I copped a slick 2016 ride from Auto Outlets USA, Inc. back in November . My homie Rick B. told me that I'd get the owner's manual for the whip, but it's been a brick and I ain't got nothin'. Rick B. ain't respondin' neither. Straight up bogus move, Auto Outlets USA. #disappointed

Bout a 2016 *** frm Auto Outlets USA, Inc. Noticed tires waring down mid-winter, took to a mech, needed controls arms - dealer confirmed, paid 731$, front tires replaced. Took to mech, needs motor mounts, gas filter, cabin filter, plugs - 670$, warranty covers 360$. Salesman said no problems, but paid 1400$ for repairs that should've been covered. Paid 9995$ + ext. warranty, now valued at 8k. Need a car that won't suck my money.

I bought a car from Auto Outlets USA, Inc. Then, I brought it to them for some repair as somebody from outside diagnosed it with a head gasket problem. However, they treated it like nothing and repaired something else instead. After a couple of months, the same issue cropped back up. I returned and they attempted to find out the problem, but their findings were not correct. Finally, it was found that the first diagnosis made by the customer (me) was in fact, correct and required attention. But, as they didn't take care of it earlier, the warranty company isn't going to pay for the repair which occurred due to another component getting worsened.

I got a car from Auto Outlets USA, Inc. less than a year ago and now I ain't got no wheels because of a bad gearbox. Thing is, I had a similar deal six years ago when I bought another car from them. That time, the gearbox conked out after just a week. This means I gotta cough up the cash for the repairs and keep paying for a car that's just sitting there while they sort it out, and they ain't even given me a loaner car. This ain't just a lemon car - I mean, it's happened twice now! And, it ain't just me - my dad and some other folks who bought cars from them have had the same trouble. This dealership claims they do a 119 point inspection, but I ain't seeing any evidence of that! And if you don't get the extended warranty, you're gonna have to pay outta yer own pocket or you'll have a car you can't use. My car's been in their garage for two weeks now and they still ain't started fixin' it.
