to ask for my repair status. All they said is ask the service Center to call me back.( No efficiency at all). The Service Centre is even worse, let me know waiting for the parts to arrive and will take a few days. More than 4 days or even a week. Text me and said they have sent a quotation to my email, await for approval? I am under warranty and why are they Sending me quotation? And when I ask. The said that is not under warranty. So many confusion on their explanation and the quotation was sent to the wrong email address! I told them to send back my computer. They told me Wednesday from 9am-1pm. I waited until 3 plus which is now. My computer is still not here. I call the customer service. She said will ask the service center to call me back? What kind of Service is that. They make me waited the whole morning and this is the answer they give me! That really makes me feel that the whole company is not reliable at all. That is really scary to purchase this brand cause when you have problems on your computer. You cannot depend on their repair service whereby I have bought 2 years of the warranty. You don't even know when they will send your product back to you. You have a lot of doubts whether they are sending back your item or not? Terrible! The bosses should know this, this will be your company biggest problem.

ASUS Asus X509MA laptop

Which i was given in Sept 2o2o

I am 83 years old the laptop resides on my desk coupled to a larger external modem It is tirned off durong loafdjed plis i use sirhe protecyoon pligs 6 days aho grauy svteen Retailer dsys when purchssed only 1 yesr gairuntee Now a 3 yesr earranty applies

Cost of new screem is about 50% of purchssr price I cannot afford thst Asus has not responded to any mail ..voice or text None of my 3 old laptops has ever given this

ASUS Laptop

PRODUCT DETAILS.

S/N: N6NRCX00P46022A

MODEL: FX777ZM 12700H/0001DA/16G/US

After purchasing such an expensive laptop of ASUS brand, I have been continuously getting harassed by the product as well as the service team of ASUS. Within 2 months from the date of purchase I have faced below mentioned problems:

1. Date of first problem 19/01/2023 - problem in display (RMA No. INT2R1003).

Date of resolution 23/01/2023.

2. Date of second problem 25/01/2023- problem in display (RMA No. INYMR10093).

ASUS engineer visits at my residence on 27/01/2023 - And told me that there is no issue but there was an issue in display (screen bleeding) which was increasing with time.

3. Date of third problem 11/02/2023 - Again problem in display (RMA No. INT2R20015).

No resolution and I insisted for further process to resolution.

4. After which Asus sent their engineer on 20/02/2023 - for checking the problem in display. Then they found problem in it (RMA No. INYMR20066).

After that they called me on 27/02/2023 – and told me to visit service center for replacing the display then they replaced the display but with improper fitting during which the mother-board was damaged and the same was ordered on 27/02/2023.

Date of resolution 02/03/2023 - but they didn’t ran any test on my laptop after replacing the mother-board.

5. Date of fourth problem 09/03/2023 - Screen panel not fitted properly (RMA No. INT2R30009).

But mother-board was changed for second time because there was again some issue in mother-board, as engineer said to me.

Date of resolution 17/03/2023.

*All the major components had been replaced multiple times (display 2 times and 2 times motherboard) and as of now the feeling of using new laptop has been subdued*

Again, after above mentioned problem which I have been facing continuously I’m facing below mentioned problems now:

1. Overheating

2. Slow speed

3. File crashing

4. Battery not getting fully charged

5. CPU temperature stuck at 95 degrees Celsius while using laptop in GPU mode.

6. Battery charging speed is also drop.

The above letter and the correspondence states above proves that I have been continuously getting harassed by the product as well as the service team of ASUS

The harassment of me is on all grounds i.e., mental, physical as well as financial being a student.

I have never expected such a worst kind of service experience from such a big organisation. Being an engineering student, I have paid a huge amount of rupees 109990. I’m continuously getting problems from laptop delivered to me.

Now, I Request you to kindly replace the laptop delivered to me at the earliest with a new laptop of same model.

Desired outcome: Refund for the laptop

ASUS Laptop performance issues when charging

Today 2/3/23 called customer support. First of all andre was rude. I spoke to him few weeks ago when I had issues with performance and thought it was due to a program. Over the weeks I figured its due to when the device is charging. I have reset and reinstalled the laptop but still having issue.

He send me a form where I can take the laptop to repair. However it will take 2 week and I wont have a laptop to use. They dont do anything else as its in the t&c.

I also requested andre to speak to a supervisor and he said there is no one and just hung up

ASUS Warranty no resolved

In Feb 2022 buy a laptop, ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 UX482 - 14 inch FHD Touchscreen, Intel Evo Platform, Core i7-1195G7, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe SSD, ScreenPad Plus, Windows 10 Home, Wifi 6E, Celestial Blue.

Suddenly in June it no longer turned on, I called customer service and they told me steps to follow, including taking the laptop to a store with Asus representatives in Honduras. (which indicated that they did not deal with that brand for various problems). I called customer service again and they told me to send the laptop, I sent it in perfect condition and a few days later they answered me from the asus service center to tell me that the warranty was not covered because the screen was broken and that liquid had been spilled on it (which neither of the two things was done), Asus never sent me the photos to verify the supposed state in which the computer arrived, and they told me that I had to pay $1100 for the repairs (current price of the laptop).

They wanted to make a discount of 30% of the value. However, they had to solve it because I sent photos of how the computer was before sending it and at no time was it damaged or with liquids or broken.

Desired outcome: I request that they do the laptop repairs, because for the reason that was sent and can be verified in the calls to customer service, the problem was that it did not turn on

ASUS Asus Zenbook

Less than a month from purchase, my speakers busted. I rarely used the speakers over headphones, and never used full volume. I never dropped or bumped the laptop, and never had the laptop in rough or dirty conditions. I used it carefully and only about one hour per day or less. I am very dissapointed as I bought the laptop because of its Harman / Kardon sound system only for it to be useless to me in under a month from purchase and little use from it.

Desired outcome: I wish that Asus would repair my laptop or give me compensation.

ASUS All-in-one

Hi,

I purchased to devices "all-in-one" from Asus on 3rd of April, 2020.

One is still working perfectly, the other one is not turning on at all, suddenly.

I tested the charging port, the charging cable, is all just black screen. Is unconfortable with just one available device.

I wrote to your support service on 9th November, but never heard back from your support team.

I did receive a confirmation from your team taking notice of my complaint.

I live in Denmark but i am trying again, this time in english, hoping for a faster service and answer.

My questions are:

-What does it cost to receive help from Asus technic support?

-And are you offering an extra device/computer to borrow meanwhile mine is under reparation ?

ASUS Asus zenbook warranty

I am a citizen of costa rica who took advantage of a trip to the us to purchase an asus zenbook in best buy. After only 2 months of having purchased the computer, there was a windows update that caused multiple issues main one, built in speakers not working at all, keyboard lights not working and wireless connectivity problems, also increased booting times. When reached out asus for support, they directed me to reach out to best buy, when reached out to best buy, since I can't physically go into a store and have my computer checked, they refered me to asus. After multiple steps that asus made me do via email, they are saying there is nothing else we can do but to bring it to a local cr authorized store however warranty will not be applicable since I purchased the computer in the us.

I was unable to save the chat conversation with bestbuy support. However, I do have every single email exchanged with asus support. And email only since when I try to get real time support via chat, it doesn't let me, and it refers me to best buy.

Desired outcome: I want my computer either replaced or fixed locally at no cost.
