I purchased $75 worth of equipment(order # ***) on 2/27. To this day I have not been notified when it will be shipped and they will not respond to my many inquiries about the status of my order.

Terrible customer service. Ordered from them a week ago and have heard nothing. My card has been charged and they don't respond to any email inquiries when you attempt to follow up with them. Worthless. Shop elsewhere

Ordered online 10 days ago. Emailed 3 times a week ago to enquire about the status of my order. Phoned. No one answered. Left a message. No order. No word. No response. No confirmation when I cancelled my order today.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order on April 10, per AZ pool supplies, it should have shipped on April 12, as of April 23 still not shipped. AZ did not return two phone calls, nor did they reply to an email. Order was cancelled via email, no conformation from AZ on the cancellation, and no refund.

I placed an order on the 13th with two day shipping. On the 16th I called and left a message. On the 17th I emailed. I have called multiple times, and left numerous messages. They do not return calls or emails. They will take your money but never ship your item or give a status update. It is impossible to get ahold of a live person.

Jaime L was great to work with. I live in Dallas and as you know during the recent freeze and power outages our brand new pool equipment was damaged and had to replace the Heater Manifold. I contacted AZ Pool Supplies and was able to secure the last one in stock. I highly recommend AZ Pool Supplies for your pool needs. Great service and products.

Ordered from them in February and credit card was immediately billed. Was told twice verbally that all of the parts were in stock and was verbally given two different shipping estimates. Now, they will not answer the phone (they are using an answering service according to the last person that I spoke with). The answering service say that will return the call but they aren't. I've tried sending email and they will not respond. I have simply asked for a status on the order with the understanding that the Texas storms have depleted inventories. Still nothing.

Left a review for Best Pool supplies didn't realize there the same company as AZ Pool and same disrespectful employee answered phone when I asked to check status of order. He asked what my name was and his comment was oh your the guy with 1 star review. The conversation changed he stated will see if your order will go out than hung up on me. Its not over he called back and started to argue with me about my review i stated he earned it and call ended with him calling me a mother F$*#@! I was simply calling to get status of order money in there hand but employee was more concerned about review so i cancelled.

Company flagrantly misstated their abilities where my account was concerned. From Day #1 I informed Pool and Spa Design Co that I am a homeowner with a residential property also in Los Angeles CA. I informed them that I wanted their help designing a pool, spa and entertainment deck on a sloped, hillside yard in the rear of my 3 story residential property. Jaime (Office Assistant) claimed at every step of my process that their company will design a pool, spa and entertainment deck that meets the requirements of my governing state agency, Los Angeles Dept. of Building and Safety (LADBS), she LIED! The Design Plans created by Pool and Spa Design Co. was substandard, does NOT meet the requirements for approval at LADBS and to prove they never intended the pool and spa design plans the were creating for me to be approved, is the fact that Pool and Spa Design created my design plans WITHOUT having the LADBS Bulletin which succinctly and with significant detail, sets forth exactly what is required for a pool and spa design plan to be approved and Pool and Spa Design Co NEVER HAD THAT CRITERIA IN THEIR POSSESSION WHEN DESIGNING MY POOL AND SPA DESIGNS! In fact, when I forwarded them a copy of the LADBS Bulletin they thanked me, letting me know that the information I provided was valuable information that they didn't possess!

A nightmare to deal with. Advertising items in stock which are not. This company is using this false advertising to get you to pay 34 dollars expedited shipping believing they can actually get it to you in 2 days. I ordered a part June 23. After a couple of days I got no response , no part, I called and got no answer. After another 3 days I got an email saying there was a "slight delay" . Over three weeks later when I still could not get them to keep me informed on progress and had to call and email. The part arrived . Yes , you guessed it ...they still charged me for the expedited shipping. The part was not measured correctly and was advertised as a two inch . there was no intake or output that measured two inches inside ring or out. They insisted I send pictures which I readily did. They then had a sales rep call and try to do a talk around saying I ordered the wrong part and if I wanted to return it it would cost a 15 dollar restock fee and they would not be returning my shipping charges . I pointed out that I sent pictures and he said oh ...but he would still have to charge a restock fee. I told him I refused to pay it but he charged my credit card for it anyway. I asked him to send a shipping label for return. He said he would .Over a week later I had to contact the store again as he " forgot" . I sent the part back and waited two weeks for a refund. AUGUST 23rd, I did not receive a full refund but had 35 dollars stolen from the amount I paid. I am calling paypal to warn them of this fraud. Now after 2 months it is to late in the season in Maine to use the outdoor spa so it was a waste of time , money and the small amount of pleasure we might have had this summer. Thanks but no thanks AZ Pool supplies.

This Pool Store is located in Scottsdale Arizona & I live in Peoria Arizona. After reading countless horror stories of Various Customers getting scammed by Multiple Pool Companies Online (Key Word: Multiple Pool Companies ... so I'm not including AZ Pool Supplies in that comment), I decided I would test this Local Pool Company & sure enough they failed the test. I desperately need a New Hayward Sand Filter as mine is damaged & their website shows exactly what I need as 'In Stock' & of course the price is $80 lower than through my regular Local Pool Company in Glendale. I call them up & explain to them that I live about 20 miles from Scottsdale & I want to come by & pick-up the part & I will pay for the part when I arrive. The lady puts me on hold for like 10 minutes & proceeds to tell me that the part is Out of Stock & cannot be ordered anywhere Nationwide. I told her she was incorrect as my Local Pool Store in Glendale can order the part right now (but they wanted $80 more). I then asked her if she really couldn't order the part for me or she just couldn't honor the $80 lower price? She couldn't answer that question & then my suspicions were confirmed that this Company (although probably does good business for things they have in stock) has a very poor website & they need to not allow people to order things that they don't have. This Company's Website was ready to take my Credit Card for something listed as 'In-Stock' but I would have eventually been given a refund (after they have my money for who knows how long) or been called / e-mailed to inform me of a wrong price listing & then sell me the Hayward Sand Filter at the same price I could have purchased it from my Local Pool Store. My advice to anyone reading this ... Don't buy Pool Parts Online from anyone! Buy parts from a Local Store that will physically hand you the merchandise. I'm giving this Company a Neutral 3-Star Rating as they have done nothing wrong to me but they need to take action & hire someone to update their website to avoid these types of unnecessary reviews. order number *** paid march 13 for over night pool part now march 19 can not even get in contact with company tried for days knowing 4 to 7 hour time zone difference

Company does not respond to any inquiries regarding orders for which they have charged my credit card. I have attempted to contact them via phone or email to no avail. Avoid this business at all costs.

placed an order on mar 12 order number *** for simple washers, called them 4 or 5 times, sent e-mails, and have not heard a thing back, obviousy i am not going to get my order so i want a refund and order canceled. have clled them and e-mailed them they promise to call back but never do, amount on order is

Ordered a part from this firm on March 1. Order # ***, which has been paid in full, however the part has never been shipped. I have called the firm twice and sent an email, but they refuse to return any form of communication advising me of the order status and when I can expect to have it filled and shipped.

Ordered an in stock pool part on 4/10. Order number ***. Nothing has been done with the order. Keep checking order status and has not been acknowledged even though I received an order confirmation. I have emailed the company and called several times with no response. Cancel the order if there is an issue- just be responsive. Seeing several complaints on *** of similar issues.

On Saturday March 20th, I ordered 4 laterals for my sand filter from the AZ pool supplies website. My order number for this order is ***. After not hearing any shipping details for 9 days I became curious on what the status of my order is. I called them at their phone number on their website, nobody ever answered the phone. I left several messages I received no response. I also emailed the company, some time later I got a seeming automated response that read "I apologize for the delay. This order will be shipping today." However I got no shipping details. I called the company again today, however they never answered the phone.
