Had great customer service, great install
Had great customer service, great install. We had the sapphire installed. Pool is 10 years old and still looks new! Highly recommend.
Excellent company
Excellent company. From Billy to Maria and all the help they have they are all terrific. Very responsive to questions. Workers work very hard. They are [protected]@:& clean up when they leave. Would highly recommend
We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who asks. We've had zero problems with any of the installation. We continue to use Pool Town for all of our openings and closings. From start to finish, everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous. We've had many, many happy pool days at the "***" as everyone likes to call it. All has been absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. Very satisfied customer.
After some research we decided to hire Pooltown to install our pool. From the start and dealing with our salesman Billy A, to the end and dealing with Leesa D, everyone on the Pooltown staff was professional and helpful. Pooltown is a one stop shop and I am glad we chose them to be the company who installed our pool.
I am just finishing up the construction of my pool; and Pool Town has been extremely professional, accommodating, and great to work with throughout the entire process. Even during the height of the pandemic, they moved to get my pool designed, dug, and built out. They were there for me every step of the way, making sure that all my questions were answered timely, and seeing that all township inspections took place quickly. The excavators, electricians, masons, waterfall designers, and office staff are wonderful and do a great job!
Pool Town was nothing but professional in all aspects of the construction of my pool
Pool Town was nothing but professional in all aspects of the construction of my pool. They were always so quick and responsive to any concerns and issues I had along the way. I am more than thrilled with our new pool and will definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about new pool construction
We are so happy with the installation of our in ground pool. Pool Town began the process with us in February and by early June we were enjoying our fabulous pool. We are so grateful and have been enjoying it all summer! Whenever we had any questions or help with our new pool, they were always available for us.
Our experience with PoolTown was excellent. From the initial visit and consultation in-store to the final inspection, the process was smooth and pleasant. The quality of the pool is beyond what we expected, and we have received many compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. Also, we still shopped around, and PoolTown definitely offers the most "bang for the buck," with the extras and incentives that were included

Pool Town lied to us from the beginning with the time frame it would take to build the pool
Pool Town lied to us from the beginning with the time frame it would take to build the pool. They promised us money off the pool each day it went over 45 days from permits obtained. Well, our pool was finally *** months later! They blamed every delay on ***, but most were man made errors and crazy delays. They never took money off the pool for being so late. They did nothing to make this better except give excuses. Do not use them! Go with a company that tells the truth and abides by the contract.
We started the pool process in the fall with the idea the pool would be completed by Memorial Day
We started the pool process in the fall with the idea the pool would be completed by Memorial Day. Even with the Covid-19 pandemic and unpredictable weather, Pool Town had the project completed by the first week of June. We highly recommend Pool Town as they always kept us informed and made the process as stress free as possible. Carl, the salesman, Laura, in charge of paperwork, and Maria, in charge of construction were a pleasure to deal with throughout the project. Our pool is amazing and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

The customer service is disgraceful
The customer service is disgraceful. There has been a hole in my yard for 2 months for a project that was supposed to take 3 weeks. Good luck getting someone on the phone to help you. Also cant find the name of someone actually in charge to speak to, which makes sense because it appears that a bunch of 10 year olds are in charge of customer service and running day to day operations. Right now we are in the process of scouring the contract to try and figure out how in the *** to salvage our money and get out of this mess without having to pay for a lawyer. In short: use ANY other company.
We are having pool town install an in the ground pool and if I could give them a zero I would!
We are having pool town install an in the ground pool and if I could give them a zero I would! They DO *** care about their customers at all! We have been dealing with them over a year and cant wait to be finished with them. *** had to call out of work because someone needed to be here for a worker only to be stood up. When we finally DO reach someone, its some lame excuse. Trying to reach someone is beyond frustrating! They dont return your phone calls/emails for days even weeks! I also learned during this that companies can alter their reviews hence why we only saw good ones for this company when we did our research. I can not stress enough to *** use this company! Please take your money, time and efforts and find a company that actually cares about its customers. You wont find that kind of customer service with Pool Town

They put in the project, but they didn't give me all the stuff I bought
They put in the project, but they didn't give me all the stuff I bought. They were supposed to give it to me on a certain day, but they didn't say anything. They cleaned the pool before it was done, and now there's some stuff on the liner that I can't get off. I can't clean it myself because they didn't give me all the stuff I need. They said they'll finish the pool by May 30, 2022, but they're not good at talking to me and I don't know what to do next to get my stuff. If you want, I can give you a list of the stuff they still owe me.
I got a pool from Pool Town and they said they'd take care of dirt removal for free if it's dumped in town
I got a pool from Pool Town and they said they'd take care of dirt removal for free if it's dumped in town. But then they hit me with a change order for $2400 after they dug the pool. I asked for a receipt and called and emailed, but John said they pay in cash so there's no receipt. I heard Chester say they make extra money by dumping dirt at free sites. I asked to talk to the owner but John said no. They won't finish the pool until I pay up. I'd pay if they showed me a real receipt, not just John's change order.
Pool town was supposed to manage the construction of our inground pool in Feb 2020
Pool town was supposed to manage the construction of our inground pool in Feb 2020. We thought they would handle everything, but it turned out to be a mess. They took our money but didn't fix an electrical permit issue, which caused a delay and cost us more money. We had to hire another electrician to fix it. Pool town didn't answer our calls or emails for almost two months, and when they finally did, they blamed the township inspector. We charged them back $2k for the time and money we lost because of their mistakes. They're now demanding payment and won't honor warranties until we pay in full, even though they didn't finish the job.

We are having Pool Town install an in-ground pool, and if I could rate them a zero, I would! They do not care about their customers at all! We have been dealing with them for over a year and can't wait to be finished with them. I've had to take time off work because someone needed to be here for a worker, only to be stood up. When we finally do reach someone, it's some lame excuse. Trying to reach someone is beyond frustrating! They don't return your phone calls or emails for days, even weeks! I also learned during this process that companies can alter their reviews, which explains why we only saw positive ones for this company when we did our research. I cannot stress enough to avoid using this company! Please take your money, time, and efforts and find a company that actually cares about its customers. You won't find that kind of customer service with Pool Town.
Pool Town misrepresented the construction timeline for our pool from the outset. They assured us of a discount on the pool for each day the project exceeded a 45-day completion period from the time permits were secured. However, our pool was completed several months behind schedule. They attributed every setback to external factors, though many were due to human error and unreasonable delays. Despite the significant tardiness, they did not provide any financial compensation. Their only response was a series of excuses. I advise against using their services. Instead, choose a company that is honest and honors their agreements.
We selected PoolTown, even though they were rather far away from where we reside, because we had heard that their construction for *** type in ground pools was superior to others. We were way more than pleased. The installation was quicker than we expected, well coordinated in terms of the various parts of the install (excavation, install, patio, water feature etc) and the end result was outstanding. Now, it is 13 years since our pool was installed and we have enjoyed 13 trouble free years and we still are using the original (very thick) liner! Everything works as it did back then. It just so happens that it is time for a new heater and Pool Town were the only people who returned our call to have it replaced!A pool is a big choice. You wont regret using PoolTown.
