The service here was great, until it wasn't. We spoke to a sales representative, were working on getting financing, and even spoke to an older gentleman IN financing, but were then informed that we had to get some more information. We ended up leaving the dealership, and I tried to get back in touch with them via: phone, the live chat on their website, *ANDemailing directly. It has been over two weeks with ME reaching out multiple times and receiving ZERO correspondence in return. My wife and I were ready to get our next vehicle at this dealership, but it looks like we will have to go elsewhere.

I was led there by the old Bait and switch, did all the negotiations, settled on a price for a brand new car, I get there after I acquired insurance for that vehicle which they provided the vin number for, and it turned out to be a demo with over 2000 miles on it, and a nail in the tire, now mind you, this is after they ran my credit three times, and since the price was for a new car, and that was the only model they had, I left, and went to another dealership, to only find out that after I left, them no good dirty [censored] they ran my credit eleven more times without my permission just to make sure that my credit score dropped, and to assure that I cannot buy from any other dealer.
This place is a joke. I sold my 2017 Challenger for a car for my son. I was looking at a 2017 Passat and they wouldn't make deal because it was just put on their lot. I test drove and loved it. They pushed a 2015 Passat on me instead. Looked like the same car so i said sure. I walked out to car and checked it out. Looked good. So I got it. Well car had a tire pressure light on and they couldn't fix. They told me to take to Volkswagen dealer in Gurnee. I drove off the lot and the underneath was making a bang noise. A week goes by and I finally get into the shop. They tightened a ball joint allegedly and front end was now out of alinement. They refuse to call me back or give me parts to fix. Ricky ***, Kevin ***, Chris *** are all jokes. They are unprofessional and don't care about the cars they sale. They sale crap cars and don't email anyone back. Pathetic. I do not recommend buying anything from these guys.

I am from a non-disclosed location and recently purchased a vehicle from Rob Rohram
I am from a non-disclosed location and recently purchased a vehicle from Rob Rohram Schaumburg KIA. I was assured that they sell to out-of-state people all the time and I wouldn't have any issues. Unfortunately, after paying $438 for this dealership to handle the paperwork, I'm left without plates. I either want my money back to manage it myself or for them to secure my title and plates. I have contacted the business manager, who has inappropriately shifted the responsibility to me. The local DMV has no record of the paperwork.

I have purchased the vehicle in February at this dealership
I have purchased the vehicle in February at this dealership. During the purchase of the vehicle, I was given a "We Owe" document that stated that I will receive a $200 gas card upon full payment of this vehicle. The vehicle has been fully paid off at the dealership on March 21st. During the payment, I was informed that I will receive details on how to get this card in about a week. To this date, I have not received the card. All the calls and emails have gone ignored as well. Also, no one at the dealership knows the status of if or when the title was requested from the dmv and the status.

Date of Transaction: 3/26 Amount Paid: $374.30 ($349.00+tax) Nature of Dispute: Finance Manager, Mark Anderson, modified retail purchase agreement without my consent. When my husband left the dealership to care for our child, Mark Anderson added a "PIVOTAL SECURITY" charge to our agreement without our consent. Desired resolution: This undisclosed charge shall be refunded in FULL. FULL refund shall include the cost of the item AND the tax paid by me, the customer. Bob Rohrman *** has been in contact with us, but has not offered a resolution to the problem. We have not been given any tracking numbers or receipts.
Went into the dealership July 16th to finance a vehicle. After finding a vehicle and filling out all of the paperwork, I paid $3500 as a down payment and signed paperwork to leave with the car. After the next week and leading up to today, the sales rep was in constant contact with me via text stating that the sale was rejected according to the financing company, and that I was to return the car. During this time, constant requests for bank statements which I provided. I personally called the finance company and got my employment verified as well as confirmation that everything pertaining to their responsibilities was fulfilled and that I was good to go, it was now up to the dealership. On 8/6, my boss got a call at 5 a.m stating that I was to bring the car back or face going to jail for the vehicle being stolen. They proceeded to call my pregnant spouse, yet made no direct contact with me. Refused to give full refund once the car was returned & stated a repo fee was owed as well.

Purchased a car under my name for my daughter who is working on a temporary work contract as a nurse in ** due to the pandemic
Purchased a car under my name for my daughter who is working on a temporary work contract as a nurse in *** due to the pandemic. I was a CA resident but the car was going to stay in IL with my daughter while she finished her work contract (10). The seller knew that the car would be in IL until then and would later be driven to CA, if my daughter did not need to renew her work contract. Because I was in CA, they let my daughter take the car without a contract but agreed on a deal. They then tried to call and say that they gave her the wrong vehicle and wanted to charge more money. But supposedly agreed to give her the more expensive car for the agreed price. After not being able to register the vehicle in CA, they called again and tried to get me to sign ANOTHER contract adding my daughter so they can register in IL. Although Im now in IL they refuse to give me the documents related to my car, smog emissions, taxes paid, *** of sale, etc

On April 7th 2022 I purchased a vehicle from this dealer ship
On April 7th 2022 I purchased a vehicle from this dealer ship. They told me they installed a LoJack device in this vehicle for $550.00. The dealership sent me a link to down load an app and a *** number to enter to activate this device. After doing so the app stated "No LoJack device installed, A hardware device is included with your LoJack serviced and is required to utilize some features. Schedule a free install with *** KIA *** The finance manager stated the unit was installed and ready to be activated when we picked up this vehicle. The dealership never asked us if we wanted it they just installed it. Thinking I might get an insurance break I went with it. After more than a dozen attempts to contact the dealership to get this problem resolved, no one at the dealer ship will return a phone call, email, or text message. I called LoJack and asked them how this unit works and they told me it should go active as soon as the *** is entered. When LoJack was given my vehicle VIN Number no such vehicle is registered with them. *** is the Finance Manager and is one of the people who refuses to return messages. His cell number is *** and his email is ***@***. I am trying Complaintsboard.com first before I file a small claims action for this issue. At tis point I am looking for my money back on the LoJack unit purchase only, everything else with this sale is ok.

We purchased a car on 4/20/2022
We purchased a car on 4/20/2022. The exact model we wanted was the 2023 *** sportage sx prestige AWD. Someone from the dealership called us and said they have the exact car for us with *** dollar premium fee, so we went there to make a deal. When we went there, they told *** the car is available for us in three weeks which is fine for . I asked them multiple times if it is an AWD instead of FWD before purchasing it, and they told *** it is an AWD. Also, the price was what we expected and was around *** dollar premium fee as an AWD. The dealer explained to us about the additional coating and lojack was part of the *** dollar premium fee. After coming home around 9pm, I looked through the documents to see if everything is correct. I found out they didnt give us a window sticker and AWD was nowhere to be found in the documents. After a few days, I tried calling multiple times to see if the order is going correctly with the same AWD model, but no response. After two weeks, I got an email telling me the car is ready but as a FWD. I was so shocked. So, I called them at least 10 times for them to finally tell me they have the exact car ready. I emphasized if its an AWD. They said Yes. I came to the dealership trying to pick up the car, but the car is FWD. So, we complained for 2 hours for not giving us the exact car when we clearly asked for an AWD and coating+lojack being included in the *** dollar. But it turns out, they actually put us in a *** dollar premium including the coating and lojack because they gave *** a FWD. AWD is about *** dollar more expensive than FWD. We didnt agree to have a *** dollar premium in the first place. If it was, then we would take out the coating and lojack from the beginning. After the argument, they agreed to deliver us a check to refund us the coating in two weeks but we didnt receive anything after 4 weeks. We tried to call multiple times, but it was always the same routine: will call us back and never does.

A deceptive practice the dealership hides in the purchase of a vehicle
A deceptive practice the dealership hides in the purchase of a vehicle. Arrived at the dealership at 6:01 and they close at 6 but coming from 87 miles away and agreeing to the negotiated price they waited for me. My sales person, ***, is a new inexperienced employee and was trying to close quickly. There was a problem I was trying to solve on the phone with geico about the required insurance proof as the card I had was an old one but geico was going to fax one over but *** said they would just put a current dat which they did wrong and continue selling without current proof of insurance. *** talked to my wife while was on the phone and when I got off the phone he informed me that they would make it work and not wait on geico. He never discussed the charges just the agreed price of the car and took us to the financial guy,*** was flying through typing in documents and asked if the agreed price was *** and tax title doc fee and I agreed. He said they add LoJack to all the cars in all their dealerships and I said that was nice although living in the country we don't have a need but never mentioned there is a cost. He finished the 8 or 10 pages and it is now 6:50 and we were ready to leave and drive the 2 hours home. *** hands us one sheet at a time , never going over the individual charges on the purchase agreement assuming he explained everything, never assume, and signed the documents and left. Couple days later I looked over papers and realized they charged for LoJack at *** and was told on the phone that the product is in fees. I said I was unaware of the cost and it's a product not a fee and they said yes they should look into showing as a dealer installed option but would not do anything about it. I offered to pay their cost but with the closing process being what it was and the deception in closing and nondisclosure that they should not profit and refund the difference. They refused to do anything which I feel is wrong.

I traded in a 2018 f150 for a 2017 dodge charger 12/21. I have been repeatedly contacted by bank that the truck loan is coming up being 30 days late. Could not get any answers over phone. Drove to the dealership, talked to Lovell *** sales manager. He said he would look into and give me a call by 1pm the next day. He lied and never called, I called at 3:45p 1/15 and of course he wouldn't pickup and voicemail box is full. I drove to dealership again and talked to Lovell *** again and told the payoff was sent that day and to trust him it was taken care of. There is no proof it was and I'm supposed to trust a liar who doesn't call and won't answer his phone. Bmo Harris (truck loan holder) says I have 4 days till there going to report loan payment 30 days late which will hurt my 800+ credit rating. Take your business elsewhere. I've bought and traded more than 20 vehicles and this is the worst dealership ever.
