Atlanta Luxury Motors South Refuses to process Auto Title by sending it or a copy of it filled out right to my county treasurer

Refuses to process Auto Title by sending it or a copy of it filled out right to my county treasurer. I don't why this is so complicated for them. They sent the title to my county treasurer, the county treasurer office said it was not filled out right, so they sent it back to ALM ups, as that is the way ALM sent it. That was o September 30th. Now when I call ALM they say Polk county Treasurer office should have a confirmation number to get it. Polk county states that ALM should have it as they originally sent it. Now ALM ignores my phone calls totally, wont answer. or return calls. DOT of all states involved say ALM has to be the one to send the copy of the title if the original is now lost.

I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack for $36.5k, sight unseen, and had it delivered. You would think a reputable dealer wouldn't try to take advantage of customers and would stand behind a car. The car was DELIVERED with NO EXHAUST, a CEL on that had a code for the cylinder deactivation system, the service ABS light on, an HID headlight out, a severed window washer line, and a nickel sized hole in the driver's side valve cover causing oil to leak onto the header making it smoke like crazy. To beat it all, they put electrical tape over the hole to try to mask it so they obviously knew about it. I've tried calling the dealership probably 20 times and each time either I'm transferred and disconnected or someone answers, takes my info and promises to give it to the general manager and I never get a call back. This is the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. They are dishonest and they take advantage of their customers. I live in Tennessee, so driving to the dealership is a big inconvenience thus the reason I had it delivered. None of these issues were disclosed about the car.

ALM Kia South has failed to submit the necessary paperwork for title and tag within the requisite 30 days required by Georgia Law. Efforts to contact the dealership and corporate office by both myself and my credit union through phone calls and messages have produced nothing in return. I'd like delivery of my title and contact by the business with an explanation and an extension on my TOP. My next recourse will be a lawsuit and criminal charges.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South I took my car to their collision center to be repaired on April 13

I took my car to their collision center to be repaired on April 13. Mike the manager told me that my car will be ready that following Friday. Well there Friday came and went and I still didn't get my car. Then he said it would be ready next Tuesday. Tuesday came and my car still wasn't ready. Then he said they was waiting on parts. I was without my car or any car from April 20 to May 7. My car wasn't ready till May 6. The day after I pick my car up I went and got an oil change and they told me that I didn't have any oil in my car and there was oil splatter all over under my hood all over my engine. When I talked to Mike the manager at ALM Kia on May 6 he told me that he was on 285 driving my car checking how it sounded. I believe he ran the rest of my oil out While he was driving on I-285.

Dealership charged me for plates and registration that I never received. I was charged $104 for Title and Tag fee. The tag was never delivered and when I called to ask what happened I was lied to multiple times. Vehicle was also involved in 2 separate accidents but only one was reported in online advertisement.

Never received my tag - emissions test wasn't due per the tag office. Was told I could not get another temp plate even tho it was their fault. I tried calling 3 times to speak with someone, once one hold for 30 mins and the other two times over 15 mins. From my understanding a temp plate should not be given if the emissions are not done, well mine were not and I did receive a temp plate, but now I'm being told I can not get another temp plate. I need to take off work to get the emissions done and go get my plate. That is a huge inconvenience, that I should not have to do being that I would have Never purchased the car knowing the emissions were not done.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South Submitted a request for a GAP refund on June 19, after refinancing my vehicle but still have not received a refund from ALM South

Submitted a request for a GAP refund on June 19, after refinancing my vehicle but still have not received a refund from ALM South. On July 7, I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from ALM South. I opted into the GAP coverage for vehicle protection. On June 19, I submitted a request to ALM South to cancel my GAP coverage after refinancing my vehicle. As of today, September 25, I still have not received a refund. I attempted to contact ALM South on several occasions since June 19 and can never get in contact with the finance department or manager. I am consistently placed on hold for very long periods of time and eventually the phone hangs up. I have asked to speak with a manager on several occasions and each time I am placed on long holds until the phone hangs up. This is very unprofessional and most importantly fraud, for ALM South to refuse to pay me the money I am owed.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South On May 7, I cosigned for a vehicle for my son

On May 7, I cosigned for a vehicle for my son. Kia sent fraudulent information to the lender resulting in the wrong vehicle being financed. I became aware of this on May 11th, and I reached out to the lender then the dealership. Kia stated they would resolved the issue. On July 5th, I received a letter from the lender stating I needed insurance on a vehicle I didn't own. I contacted the lender and they said they never received the correct information from Kia. I contacted Kia again, and they said they would send the paperwork. I checked a few days later and the information was not updated. At this point, I've been to Kia four times in person and made many calls to get this fixed. It is not fixed and I don't have a vehicle because it was totaled. If the issue had been fixed the car would be paid off and I would be able to get a new vehicle. Kia hasn't fixed it and won't even give me a loaner car for my trouble until the issue is resolved.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South July 28th I test drove and decided on a 2015 Nissan Sentra

July 28th I test drove and decided on a 2015 Nissan Sentra. The car needed a diagnostic and detailing, yet I was still taken through financing. Assured any issue found would be fixed, I paid $1000 as a down payment expecting the car to be in my hands within a day. The next week there was virtually no communication. A week after my purchase, I was told that the vehicle was sold wholesale, due to mechanical issues they refused to fix. As this was done without my knowledge they promised to find another car at a discount. On 8/11 I financed a 2012 Chevy cruze utilizing my original down payment. 45 minutes after leaving the dealership the car broke down, stuck in 3rd gear. I was told bring it in the next day, at which I was refused the return of my down payment, and told I could either exchange the car or wait for the Cruze to be fixed. Choosing the later, the service manager promised it would be fixed 8/13, as of now, I have still not received my vehicle.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South I purchased a used 2019 KIA Sorento from this business on July 13

I purchased a used 2019 KIA Sorento from this business on July 13. I was charged for title processing fee by the dealership. Georgia law requires a dealer to deliver tag and title paperwork within 30 days. As of today, September 13, I have yet to receive a title for the vehicle purchased. According to Georgia Law: 681¬9¬.02 Responsibilities of a Used Motor Vehicle Dealer. (1) Every used motor vehicle dealer licensed in this state shall be required to comply with the laws of this state and the federal government regarding the operations of a used motor vehicle dealership. This includes, but is not limited to, laws that require each licensee to: (g) Apply for a title in the retail purchaser's name within 30 calendar days after the date of sale, as required in O.C.G.A. § 40¬3¬33; I paid for Title Processing as part of the contract. I contacted my local tag office and they said "nothing has been done in the system". In 13 days, my vehicle will be illegal to drive.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South Interest Rate change: Signed a contract for financing our vehicle through ALM for 3.69%, but ALM sent paperwork in for an interest rate of 5.9%

Interest Rate change: Signed a contract for financing our vehicle through ALM for 3.69%, but ALM sent paperwork in for an interest rate of 5.9%. Dealer increased our load interest rate after we signed the contract from 3.9% to 5.69%. Ask the Dealer to address the issue. They offered to leave the 5.6% interest rate agreement in tact and they would provide a cash refund of $600 outside of the contract. However, that solution required us to signed a waiver of all our future rights related to the entire agreement. I objected and said it needs to be specific to the details around the interest rate. They conceded and made a 2nd offer with the 2 words, interest rate, added but it still was general and required us to waive all other rights. I asked them to put in additional language to ensure we were protected. I even provided the additional language. They said sorry, we can't make changes to the GLR and that is best we can do and told me to file a compliant if I needed. So, here it is.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South I visited ALM South on August 19 where I purchased a 2021 Kia K5 and it went well

I visited ALM South on August 19 where I purchased a 2021 Kia K5 and it went well. I spoke with the sells person Rianna *** and specifically asked when I came back that Saturday, April 24 would my credit be ran again and was told no it wouldn't. I arrived on Saturday, April 24 to co sign for my daughter a 2021 Kia Forte and wouldn't you know it my credit was ran again so I was lied to and then again that same day when I got the 2021 Kia Sportage ran again continuously pulling my credit score down that I worked hard to build was taken as a joke. Not one apology. I was contacted on May 4 stating there was an error with the paper work on the 2021 Sportage no explanation as to why by a Sabrine Aros which had nothing to do with me an up pops a notification on my Credit Karma App which I gave no permission to anyone to pull my credit this was illegal and unauthorized. The 2021 Kia Forte I received another notification from Credit Karma on May 18 which again

Atlanta Luxury Motors South Wrong part place on car

Wrong part place on car. In April I took my 2018 Kia Optima to ALM South, get my rear bumper and rear tail light assembly repair paid through an Insurance Claim. In or around October my son driving behind notice my rear light was out. Come to find out ALM replaced my LED light with bulb assembly. So I immediately returned back to ALM and spoke to the Collision Service Manager and he saw the error on their part. He took my information and stated that he was going order the part and it should take less than a week. Two weeks passed *** hear from him. I went back he stated he had ordered the part. A month later I returned the young lady at the desk looked up my claim and stated the part haven't been order and she would leave a message with the Manager. Then twice in December the last visit of 2020 two young lady trying helping me and again my paperwork was in a folder as it was on the initial day and no order have been made. Due to me contracting COVID, I wasn't able to return until mid January at this time he again wasn't in and another young lady left him a message. Haven't received a call, text or email. I'm continually replacing a bulb. Not sure why it keeps going out.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South I have attempted to reach ALM regarding a replacement tag or title to be sent to my finance company but no answer

I have attempted to reach ALM regarding a replacement tag or title to be sent to my finance company but no answer. Temporary tag is about to expire. I purchased a car from ALMS on 10/30. The temporary tag they gave me will expire on 12/14. I have called them on several occasions to get them to send an extended temporary tag but no answer. I left messages but no answer. I went through every Department they listed except account ing but no one picked up the phone including the receptionist/operator. I called my finance company to see have they received the title. They informed me they had not but would reach out to ALMS for me. My finance company advised they were not able to get through after several times and when they did, the receptionist hung up the phone. The finance company sent an email to the manager but have yet to receive a response. This is no way to run a business. I am sure they are past the time that the law requires to get the title to the finance company. I need an extended tag. I can't ride around in the State of Alabama with an expired tag. ALMS has to do better regarding their customers. Its like we got your money now whatever is not done is your problem. This is not right. I need to get my tag.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South Tag Delay Issues My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this establishment in late June

Tag Delay Issues My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this establishment in late June. Tags were due to be received in July. Well they never showed up, but we did receive a call from the finance team member (Tim) asking to take a picture of our license and text it to him as he cant find the one he made a copy of. Really? Something so important to individual, you want them to send it to you via text? I should have known better. Nonetheless, my husband went down to the location and provided copies. Guess what, they were lost for the third time. The person he spoke with this time said she would personally ensure she get things taken care of. My husband called the dept of motor vehicle to check the status of hard tags since his extended temp tag is due to expire mid August and was advised, they still don't have any paper work. I just dont get this business. If you want repeat business you would think you would provide good customer service, but its evident these people don't care. I've called and the call drops after selecting finance. The rep that answers is very unprofessional and does not care about your problem. We need a resolution. How can this be resolved without someone having to take off work to handle somethng the business should have cared for. Is it good business practice to request someones person information via text.

Bought used 2012 Acura MDX 5/2 6:30pm, was told bring the car to service dep. mon morn 5/4 9am. Needs new engine & Transmission. Had car 1day I bought the car Saturday and Monday my wife took it back to the dealership service department at 9am and was told they could fix the miss in the engine the service department stated that It was coils or a sensor- it was neither... Transmission needed replaced. After my wife *** spent 7.5 hours at the dealership Monday emotionally deranged. Terrible! And hours of numerous phn calls. So frustrating. My wife called service department Wednesday around 6pm to check status of the car. Mechanic tells her at that time the car also needs the engine replaced. We questioned the GM Monday on possibly getting out of the deal he said we had 5 days to return it. But that it could only be exchanged. No refund of our down payment. We put $1500 cash down. The 5 days we feel by right should start 5/11 the day we pick the car up from having engine and transmission replaced. And the GM Monday in front of sales associate, Mr. Gerven, me and my wife, discloses the transmission is going to be brand new w a 2 yr warranty. Nothing about engine because it wasn't disclosed until Wednesday when my wife called the service department that evening. Come to find out the transmission and engine is used pulled off of another low mile (so they said) car. No rental for us they said due to the fact we didn't allow our 2010 Suzuki to trade. They offered only $500. That's why we chose not to. We would like to be able to have the 5 day return w out an exchange option starting the day we pick up the car. (Saying Monday) not 5 days to expire this coming Friday. The car hasn't been in our possession since Monday @ 9am. And I feel they should have provided a rental for the duration of time it takes to repair the Acura. Thank you, *** P. ***Engine and trans is at their expense however had I known Saturday when test driving and having it checked by a service mechanic that it had two big issues, well I would have Never bought the car. Again I was sat it was coil or possibly a sensor.

Atlanta Luxury Motors South Benjamin *** would not give me the keys to my car

Benjamin *** would not give me the keys to my car. He hid the keys underneath his desk. He was rude ,when he delivered the car , asked to cook stea On April 16 I attempted to return the 2020 Kia Sportage . The car was delivered to my home on April 15 by salesmen Benjamin. Upon arrival he stated I have 5 business days to return the car. When Benjamin delivered the car he did not explain any paperwork. Nor did he wear any protective gear in reference to the Coronavirus. He stated , He was God's child. '' Additionally, he sexually harassed me and made me feel uncomfortable by stating ,"he was a chef and wanted to cook me a steak. I took the car for a test drive on April 16 and realized it was too small. In spite of being uncomfortable, I contacted the salesman Benjamin to possibly exchange it for a 2020 Sorento. He later texted me a photo of the new quote for the Sorento. I told him that was too much and I will return the car and pick up my trade in. He texted me , please come. (Never stating an unknown exchange only policy) Upon arrival a Kia associate pointed me in the direction of Benjamin's desk. He was on the phone. After the phone call, I walked to his desk and placed the 2020 Sportage key and manual to the car. Expecting him to return the key to my trade in.He got up and said one moment let me get my general manager. I followed him , we walked over about 40 feet from his desk. His GM approached me, A slender African American female with braids in a ponytail, (she was not wearing any protective gear in reference to the Coronavirus. The GM stood about 2 feet close to me unprotected and asked , how may I help you. I explained to her I wanted my trade in back. She said what trade in , What car. The salesman Benjamin was standing to the side , He giggled, Then stated, She traded her car yesterday and want it back. The GM stated, their policy is an exchange policy only. I told her it was told to me that I had 5 days to return the vehicle. She looked at sales associate Benjamin and they began to laugh. I asked her what is funny and she stated that she is not laughing , He is laughing referring to salesman Benjamin. (I HAVE THIS ON RECORDING). She repeated I can not get my trade in but can exchange the car. Benjamin continued to laugh, but this time covered his mouth and walked away towards the booth. I told her , I will take this up with my attorney, I asked for the keys that I had given to Benjamin. T to the new car for I can leave. If They will not give me the keys to my trade in, I asked for keys to the KIA sportage that i had given to salesmen Benjamin. She walked over to the booth and stated she did not have my keys. I asked Benjamin to please give me the keys to the sportage , he kept his back turned and stated to a fellow co worker aloud , "she is crazy. I pleaded again please just give me the keys back to the sportage for I can leave. The Africam American female manager stated, I do not have your keys and pointed with her finger towards Benjamin's desk. This is where I originally left the keys. She made no attempt nor effort to give me the keys to the sportage or instruct Benjamin to give me the keys. Benjamin and the GM begin to giggle again. NOTE: I HAVE ALL OF ABOVE ON VIDEO. I walked all the way 40 feet to get the keys from Benjamin's desk since Him nor the manager would give me the keys. As I was walking, I heard continuously laughing. As I approached Benjamin's desk, the keys were not where I originally placed them. I continued to search for the keys. Benjamin Had hid the keys on the floor underneath his desk. As I retrieved the keys to the Sportage, after begging them previously.A sales associate sitting at a nearby desk stated, he was calling security. I was only trying to get my keys and leave. I had asked the manager and Benjamin to give me the keys and they both refused. After asking three times the manager stated she did not have my keys and gestured , pointed at Benjamin's desk to go and get my keys. In which I did to only realize Benjamin had hid the keys on the floor underneath his desk. After I moved the chair to get the keys from
