AuthenticateFirst Review: Quick and Easy Authentication Process, But Disappointing Certificate of Authentication
I gotta say, the process of getting my items authenticated with AuthenticateFirst was a breeze. They were quick to respond to all my questions and were really friendly about it too. Can't complain about that at all, it was superb!
But, and this is a big but, I was pretty disappointed with the Certificate of Authentication they sent me. It straight up says "Not valid for Paypal or other disputes." Now, as a seller, this is a major red flag. It's like they're giving scammers on eBay an easy way to say that my stuff is fake. I mean, why even bother getting my items verified if the paperwork they give me leaves me wide open for an SNAD case? It's like they're saying "Yeah, we think it's real, but you can't use this COA to file any disputes."
If I were a buyer and saw this on an auction, I'd be steering clear. To me, it's like they're saying that this paperwork isn't even meant to validate the authenticity of the item.
I asked for a COA, plain and simple. I didn't pay for a COA that basically says "This is not to be used for disputes." And if they were gonna put that statement on there, they should have let me know beforehand. If I had known, I wouldn't have even bothered with their service.
Overall, I'd say AuthenticateFirst is great if you're just looking for a quick and easy authentication process. But if you're a seller like me, be wary of the COA they give you. It might not be worth the risk.
Authenticatefirst: Fast and Reliable Luxury Item Authentication Service
I was so hyped to buy my Louis Vuitton Multicolore Monogram white marakumi Takashi(2004) speedy 30 in white, but I got it off Kijiji and you know how it is, there's always a bit of doubt when it comes to authenticity if you're not buying it straight from the Louis Vuitton store. So I decided to hit up Authenticatefirst and they were able to give me the peace of mind I needed by authenticating my piece as legit... I mean, I did have to do a photo authentication, but I sent them over 60 photos from all sorts of angles and lighting, close and far, to make sure they could really get a good look at it. And they were able to confirm that it was the real deal! But what really blew me away was that they got it done in just 6 hours! That's some speedy service right there! I would definitely recommend Authenticatefirst to anyone who needs their luxury item authenticated ASAP. And their prices are totally fair too! I plan on using them for all my Rolex, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton items from now on. They've got my loyalty for sure!
Thanks so much!
Lance.
AuthenticateFirst Review: Not the Be-All, Know-All of Product Authentication
AuthenticateFirst is a company that claims to be able to authenticate products, but it seems like they don't know everything about every product out there. I had a bad experience with them when they made an error on my David Yurman jewelry pieces. They didn't have the requisite knowledge about the different types of items that DY makes for retail outlets and specialty causes or groups. They are not the be-all, know-all of every item out there.
I decided to take my items directly to a huge DY retail store where an experienced older gentleman explained all the iterations of the DY manufacturing plants and some of the items they scale down for affordability. He was particularly nice to me and was taken aback that someone would deny the authenticity of clearly authentic items.
So, the bottom line here is that AuthenticateFirst may or may not be a legitimate company, but they clearly don't know everything about everything. Sellers should avoid Tradesy because they have apparently been drinking the kool-aid. But they will not change their mind on anything even if you have proof of authenticity. My guess is there is some collusion (kickbacks?) between Tradesy and AuthenticateFirst.
Authenticate First: The Trusted Solution for Authenticating Luxury Items Online
I use Authenticate First to make sure that the luxury items I buy and sell online are the real deal. Getting a COA from a trusted business gives my buyers peace of mind, and it helps me make informed decisions about what I purchase for myself too.
I ain't got the money to buy luxury items at full price, and I definitely can't afford to buy a fake. But Authenticate First offers services starting at only $10, which is a small price to pay for the peace of mind it gives me. When I sell items, I upgrade my purchases to include a Certificate of Authenticity to help my buyers shop with confidence.
Other sites have asked me for as little as only 5 photos, but Authenticate First asked me for as many as I could provide. It makes me feel good to know that they are extremely detailed and thorough in the process. They would rather ask you for more photos and take their time than make a mistake on your item. I trust businesses that care more about accuracy than speed.
Their service is pretty quick for what they do. If you work with them and follow their guidelines, they can deliver your authentication a lot more quickly.
For the price, speed, and accuracy they provide, I am extremely impressed with their business. I'll definitely be coming back!
Authenticate First: The Ultimate Solution for Authenticity Verification
I recently used Authenticate First to check if an item I had was a fake. I was really worried about it because it looked so real, but it had a weird smell that made me suspicious. I was so relieved when I found out that Authenticate First could help me.
The service was amazing. Gina, one of their experts, looked at every detail of the item and gave me a really detailed report. She knew so much about the logos, packaging, and other things that I would never have noticed. The report was even better than I expected because it found even more problems than I did.
I was in a hurry to get the report because I needed it for legal reasons. I chose the rush service and the extended report, and Authenticate First did not disappoint. They gave me the report in less than 12 hours, which was really impressive. They were so professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
If you're worried about an item you have, I would definitely recommend Authenticate First. They will give you the peace of mind you need.
AuthenticateFirst Review: Lack of Integrity and Unreliable Services
I recently had an experience with AuthenticateFirst and I have to say, it was not a positive one. I was initially drawn to the site because they claim to have "2 experts" who authenticate luxury items. However, I soon found out that these so-called experts were not worth my time or money.
First of all, I paid for a service that I did not receive. AuthenticateFirst failed to provide me with half of what I paid for, which was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, they deemed my bag as real when it was actually faux. I had to return the bag to the site I bought it from and they confirmed that it was indeed fake.
Another issue I had with AuthenticateFirst is that they do not disclose everything on their Instagram page. They type "this letter cannot be used for PayPal or other dispute" on their "Certificate of Authentication," which is both illegal and incorrect. This is something that they conveniently leave out when advertising their services.
Overall, I would not recommend AuthenticateFirst to anyone. They lack integrity and their services are not worth the money. It's important to do your research and find a reputable company that you can trust. Don't be fooled by their claims of having "experts" who can authenticate luxury items.
Authenticate First Review: Reliable Online Authentication Service for Designer Items
I was pretty worried about buying a fancy designer purse from The Real Real consignment store. I saw a bunch of posts from other reviewers saying they got sold fake stuff that was supposed to be real. The Real Real (I'll write a review about them later when I get my order) took a while to get back to me, so I decided to use this online authentication company called Authenticate First (AF). They got really good reviews on other forums (not Site Jabber though, I don't know what those other two reviewers were talking about - did they even use AF?) and they work with a seller that I trust. I think it's really important to get stuff checked out by a third party before you buy anything second-hand.
Anyway, I paid $10 for the non-expedited service from AF and sent them a link to the item on The Real Real's website. I did a ton of research and I was pretty sure it was real, but I wanted to be sure. I placed the order on a Thursday night (after business hours) and AF said it would take two business days to get back to me (so I figured I'd hear back on Monday). But to my surprise, I got an email from them on Saturday afternoon saying that the item was authentic! This made me feel a lot better about buying the purse I'd been eyeing for a while.
I didn't actually call AF's customer service, so I can't say anything about that. But I think it's really impressive when a company can get everything done smoothly and efficiently without you having to talk to anyone. Thanks, AF, for making this a great experience. I'll definitely use your service again in the future.
Review: Authenticatefirst.com - Reliable Handbag Authentication Services
Authenticatefirst.com is a website that offers a variety of services to help you verify the authenticity of your handbag or a handbag you are interested in purchasing. I personally used their basic photo authentication service for a Chanel bag that I wanted to buy. I chose this company because they have a lot of experience in offering these services and I trust that they are one of the more reliable companies out there.
Their website has a handy photo-uploader tool that makes it easy to upload your pictures and helps them to proceed with the authentication process as quickly as possible. As soon as I uploaded my pictures, I received a confirmation email stating that my photos were received successfully and that the authentication process was in progress.
Within the estimated 2-day turnaround time, Authenticatefirst sent me the authentication I needed for my bag. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this standard service to anyone who is looking for some additional peace of mind before purchasing a designer bag, whether online or in a boutique with preloved items.
In addition to the basic photo authentication service, Authenticatefirst also provides more detailed authentications and certificates for the purposes of a dispute procedure at PayPal or a credit card company. Prices start at $10 for the standard email authentication and may vary depending on the type of service you seek and the type of item you would like to submit for review by their experts. There is a page on their website that provides a very clear overview of the applicable fees.
I paid $10 for my email authentication and I think it's a fair fee, considering I received my authentication quickly without having to chase or send out reminders. My communications with the company through email were proactive, polite, and quick, which is very important to me. I've broken off plenty of deals due to flaky companies or sellers.
If I ever decide to buy another expensive preloved bag, I will definitely be back to have it reviewed by Authenticatefirst before making my purchase. Thanks!
AuthenticateFirst Review: Uneducated and Poor Service, Misrepresented as Experts
I recently tried out AuthenticateFirst, hoping to get some authenticity and history for my vintage bag. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed with the service. It felt like a fast food chain, just trying to survive off of quick turnarounds and lack of quality supply. The person responding to my inquiries was not someone I would ever want to back me up, whether my purse was a Hermes or a Prada. Their response was uneducated and poor, and I felt like I wasted my money on their "opinion."
When I received my results, I was shocked to see that they claimed my Gucci bag was fake. They even claimed to have had two Gucci experts review it, which seemed unlikely. I was left with no detailing, no explanation, and no satisfaction. It felt like a scam, and I was lucky to have saved 15K by not taking their opinion as a certificate.
I would advise anyone considering AuthenticateFirst to go with "THEY" instead. It's not worth paying for this liability fallback, especially when they misrepresent themselves as experts. I'm sorry to anyone who lost money on their opinions, but let's help each other out and avoid this scam.
Unprofessional and Disrespectful: My Experience with AuthenticateFirst
I recently used AuthenticateFirst to authenticate an item, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I have used their website and services before, but this time, the representative was extremely rude to me. I had already uploaded the required images for authentication examination, but the representative contested that I had not uploaded them. I explained that the website was having errors while I was uploading, and in the end, it showed that the images were there and available for me to preview. However, the representative did not believe me and accused me of making a false claim.
I was frustrated because I had paid for the service, and without the images, there could be no authentication. I felt like it was fraudulent to accept my money but not accept the uploaded photos of the item. The representative became irate and spoke to me unprofessionally. I asked to speak to a manager, but it took two days for them to respond to me. When they did respond, they told me that the images were not showing up on their end.
To my surprise, the representative who responded to me claimed to be the owner of the company. They continued to disrespect me and told me to take my business elsewhere. They even threatened to ban me from using their service. I was shocked that the owner of a company could treat their customers so poorly.
I emailed the company to explain my experience and let them know that the representative was highly unprofessional and threatened to ban my account. The response I received confirmed that the representative was the owner and that they would not be refunding my past orders or authenticating my items in the future.
I have all the emails and screenshots associated with this situation as proof of their misconduct and unprofessionalism. I would advise anyone looking to use a professional authentication service to think twice before using AuthenticateFirst. They have proven to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. I hope this review helps others avoid the stress and money that I experienced.
AuthenticateFirst Complaints 15
They falsely authenticated a fake Gucci bag on goodwillfinds.com
They claimed a Gucci boat pochette bag was authentic when I received it it was clearly a FAKE!
1) The strap was too short for this particular style bag.
2) leather was faux leather not Gucci’s signature pebble leather
3) The font on the inside tag is not Gucci’s signature font.
I’m waiting to hear back from GWF for a refund. Typically all purchases are final sale. I’m hoping they will honor my refund request due to false advertising and the inconvenience.
Authenticatefirst Failed Me: My YSL College Bag Was Declared Authentic, But It Was a Fake
I spent a whopping $1700 on a YSL College Bag from a year ago, which I had authenticated by authenticatefirst. I sent them some photos of the bag, but I forgot to include the serial code. However, they didn't even bother to ask for it and still declared that my bag was authentic. I was overjoyed and thought I had made a great purchase.
But then, when I tried to sell the bag, the buyer told me that it was a fake. I was shocked and didn't know what to do. I decided to reauthenticate the bag, and to my dismay, it was indeed a counterfeit. I was devastated and felt like I had been ripped off.
I tried to contact authenticatefirst through email, but they don't even have a phone number. I received two messages from someone named "Gina," which seemed like they were automated. They both said the same thing: "We stand behind our expert's opinion that the bag is authentic." I was furious and felt like they didn't even care about my situation.
I lost $1700 out of my own pocket, and I will never use authenticatefirst again. I have found better services that are faster and more accurate. It's a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way, but I hope that others will be more cautious when using this service.
AuthenticateFirst Review: Total Disaster and Incompetence - Don't Use Them!
I gotta say, my experience with AuthenticateFirst was a total disaster. They messed up big time and now I'm out over $2,000 because of their incompetence. Sure, they refunded me my money, but the damage was already done. I had already paid the seller and now my credit card company is coming after me because of AuthenticateFirst's mistake. They promised to send me a document so I could dispute the charge, but that never came through. They straight up lied to me.
I'm not one to just sit back and take it, though. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I'm taking legal action against them. They need to be held accountable for their actions. I mean, come on, how hard is it to authenticate a product? Apparently, it's too hard for them.
Ladies, if you're thinking about using AuthenticateFirst, I highly recommend you check out their reviews and complaints first. These guys are scammers and they don't care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

AuthenticateFirst Failed Me: A Warning Against Using Their Services
I recently bought a Valentino rockstud spike bag from a reseller and wanted to make sure it was authentic. I found AuthenticateFirst online and sent them pictures of the bag from every angle, including the box, dustbag, and tags. I thought I was being thorough and careful.
However, when I took the bag to a consignment company this week, they questioned its authenticity. I was shocked and upset. I had spent a lot of money on this bag and wanted to make sure it was the real deal. So, I decided to have it professionally authenticated in person and by another online authentication company.
To my dismay, both of them concluded that the bag was counterfeit. I was devastated. I had trusted AuthenticateFirst to give me an accurate assessment of the bag's authenticity, but they had failed me. I am now out thousands of dollars because of their negligence.
When I contacted AuthenticateFirst about their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto me. They claimed that their assessment was just an "opinion" and that they couldn't be held responsible for any mistakes. I was furious. I had paid them for a service, and they had failed to deliver.
In my opinion, AuthenticateFirst clearly doesn't know what they're doing. They're quick to take your money, but they don't do enough research on the products they're authenticating. Counterfeit bags are a huge problem in the luxury market, and companies like AuthenticateFirst are only making it worse. I would not recommend using their services.
Disappointing Experience with AuthenticateFirst for Christian Dior Belt Authentication
I recently used AuthenticateFirst to authenticate a Christian Dior belt that I purchased online. The process was fairly straightforward, as they required specific photos of the belt, including the Christian Dior logo on the inside and the word "PARIS" clearly visible. I submitted all the required photos on my first attempt.
However, I was surprised to receive a request for a picture of the serial number, as Christian Dior belts do not have serial numbers. Additionally, they asked for a picture of the country of origin stamp, which they already had from my original submission. I tried to contact their customer service through the chat feature on their website, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.
To make matters worse, their email address, ***@authenticatefirst.com, did not work either. Any email I sent to that address bounced back to me. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and decided to try another authentication company.
I submitted the same exact pictures to another authentication company and received my results in just under 3 hours. I was disappointed with my experience with AuthenticateFirst and would not recommend them to others.
AuthenticateFirst Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency in Authentication Process
So, I recently had an experience with AuthenticateFirst and I have to say, it was not a pleasant one. I had a purse that was completely wrecked, but I wanted to see if the material could be repurposed. I sent it to AuthenticateFirst to get it authenticated, just to make sure it was a genuine Louis Vuitton bag. However, the company claimed that the bag was a fake and didn't provide any real explanations as to how they came to their conclusion. The customer service was impersonal and distant, which made me feel like they didn't really care about my concerns.
When I asked them twice for more information, all they said was that the "heat stamps, fonts, hardware and other markings are not consistent with the brand." I was really disappointed because I know I bought the purse brand new from an LV distributor, so I was hoping to get some clarity on whether or not I paid full price for a fake. But it seems like AuthenticateFirst didn't have time for that. :)
Overall, I wouldn't recommend AuthenticateFirst to anyone looking to get their items authenticated. The lack of transparency and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation as to why they thought my bag was a fake. It's important to have trust in the companies we work with, and unfortunately, AuthenticateFirst didn't earn my trust.
AuthenticateFirst: The Ultimate Solution for Authentic Designer Bags
So, I was browsing the internet and stumbled upon a website called AuthenticateFirst (authenticatefirst.com). I was intrigued because I have a passion for designer bags, especially Louis Vuitton. I have been collecting them for five years now and I know a thing or two about what to look for in an authentic bag.
Recently, I came across a vintage Louis Vuitton golf bag that was being sold online. However, I could tell right away that it was a replica. The monogram logos were not aligned, the stitching was off, and the hardware was not up to Louis Vuitton's standards. But the biggest giveaway was the heat stamp. It was not one that Louis Vuitton would use. Any true LV lover would know this.
This is where AuthenticateFirst comes in. They specialize in authenticating designer bags and accessories. I decided to give them a try and sent them a few of my bags to authenticate. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They were quick to respond and provided me with a detailed report on each bag. They even gave me tips on what to look for in the future when buying bags online.
I highly recommend AuthenticateFirst to anyone who is looking to buy or sell designer bags. They are experts in their field and will give you peace of mind knowing that your bag is authentic. Don't be fooled by replicas, they are not worth the money. Trust me, I have seen some horrible fakes in my time.
In conclusion, I am grateful for AuthenticateFirst and their service. They have saved me from making a costly mistake in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. If you are a true Louis Vuitton lover like me, you know how important it is to have an authentic bag. Don't settle for anything less.
AuthenticateFirst: Impressive Authentication Skills, But Communication Needs Improvement
I recently used AuthenticateFirst to authenticate a bag that I purchased online. I was a bit skeptical about the authenticity of the bag, so I decided to put their skills to the test. I sent in a bag that I personally bought from a department store just to see if they knew what they were talking about. To my surprise, they told me that the bag I bought was a fake! I was shocked and disappointed because I had already accepted the other bag and at this point, I couldn't get a refund. I am currently in the dispute process with my bank to try and get my money back.
I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about how they were able to authenticate items via email. However, after seeing their work firsthand, I am convinced that they know what they are doing. They were able to spot the differences between a real and fake bag just by looking at pictures. I was impressed!
However, I do have to say that their communication could use some improvement. I received a comment from them below that was a bit rude and unprofessional. I understand that they may be frustrated with customers who don't believe their findings, but that is no excuse to speak to someone in that manner. They should be more understanding and patient with their customers.
Overall, I would recommend AuthenticateFirst to anyone who needs an item authenticated. Just be aware that their communication may not be the best, but their skills are definitely top-notch.
Unprofessional and Misleading: My Experience with AuthenticateFirst's Purse Authentication Services
This company, AuthenticateFirst, is quite ridiculous and unprofessional. They seem to be clueless when it comes to authenticating purses. I recently purchased a Prada backpack online and decided to send them pictures so they could authenticate it for me. However, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't provide me with any feedback or updates on the status of my backpack. I had to go on their website to check and found out that they had already posted that it was authentic without notifying me.
Although they claimed that my backpack was authentic, there were certain things that raised red flags for me and made me believe that it was fake. I informed them of my concerns, but they simply assumed that the seller had gotten it repaired. I even went as far as asking the owner if the bag had ever been repaired, but it turned out that it had not. Despite this, AuthenticateFirst still insisted that it was repaired instead of admitting that it was a fake. As a result, I was unable to get my money back.
This experience has taught me to do more research before buying preloved items and to never use AuthenticateFirst again. It seems like they were just trying to cover up their lies by claiming that a fake bag was authentic. It's a shame that they couldn't be more honest and transparent with their customers.
Disappointing Experience with AuthenticateFirst's Authentication Service
I reached out to AuthenticateFirst on January 22, 2018 to authenticate my Chanel bag. I let them know right away that the bag did not have a code or card, but they assured me that they could still help. I sent them many pictures of the bag, but also mentioned in other emails that it did not have any holograms. They kept asking for more pictures, which I found frustrating. Every time I sent more pictures, I asked for confirmation that they received them because I wanted to make sure I sent the right and necessary pictures. Unfortunately, it took them a few days to respond each time. They kept telling me that it was not an easy process and that they needed more pictures.
Eventually, I received an email from them saying that they were not able to authenticate the bag without a hologram and the "Made in France" sign. I found this frustrating because it seemed like a very simple question from the beginning of the process. In the end, I received an email from them about a refund, but they only refunded part of the money. I was disappointed with the service I received from AuthenticateFirst. It felt like I was dealing with a machine that kept responding with the same messages, such as "need more pics" and "not easy process." I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a fast and reliable authentication service.
AuthenticateFirst Review: Inconsistent Results and Poor Customer Service for Gucci Products
I recently used AuthenticateFirst to check the authenticity of my Gucci bag. At first, I was pleased with the results as it showed that my bag was indeed authentic. However, I decided to test it out by submitting another picture of the same bag, and to my surprise, the result came back as inauthentic. I was confused and frustrated, so I reached out to their customer service team to address the issue.
Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was not great. They seemed unprofessional and did not handle my concerns properly. When I brought up the issue with the conflicting results, they simply erased the results of my first submission without any explanation. I was disappointed that they did not take my concerns seriously and did not provide a satisfactory resolution.
I understand that AuthenticateFirst offers authentication services for various brands, but I would not recommend using them for Gucci products. It seems that they may not have the expertise or knowledge necessary to accurately authenticate Gucci items. If you want to ensure that your Gucci product is authentic, it would be best to seek out a specialized authentication service.
UPDATE: After I emailed AuthenticateFirst expressing my disappointment and provided additional certificates to prove the authenticity of my bag, they responded with an explanation that the two pictures I submitted were of different bags. However, I had purchased both bags together, so I was confused as to why they would delete my previous results and lock my account. I attempted to contact them via phone, but was unable to reach anyone. Overall, my experience with AuthenticateFirst has been frustrating and unprofessional.
scam. no professionals or experts on authenticating
I went to this website (authenticate first) to authenticate a Chanel Bag I was interested to purchase. On the order page of their website they advertise a portion for documents and notes which needed to be filled out after the inspection as part of the service to prove that they actually did an inspection. None of that was provided, so I tried to reach out to them on their chat option, which didnt work, Facebook Message, and email with no responses. When I wasnt able to reach anyone I filed a dispute, with Paypal and then the owner of the company finally responded to my email claiming i am "stealing company secrets". Clearly this is not a legitimate website to authenticate, and there are no real experts here because they refuse to provide me with proof of an inspection. Even their website is even defective.
1. ORDER COMPLETED- Order is showing "completed", but no documents or comments are written where theyre advertised to be
2. DEFECTIVE CHAT : When clicking the chat button, it leads to a blank page 3. ERROR PAGE: When clicking the companys contact page, it directs to an error page
4. EMAIL FROM THEM: The owner embarrassed the company even more by accusing me of "trying to steal company secrets" just because I asked for proof of authentication or something.
5. ACCOUNT SUSPENDED: They suspended my account to prevent me from showing Paypal proof but thankfully I already saved all these beforehand. WHAT A JOKE
6. COMPLAINTS BOARD: A couple months ago someone exposed this company for fraud on this site because they do this to everyone. BEWARE
Authentication Expedited
I paid for an authentication review along with and extra $20 for expedited service which is 24 or less, stated by them, I reached out numerous times without reply when it wasn't within the time frame, it wasn't until I said I was going to reach out to PayPal for a dispute that they wrote back, upset that I would call this a scam and SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT.
DO NOT USE.. there are other numerous sites to have your things authenticated and for cheaper than they charge! All these other reviews have 5stars because they have emailed saying if you leave a 5star review you could have a FREE AUTHENTICATION!
In addition, I had had this expedited because I had three days to see if they were authentic or not so I could submit a return claim. Since I did not get the service I paid for I am now out of time to return if my item was not authentic
Fraud, no experts, theft, reported to fbi
I paid authenticatefirst.com to provide authentication for my bag seen here: http://ukandworldnews.com/2016/06/rare-vintage-hermes-ostrich-35cms-birkin-handbag/ over 40x points shows the bag to be genuine, real, Authentic. After paying authenticatefirst.com 115$ they took their time, had to chase them, she wrote back stating bag is fake! No so called...

Don’t buy from www.authenticatefirst.com. I didn’t find any reviews about this company, so I decided to purchase from them. I placed the order and was charged on the same day, but the order hasn’t been shipped. Within a week I waited for the email about the shipping details, but nothing. I wrote couple of emails, but the seller kept silence. I need someone’s advice, because I have no idea what to do next.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
