I tried login into my badoo account last 2days and I met it blocked for no true reason I always abide to the terms and conditions of the site and never try to use other ways. Please I need my badoo account back cos I have some important information on it, it was blocked to no reason which is not true, I have bin using my account for years now and I have never misuse it. Yesterday I opened my account on badoo and it said you have been blocked for breaking terms and that I have been using my profile. Commercially...
I never did that, I am confused since I barely chat on there and I only have a few guys that I selected to have a convo. I sent badoo a few emails, messages from an old profile and even that one they made it vanish.
What to do since it is not true and I really wanted to keep contact with some people.

Hi, there is a fake profile of me on your website.
I am receiving countless messages from people I know saying someone is impersonating me on there. This is against the law and I WILL be taking legal action if you don't resolve this.
How can this be allowed to happen? This is my picture they are using it is disgusting.
Remove it immediately.

I have already reported it and STILL no action.

I've just been told by my girlfriends friend that I have a fake account made in my name "Harry" from Dorchester. There are three photos of me on there that I didn't upload of myself and of course am pretty concerned as to why it's been created..?

I don't have an account so am unable to search for this profile but have attached a photo of the account. Can this be closed down with this information?

I'm sending you email because you've blocked my account for no reason. a few days ago I created a badoo profile as some of my tinder friends suggested it. and after a day you blocked my profile for no reason. as you mentioned that some reports were made without using it ? why did you block me ? and from what I read block many users. I would ask you to unblock my badoo profile.

Money for life time badoo premium has been deducted from my account but I cant access badoo premium features
They are still asking me to buy credits after I paid alot of money just to migrate to badoo lifetime premuum

Before I made payments to badoo premium the agreements was that I will be able to access all baddo features without having to pay any other money but they are still asking to pay to chat to new users

This was not the aggrements
Please I need this issue to be resolved so I can access all badoo features including chatting to many people as I want

On 23/05/2018 I have received messaged from some man that he found me on portal Badoo but personally I have never used that online dating service.

This makes me really worried that some people are using my identity on dating services, and catching other people on fake personal data .

I am writing to ask you to do something about that fake account, also make sure that would not happen again .

some is using my pictures on a fake account and its under a diffrent name I only realised she i seen the bit online that says some people that look like u now I'm not happy with this and would like to know what van be done about it . as it is a fake user that is using my pictures to set up the account and using the name Emma Louise so I don't know how they managed to get my pictures and don't know the procedure to get the account deleted kind regards.

I had been blocked lastnight and i don't know what violation i have done that contravenes the terms and conditions of this site.. whoever reported me is a fake report and very misleading. It is quite unfair that i have done nothing but this site automatically blocked my account without further investigation. here and some days I found my Badoo profile not working. looks like inactive. my messages are not read by the other Users. and from what I've found is that my profile is not listed in the list for other users. Can you help me; what exactly happens? I want to communicate with other people and I can not. you probably have blocked my profile! why; will you be able to unblock me?

I had being using badoo for a couple of years and just a few months back i purchased a 20 dls of points. Now 2 months later they had charged me 159.99 without my authorization. I see this happening to a lot of people. How are they getting away with this? My bank is investigating and i wonder if anyone know how to file a complaint through another entitie and how do i make sure i get my money back. They cannot not just go charging people without their consent and shield themselfs with "oh it was in our 10 page agreement that when you get low in points we automaticly deduct it from your bank account" thats a rip off. I purchased a premium membership for a month which is fine and then I wanted to cancel it and as you will know, it offered me 100 credits not to cancel it. So I took those credits and clicked around to see where I could spend them. Next thing I know, I'm being charged 40€ without agreeing to buy anything and I had 2650 credits in my account. I immediately contacted customer service and 10 minutes later all the credits are gone. Obviously I didn't spend any of the credits, as I didn't want them in the first place. All I want is to get my money back for a purchase that I never authorised.

I updated my act on Sunday and I wanted to open it. Today but it was showed blocked... Plz unblock me... I really liked the site... I downloaded new pics of me so as they see my new looks and there was a private pics which it locked but wanted to open the act they said I used it commercially and I didn't at all... I paid 1.99 for a one day membership, and cancelled. The next day I noticed that I was charged 159.99 for a lifetime membership that I never authorized. I immediately deleted my account and contacted "customer support" who is now telling me that I must have clicked it, and that the 14 day refund policy does not apply to premium memberships because content is immediately downloaded. What? There's no way you people will be keeping my money for an app I don't use.

I made an account today [protected]), signed up for premium, bought some credits, spoke with 3 people and right after verifying my account(sending a picture similar to the picture shown on the phone) my account gets blocked due to behavior violating the agreements... Please de-block my account or clarify the reason for why I am blocked.

I download badoo just a few days ago and have been enjoying the app.
Until I tapped on something by accident and then pressed home to exit the app.
On doing this I spent £32.99 on credits I didn't wish to purchase.
The credits are on my profile and I have no intentions of using them.
Is there anyway I could resolve this in an amicable way without escalating it.

I would like a refund on this accidental purchase.

Hey so I have recently created a Badoo account. I was just getting to talk to a few people and wasn't able to get any other contact information from them because we had just started the conversation. I don't understand why I was banned and I would like to know why I was . Also I wanted to delete my account permanently if I'm not able to get back into my account. I hope to hear back from yall .
