I was the on flight medical personnel that responded to an emergency on United flight UA 545 on May 6th 2023. There were 2 gentlemen dispatched to meet us on site at the gate upon landing at Austin Airport. I asked multiple individuals how to get in contact with the supervisor of the 2 responding men. I was advised that there is not a direct line to the office and when later getting in touch with the ARFF line was told they could not find how to contact the appropriate people. I was then given a call back and a phone number to call which does not work [protected]. There were multiple incredibly problematic statements made by one of the men that responded that could put future patients in a potentially lethal situation. This is a major legal liability and I would like to know with whom I can speak regarding this matter.
Desired outcome: To speak with the supervisor of the gentlemen dispatched whom I believe to be ARFF personnel.
Bus service to remote parking lots
Sunday ~6am. There were no buses to the remote parking lot. At 6am a person called and they said it would be a few minutes. At 6:10 a person called and they said it would be a few minutes. At 6:20 I called and they said it would be a few minutes. I told the lady that they have been telling us that for 20 minutes. Her response was "well it will be 22 now and hung up".
When the bus finally arrived they took us out to G log and just drove around. Never asked for a specific stop and never stopped at a specific location. When one guy asked when do we get to G10 she just said "We've already past that". I have never seen anything like this in all my years at ABIA.
If these are the best people you can hire then ABIA is in a world of hurt and if you're paying them more that minimum wage then that's to much.
Desired outcome: Hire better people and people who half-way care.

Refund due to the airport shuttle issues.
To Whom it may concern,
We had a really interesting time trying to get to our flight on Sunday……. We had arrived at the Airport at 10:00 am 10-23-2022. We had rented a car from the Turo app. Checked the car in and went over to catch the shuttle to the airport main terminal. This was a 15 min wait plus dropping off with two spots before getting to the terminal. After getting off the shuttle, we stood in line to catch the shuttle to get to the South terminal to catch our flight with Allegant. It took 3 shuttles to get there and an hour in a half standing in the sun. By the time we got there is was to late to get on the flight. I would have been no big deal if I could of just rebooked a later flight. Unfortunately, Allegant only flies to Knoxville Tennessee Thursdays and Sundays. Tried to rebook on another flight with a different carrier. No luck. So, After spending 5 hours trying to figure out what to do. I was able to find the one room left in Austin TX. and a rental car. This is not the airlines fault or my fault. I am asking for you to send me a refund of the money I had to spend to stay until Thursday or some flight vultures.

in need of modernization
I think this is the worst airport in the US. Everything is old, including seats. Long security lines. No plugs for charging.
If you want to get to your car you forced to take a bus. The floor covering is dirty. Bathrooms are completely unhygienic.
Looks like no one cares about this airport modification and management. I was happy to leave it.
If you have an opportunity, pick a different airport.
