I am 68 years of age on severely ill
I am 68 years of age on severely ill. I receive Medicare. BB&T Bank over 10 years ago and an auto dealer in Logan WV falsely signed papers showing I cosigned for my grandson's vehicle he financed. I did not sign and after years of aggravation from PNC I worked with them to settle the amount for a sum of $4,500. That is all I had and had to borrow. My Grandson was laid off from the mines and every attempt was made to keep the car but the bank took it to auction without notifying anyone. My Grandson had just received enough to repurchase but legally was notified. Instead, I gave the $4,500 to PNC Bank collectors to resolve. Now,this company is constantly calling day and night and weekends aggravating me to death. I have no more money and on social security. I have no more money to give and can barely purchase my meds. They are making me ill and this should have been settled.

On January 15, 2022, I realized I had accounts in collections that I was not aware of when I pulled my credit reports. I contacted the company and was informed of the balances owed from 2016 & 2017 totaling about $180 for radiology services in which I had not received a billing statement from the provider of services or the collection agency attempting to collect a debt. As previously stated, I received no communication from this collection agency regarding the debt reporting in their office and my credit report. Additionally, I received no phone calls regarding the aforementioned debt. Based on these facts, I requested a letter of deletion be sent to the credit bureau and the agent informed me that they would only send a letter that the debt was paid in full, which will allow the record of creditor account to remain on my credit record for years. I'd like a letter of deletion and the accounts removed from my credit report.

I received notification today that on December 10th, ATG Credit LLC reported a negative collection on my credit reports dated from October 19th - over six years prior. This negative report that ATG Credit LLC never reported until over six years after the fact states it was for $78.00 that was paid in full! I contacted the company today and they have no bad debt reported. Any money I ever owed was paid directly to the company. I was told they know nothing about this being in any collection from over six years ago or ATG Credit. I have never in my 50 years and working as a Manager ever heard of anything being reported over six years later as a negative on someone's credit report, nor, working in the Business Field, would this be allowed!
I am not liable for this debt with ( CORPORATE JEWELERS) and I do not have a contract with (ATG CREDIT) plus they did not provide me with the original application like I asked. Account No: *** Amount Disputed: $2,294.00

I did not receive any communication from this agency prior to it being placed on my credit report which is now affecting my ability to obtain a lower mortgage rate due to miscommunication caused by ATG 3 years ago. Letters were not sent to my address, emails were not sent, phone/voicemails never received. I had no idea this bill was in collections until it was placed on my credit report 3 years later. I spoke with a woman who represented ATG credit and she said that even if I paid off the debt to get it removed from my credit score they will not provide a deletion letter. Even if I pay off this debt, there is no guarantee from ATG credit that it will be removed from my credit score just that they will send information to the 3 credit bureaus to say I paid the credit. I am very disappointed with the conversation I had today and by looking at all of the complaints on the Complaintsboard.coms website, it looks as if ATG credit does this with a lot of people.

While checking my credit report on 12/15/2021and, to my surprise, I saw a collection filed by AGT Credit, LLC; I called their office and informed them that I never received any communication from them about the $75 owed a Radiology place for something done. 05/15, and they reported to TransUnion on 12/01. I requested a letter of dilation. They said they could only report paid in full, which means it would be in my credit report for years. I had set up a payment plan with the Radiology place, which they charged my credit card $25 every month why they stopped charging my credit card. I do not know.
I checked my credit report and noticed I had a collection from ATG CREDIT that was opened in 04/23 for $150.00 with account number starting in *** that I do not recall and am not liable for. I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with ATG CREDIT. This inaccurate collection is not mine.I would like all collection activity to cease immediately and for this inaccurate collection to be removed from my credit report immediately or I will file for litigation and report you to the
I regularly monitor my credit score through Chase's credit journey. On January 11, 2022, I was surprised to see my score had dropped significantly due to a derogatory mark, which was a first for me. Upon reviewing my reports from the three major credit bureaus, I discovered an account opened and sent to collections on September 13, but it wasn't reported until January 10, 2022. This was why the collection seemed unfamiliar.
I reached out to the collection agency through their HelpChat on the same day. They informed me the account was related to medical expenses amounting to $131.63. Back in March , I visited the hospital due to severe throat pain and was diagnosed with mono. The doctor ordered MRIs and CAT scans because of my immune system's intense response. I had settled all other bills from that visit, so finding this one in collections was unexpected. I had not received any debt validation letters or collection calls, and I confirmed this by checking old voicemails, as I typically ignore calls labeled as spam.
I called the office and spoke with a supervisor. I inquired about my options and whether a payment and deletion out of goodwill was possible, given my history of excellent credit and consistent payments. I wanted the derogatory mark removed. The supervisor informed me that they do not perform goodwill deletions. I thanked her and conducted further research, which revealed that the agency does have the authority to do goodwill deletions and had done so in the past.
The following day, I spoke with a representative in the HelpChat and explained that I had not received any debt validation. I requested another letter or proof that a debt validation had been sent. The chat was abruptly ended. My subsequent attempts to get assistance through the HelpChat were futile, as the representative would disconnect every time she recognized my name.

I received a bill from ATG Credit, LLC on 2/10 in the amount of $576.25
I received a bill from ATG Credit, LLC on 2/10 in the amount of $576.25.. They state they received my account with True Health Diagnostics (THD) in 11. ATG claims I had an unpaid balance with THD which was sold in bankruptcy. ATG bought that supposed debt and are requesting I pay the above stated amount. I do not owe this balance. I did receive a bill from THD in the amount of $636.25. However, I settled that debt with them and paid a negotiated balance of $60.00. I sent them a check for this amount on 9/20 and that check was cashed on 9/30. I never received another bill from them as my account was paid in full. I have a zero balance with THD. Where has this supposed bill been for the last 18 months? Why didn't I have additional bills or past due/collections from THD if I had an outstanding balance? I have disputed the charges with ATG, but they claim I owe them $576.25 after numerous emails/explanations and providing them with proof of my payment.

On Sep. 19, 2021 ATG Credit violated the fair credit act and fair debt act by putting two collections on my account. I never signed or did business with this company. On top of that, I never received any type of debt validation letter from the debt collector stating it was my debt. I never heard of the company until today. The company is also in violations of *** debt laws as well for trying to collect debt over 5 years old.
Never ever received any correspondence in the mail about an outstanding account balance of $23.00 owed which supposedly occurred 3 years and 7 months ago. This was placed on my credit file which is ruining my life. This derogatory mark has lowered my creditworthiness and is causing issues. I had great credit and to have this derogatory mark added to my credit file has made my score drop significantly for 23 bucks. It's a hassle trying to reach someone and I hope someone calls me soon to get this issue resolved and removed off my credit file expeditiously. Again I NEVER received any bills in the mail about this $23 charge from almost 4 years ago. This is very upsetting.
on credit report but they sent to wrong address which necessitated removal from credit report and then presented a debt from 2015. I was not able to dispute it as I didn't know anything of a debt or the charges told.

I received a call from ATG Credit about a month ago stating that I had an outstanding balance being collected from True Health Diagnostics (who went bankrupt). I didn't have any recollection of ever going to THD for anything and asked the rep from ATG what it was from. He said that it was a health *** from 2019. I said well, I don't recall and that I needed more information. I tried calling THD, but their numbers online at the time were invalid numbers. Today 8/26 I received a DETAILED description of ALL the bloodwork I had done. I did NOT authorize the release of ANY of my medical information to ATG. This is a HIPAA violation. I tried calling the number for THD *** but it's not a valid number for them. So, I called ATG to see where they received my permission to my detailed medical information. Asked *** to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold, then hung up on. This is a HIPAA violation! The *** they sent me doesn't even make sense either!

On November 9th, ATG Credit filed a collection account in the amount of $3,401.00 from Integrity Payment Systems on my personal credit bureau. I contacted ATG Credit and asked why they filed collection account on my personal credit bureau and the only information they had it was that it was from Integrity Payment System and they had no other information. ATG Credit told me that they would mail me the information. I do not know how they came out with that amount and I did not sign a "Personal Guaranty Agreement" with Integrity Payment Systems for them to make liable for business debt. Since November , I have contacted ATG Credit NINE times, they can not provide me copies of any documents and my credit report was affected. ATG Credit is violating the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT by reporting collections without having and verifying facts and having supporting documents, ATG Credit is practicing UNFAIR, FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE credit practices. Please REMOVE collection.

ATG Credit LLC has added a collection account to my credit profile
ATG Credit LLC has added a collection account to my credit profile. The 3 Bureau's alerted me of this issue. I immediately reached out to ATG by phone. The representatives are very rude, they get annoyed at you asking questions that they cannot answer. They also try to intimidate and coerce you into saying that you owe the debt. Before putting me into collections, they never reached out by mail. I immediately sent ATG a validation of debt letter on 6/25 with tracking *** 04 my dispute was received and ignored. They have yet to make any contact with me by mail or phone. By law a debt collector has 30 days to respond to a consumer dispute. ATG has violated my rights by reporting false and misleading information on my credit profile which is affecting my personal life greatly. I've made multiple calls to the company with no progress. I am constantly transferred then being told that I'll receive a call back which never happens. I need some help getting this fixed.

I realized on 11/20 that I had an account in collections on my credit score that I was not aware of.I contacted the company via chat & was informed that I had 2 open accounts totaling $230 for ultrasounds I received while pregnant in early 2020.I have received no communication from this collection agency that I was able to recognize as an attempt to collect a debt. The agent informed me that they had sent a letter in January if 2021, and nothing by mail since then. At that time I do not have memory or receiving a letter & would have paid the debt immediately had I gotten one. I have also gotten no voicemails indicating the attempt to collect a debt. They very well may have called, but I did nit answer, as I receive spam calls regularly.Based on these facts, I requested a letter of deletion be sent to Equifax etc. the agent informed me that they would only send a letter that the debt was paid in full, which will allow the record of creditor account to remain on my credit record for years.I want a letter of deletion.

Sent a letter in the wrong name, for a bill never received before, not assisting with dispute, not following the laws
Sent a letter in the wrong name, for a bill never received before, not assisting with dispute, not following the laws. Call the office where the supposed bill originated from. They confirmed many confused calls just like ours. We've been told ATG's client, that we supposedly owe, claimed bankruptcy in the same year this bill in question is dated. Through very little research, we see that ATG has a history of at least one previous attempt to collect (for this exact client) for money not actually owed - dated same year. We requested a copy of the "invoice" and it arrived with an "invoice date" of 02/02, meaning they never had a copy of the debt prior to contacting us. ATG claims to have confirmed this bill as not part of the bankruptcy but will not provide any information as to how they confirmed that. They care very little for the fact that we are trying to resolve and learn. Finally, on ATG's website there is a place you go to look up the account to see documentation. The account number and debt they claim "cannot be found". A disorganized mess that leaves people vulnerable to credit damage due to their own lack of response and accountability.

I received a bill from ATG Credit saying I owed a creditor, True Health Diagnostics $264.33
I received a bill from ATG Credit saying I owed a creditor, True Health Diagnostics $264.33. This company is no longer in business. I requested a copy of the bill that I am told I owe. I have not been able to receive a copy of the bill to verify that this charge is legitimate. Any open accounts receivable item during a bankruptcy can be sent to a collection company (ATG) to reduce their liability. ATG buys these accounts at bankruptcies to make money, whether or not they have been paid by the time they receive the debt. I have never been to True Health Diagnostics, and they are not in business where I live, so without a bill I cannot believe anything. I received the collections notice dated 1/27, and have made many, many requests for the bill with no result. I have requested it by phone, asked for it to be mailed or emailed and no timeline of availability for the bill will be provided by ATG. I have called them every few weeks since receiving the notice. They are purposefully vague, and will not tell me what they will do if they do not get a copy of the bill. I called my doctor's office and they ASKED ME for a copy of the bill to verify its validity!

In 2017, while working for my company, following orders from a supervisor to assist with cleaning a flooded basement that turned out to be from a broken sewage line, and lacking proper protective equipment, I developed a rash on my hands 24 hours after being in contact with raw sewage. I reported it, as is required, and was taken to the contracted workers compensation medical provider. This incident resulted in a workers compensation lawsuit that was eventually settled two years later. In that settlement, the workers compensation medical provider was to have been paid by my former company. I was contacted by ATG Credit, LLC in 2018 and all correspondence was forwarded to my workers compensation attorney. It wasn't until last week, during a credit report pull for my mortgage provider, that it appeared the collections remained on my report as unpaid. I contacted my attorney this morning, 1/24/2022, who advised that I pay it just to be safe and that he would look into whether or not it was paid pursuant to the settlement. He advised me to explain my situation to the representative at ATG Credit and ask that they remove the account as a good faith gesture. I did as instructed, paying the account in full and asked that if be removed, explaining my situation. The rep. with ATG Credit stated that are unable to remove collections, yet there are hundreds of responses on Complaintsboard.com by ATG showing that they, in fact, do in situations like mine. This was an error by my former company's workers compensation provider and of no fault of my own. This is impacting my ability to obtain a VA mortgage with a great rate. Attached is proof of payment in full, and a copy of the LiveChat with the ATG Credit Rep.

I received a collections notice from ATG Credit via mail on February 17, for a service I do no recognize. I immediately contacted ATG to ask what this was in reference to and what my options are to dispute it. The associate that answered rudely informed me that ATG was collecting a debt for a company that was no longer in business, and ATG therefore, owned the debt. He informed me that I received an invoice back in the fall of 2019. When I told him I did not receive an invoice and that I believed it to be incorrect, he talked over me and told me that I had received the invoice, it had gone upaid and I needed to pay it. After he continued to talk over me I became frustrated and used profanity (which I wanted to apologize for). He then threatened me, said "this will make things worse for you" and hung up. I called back, requested to speak with supervisor who did the exact same thing... talked over me, did not give me opportunity to share my side of the story did not provide insight into the charge, just said they were collecting on a debt and then hung up on me. I followed up via their chat and requested to speak with someone above the supervisor and was told there was no one to speak with, that my only option was to pay this alleged, unrecognizable debt and then closed the chat window before I could even collect a copy of the invoice referencing the alleged debt. How am I supposed to confidently pay a debt that is `17 months old if I do not have supporting documentation. This feels like a scam to me. A legitimate organization would allow a customer to escalate and at a minimum, provide supporting documentation. I fear that if this organization is in fact real, they may retaliate against my credit. They blocked my number from calling all of their toll-free numbers and blocked me from chat. I have impeccable credit. How can I pay an organization that is not giving me supporting documentation and blocking my calls?

On February 23, 2022, I pulled my credit report and discovered I had accounts in collections. I contacted ATG and was informed of the balances owed from 2019, totaling about $424 for a visit at *** The visit was related to a workplace injury, for which I hadn't received a billing statement from the *** or ATG attempting to collect a debt. Since the visit was related to a workplace injury, the billing went through workers comp, but with my personal insurance listed as a secondary. I moved shortly after the initial visit, and as previously stated, I received no communication from this collection agency regarding the debt. I never started receiving calls until February 2022, when my phone sent the calls to VM due to potential spam. When I sent a letter of debt validation, I specifically asked if my PHI would be released, and the rep stated that since they are not a medical office, they have no access to PHI and that they would have the original creditor send the documents. However, when I finally received the requested info, I found that ATG sent a complete transcript of my chart, including a diagnosis and notes! I have read other Complaintsboard.com complaints, and ATG likes to mention how they are an authorized 3rd party, but the Privacy Rule "requires a covered entity, or its business associate, to reasonably limit the amount of information disclosed for such purposes to the minimum necessary, as well as to abide by any reasonable requests for confidential communications and any agreed-to restrictions on the use or disclosure of protected health information." I asked for the last billing statement supposedly sent to me from ***, an itemized *** of any fees and charges added since the last billing statement, but instead, they sent me my chart notes. This is completely unacceptable and I am very disappointed. By looking at all of the complaints on the Complaintsboard.coms website, it looks as if ATG credit does this with a lot of people.

I was contacted by the business via letter saying I owed $35.00 from an October 30, visit to a dermatologist. I called the medical provider and found out they are now OSF since about 2020. OSF told me they no longer had any charges for me. I called back the collection agency and told them that OSF has taken over the previous provider and I don't owe them anything. The representative at the collection agency then told me I owe $91.80, not $35.00. How is it the charge went up? The visit from 2019 was for a dermatologist who is no longer at the hospital. Please explain.
This company has been informed that the charge they placed on my credit report was to be removed because it is not my responsibility but rather a compensation fee that should have been billed to them. They have refused to take it off my credit report. I demand that it be removed from my credit report and charged to the rightful party responsible for the compensation fee.
7-6-22 I was contacted from an ATG employee demanding I pay $520.00 debt. I informed this collector that I couldn't make payment at the moment. The collector got aggressive with me stating that I need to make payment and was asked when was my next payday. I told the collector that that was my business and I didn't choose to share my payday with her, she proceeded to get more aggressive until I hung up. I do not wont these people reaching out to me if they can't speak to me like I answer my phone. This collector didn't even offer a payment arrangement nor other options to see if I have income. Just rude and very unprofessional.
I don't know why you are still giving me this "other than you" feedback. I AM ME! and I'm asking you to delete the fraudulent accounts that I saw on my credit reports. I attached documents such as IDs, SSN, and my POA. I'm getting annoyed with this *** you are giving me. You are avoiding deleting the accounts that I keep on reporting and giving me the same feedback! Delete the accounts that I am reporting and I'm only giving you 15 days, you are testing my patience!Again, These are the accounts that you must block because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO USE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION hence, these are all fraudulent accounts!ATG CREDIT , Balance $396.00 Account Number
