For the past five or six weeks, I have been having issues with not being able to login to my email account which I have had for over thirty years. The first few weeks the helpdesk was able to reset my password, and all was fine for two or three days and then back to the same no access. After four weeks of this same routine, the helpdesk could not reset my password with sending a temporary password to my cellphone. The helpdesks excuse was that my cell phone was not an AT&T cellphone. Several snail mail letters were sent to me with instructions on how to change the password, none of which would allow me to login, even with helpdesk assistance. I was finally handed to an executive that said he was a VP. He was able to get my service restored for four days and then back to the same issue. I was also advised to open a second email account with AT&T so temporary password could be sent there. This was done and with this latest round of not being able to login also spread to the new account...
I am a retired employee of AT&T with over 30 years' service, and I never experienced this type of terrible servive while employed there,
Desired outcome: I want my email service restored for more than three or four days. Both accounts.
