The service center at Peterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is dope. They keep track of all my oil changes and give me a heads up when I gotta get some maintenance done on my ride.

Peterson motors is the bomb! They gave us the best service ever! The peeps in the service department were so nice and treated us like royalty. They even followed up with us to make sure everything was good. We totally recommend them for buying a car and getting it serviced.

Don't recommend this dealership. Bad business practices, policies, and discrimination. Sales managers are rude and disrespectful, wasting your time. They sold the car I was buying while I was waiting and my credit was still being checked. Someone else test drove it and suddenly it was their car. Talked to their marketing person who posted the wrong phone number three times and said it's policy to take a car off the lot once it's in contract, even though the other person didn't finish the application. Other Peterson dealerships are better. Avoid this one and go somewhere else!

I traded my car on May 13th, 2022. On June 21st, the check engine light came on, so I called the service department. They said it wasn't an emergency because the light wasn't blinking and scheduled an appointment for July 14th. The next day, the engine sounded weird, so I took it to Oreilly, and they diagnosed it with P0300, multiple cylinder misfire, immediate repair needed, emergency. I brought it in on June 23rd, but they didn't offer me a loaner car. They said they would update me on the issue. A few days later, they said a technician looked at it and found nothing. The service provider said he wasn't confident in that technician's skills, so he asked another tech to look at it. On June 27th, I was told it would be another day or two, but I haven't heard anything since. I went to the service department on July 2nd and asked the supervisor what was going on. He said they sent a new technician to look at it. Now, I have to wait another weekend plus Monday (4th of July) without a car and no answers. I'm frustrated because of the lack of communication and kindness. I've been patient and understanding, but I'm being treated poorly. I reached out to the , and I hope they understand that their service department is lacking in hospitality. I had to cancel appointments and work because of this. It's unfair. I'm considering taking my car to another mechanic and sending the *** to Peterson. This car has a 90-day warranty, and I've been a loyal customer, but I'll take my money elsewhere because of this treatment.
